Atiku won't win Taraba. No matter how hard you try to project him. But he'd he'd try in some northern states where he had said he'd be president of the north , that north doesn't need a yorubaman or an igboman as president. |
Buhari's case is that of a wicked man who is biting you and blowing you chilled air to cool off , same time ![]() |
Let them hold 10 rallies here, if they like. It won't change anything. You can't force someone like me whose mind is made up to come and vote you. Never! Obi or nothing |
Cheap propaganda. Obi all the way! Dear urchins, if you like eeh, photoshop Bloomberg jets with Obi, e no konsain us. Ę lo wa ishę gidi she cos dis one no dey pay anymore ![]() |
Faleke's turn was rubbished out of sentiments. It would be very difficult for him as yahaya bello has endorsed his padi. When bello was promising that Okun, the yoruba tribe of kogi was next, I knew he was lying. That guy is worse than a crook. Sentiments won't allow Nigeria to progress..it's still the menace plaguing Nigeria today. Even when it was glaring that Faleke shared same ticket with late Abubakar Audu, Buhari and his cohorts went and picked yahaya bello, who had already left the apc and seen campaigning for the pdp, to run as governor. Amazingly, the same bello is the one suing Buhari today. What has he achieved in Kogi so far? That's the consequence of choosing sentiment over merit. Faleke would have turned the fortunes of kogi around today. Bello had a transport company called fairplus. The company packed up immediately after becoming governor maybe cos he had seen a better means of making money. Kogi state and the entire country would get sense someday. Say no to sentiments. |
OBJECTIVITY4ALL:correct |
SmartPolician:Amen. Kwakwanso is a spoiler for the apc and the pdp |
TheeLord:Yes, real leaders . Baba is still very much relevant. Forget the age he's claiming . He's in his 90s. Remember Prof Soyinka used to call him an egbon when they were both schooling at BBHS, SAJE in those days...and you can't be addressing someone you're older than, that way. Soyinka would clock 89 this July. Obj, Buhari, IBB, Gowon, Murtala and Co became heads of state before they clocked 50. If at your age(the so-called leaders of tomorrow) , you're still running after that over 80 years old but claiming 70, saying Emilokan upandan, instead of paving the way and charting a good course for your future( which is now) ,come Saturday, it's your fault if the status quo is allowed to be maintained at the helms |
Too late , dear Aketi. You don't scare or threaten a sitting president with lawsuit over a policy, you appeal to him instead. That was a costly mistake you guys have made. I don't see buhari reconsidering this your joke |
Olaoluwa122:Even 40%, he can't get and I'd tell you why... There are lagosians who are traditionally PDP and would still vote their party There are lagosians who would vote LP for a change of government..they don't belong to a particular party. They just want something good for the country There some who are also apc supporters who would vote them There are kwakwanso supporters here who would also vote him. Go to Sabo-yaba, lagos Island, Ikeja, agege and Mile 12 axis and see his posters on the entrances of their shops and houses. Now tell me, where would tinubu now get 40% of the lagosians' votes from? Take it or you leave it. Bvas too would halt his rigging machines this time. The current trends of naira reprint and scarcity have further damaged the slim chance left for the apc to go a distance. Some drama ensued at the CBN in lagos yesterday. One man brought 5m naira of the old notes to deposit. The staff looked at his deposit history and found nothing close to that amount in his account. After interrogation, he said he was going to pee. That was the last they could hear of him. He couldn't come back to reclaim the money. No more vote buying |

Repent |

@ yarimo I never knew you were one of those urchins spreading cheap propaganda...SMH

Lol. I thought they said after bello, okun people would be next to produce governor. Smart Adeyemi must be in sifia pain right now . I hope okun people wouldn't allow themselves to be deceived again. Now I'm beginning to learn of why the info about bello's beef with hon faleke went viral of recent. Bello would never endorse someome who would not cover up his mess and loot. With this, bello has just succeeded in allowing opposition to take over his state cos onoja would create a lot of drama which would cause distracions. |
Confused party. Keyamo still blamed the pdp during his chat with seun okinbaloye this evening . They'd continue to blame the pdp for their woes till they leave office in May.Someone should advise these guys to caution themselves oo. Buhari is a war General and former head of state. He couid order their arrest and nothing would happen oo. His antecedents have shown. |
Apc in disarray ![]() |
By God's grace. I'm voting as usual but this time, my vote is for Obi. Obi4Lagos |
Lobatan . Tinubu and his goons would lead their supporters astray by formulating their unilateral policies. Its like we're now having 2 federal government factions dishing out instructions to Nigerians. Even if the speculated interim government isn't intended by Buhari's administration, all these moves could encourage it. Respect buhari, he's still the president. Be ware! Urchins, be ware! |
You're still giving urchins some hope by saying apc will....I don't see them coming near atiku sef |
Coolsperm:Na lie jare. I heard that those bullion vans seen in 2019 missed their way into the bullionaire's compound and he now claimed it....that it's his money ![]() |
Urchins, doing thier usual stuffs since 1999 |
They must get our corrupt leaders . I love this process. Instead of urchins to follow the process, they'd be listening to the dictates of their political godfathers who would order them to be protesting all over and be burning down banks and private properties |
True, they never dealt drugs |
Yoruba o tii ronu. Bigotry is still holding sway. Osinbajo and Fashola were there, but Emilokan hijacked the mandate from them. I'd have changed my mind on obi, had either of the above come out to contest. But destiny they say, can't be changed. That's Obi's case. Tinubu destroyed their chances by coming out, dashing Obi the mandate. If the apc had the apc got the same measure of acceptance which LP is gaining nationwide, by now, election would have been won |
Thinkam:I'm Atiku's words to the northerners...you need a northern president, you don't a yorubaman or an igboman as president....so, he will end up being a president of the north he has claimed to be, by winning only in some parts of the north. That rude and unfortunate comment is kept inside our left hand palm, so we wouldn't eat with it. |
DarkPheonix:"Nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come" Culled from the speech delivered by Datti-Baba Ahmed , the VP in the making. At the arewa elders' gathering yesterday ![]() Let urchins keep shouting no structure till they enter aso villa , dey deliver on their mandate |
blabulu2000:The 3rd line in your post made me jettisoned all. Atiku who said he'd be president of the north and north doesn't need a yorubaman or igboman as president would only record reasonable votes in the north among some bigots as buhari did in 2011. He belongs to the forgotten past |
Finestgurlie:We wey dey alive and active in the 80s when Buhari be head of state know say baba sabi wetin him dey do wella . Unfortunately, the indomie generation supporting our corrupt politicians aren't students of history. They don't read of Nigeria's past. Now, everyone knows he knows what he's doing. See the majority of those going to court to sue the federal government...they've pretended not to know or make people realise that it's not the FG they're suing but buhari indirectly . He's the commander-in-chief . That's the most confused state any desperate being could be in. And you think Buhari would not fight them back? You can't do the old general anything. He was once there so, he knows the plans of our heavily corrupt politicians. The same governors who would be claiming immunity whenever were visibly seen in court because the policy is taking a huge toll on them, instead of sending their lawyers . You see? They're not there to defend you and I, but their selfish ambition. They don't care about the masses. I learnt one of them even stashed a whopping 20bn naira of the old note . Na Alhaji Buba Galadima talk amAs he doesn't want them to think he's being rigid on the supreme court ruling, he said the old 200 notes should be released back into circulation while the sane denomination remains a legal tender till April lobatan .If they no want get sense easily, dem.go get sense by force. The policy may take its toll in the masses but the same masses would benefit more in the long run. We will know amd mark all thise destroying Nigeria by theur body language on the CBN's policy . I wish there would be a policy which would limit the amount of dollars an individual should have in their accounts too. They'd we'd know who are the real thieves. The masses are always at the receiving end. May God continue to bless Nigeria. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:Tell them and their blind supporters |
Some southerners would still vote Atiku out of sentiments , despite the latter saying the north doesn't need an igbo or yoruba president but a northern president. Illiteracy of the mind is affecting many |
Apus:I agree with you. Maybe after next week's election, they'd dispatch more new notes massively across the country via the cbn in each state. I think the reason they're releasing it in piece meal at this moment is to curb vote-buying. You can imagine a north western governor keeping over 20bn naira of the old notes aside, according to mallam buba galadima. How someone like him would now open the cbn porter and fill a form with which he'd deposit such large sum is a mirage. The policy is targeted at people like him. The masses are only at the receiving end. Maybe this time, Nigerians too would embrace a cashless economy but by force. If we weren't forced to embrace any meaningful policy in Nigeria, we wouldn't learn. That's our character as a nation. The cbn had been preaching this cashless thing for long yet, the level of compliance isn't always encouraging. Sadly, the so-called educated in the society are also affected. You can imagine a graduate saying he always prefers spending cash cos he doesn't do online transaction except he goes to the bank. I have a physiotherapist friend who graduated from OAU in the 90s for instance. He's a much older friend. If this man wants to transfer ordinary 20k, he must visit the bank. I always mock him over this but he doesn't care. It's just a personal orientation, not about school he attended. Many had passed through a reputable university system but chose to remain illiterate in their minds. Like I always say, I've not been to my bank since 2021 and it was because I needed to renew my atm card and obtain it same day. Even if you don't have an android phone, what about using the USSD codes. Banks do go as far as pasting these codes on their entrance security doors so people can see and copy as they enter yet, all these don't appeal to customers. They'd also flash it as an advert during the news break still, people don't care. The consequences of such negligence is what many are suffering now. The manner at which those politicians are trooping out in suing the FG is a proof they're not after the masses' interest which they pretend to protect. One of them even sponsored a protest in Edo and some other states yesterday . Anyone who allows himself to be used by them is the most foolish ever lived. |
Foxxymobile4:You don't have to travel to vote. Polling booths are located at trekkable distances. Voters had also tranaferred their voter registration details and pvc to where they live. Politicians can't induce voters whose minds have been made up so, I don't see money playing any role, except such Politicians want to waste their money cos people wouid still vote their candidates after collecting it. I can only agree with you on possibility of postponing the election. |
