zoedew:Yes, that's the mountain name in Lokoja. Tnx |
Fellow Nigerian masses, as you go to cast that ballot tomorrow, please reflect on the below: The political class doesn't care about your wellbeing. They speak in one voice, irrespective of their tribal and religous affiliation. What have you benefited as a citizen of Nigeria either in your state or as a nation since 1999? Is your life better now that it was before? Are you more secure now than before? Have you now secured that job out of their 3m jobs annually as indicated in their manifesto and read out by Tinubu in 2015? Is any of your relations a beneficiary of the oil bloc? I learnt that early this morning in the core north, their leaders were saying they should vote atiku. But the learned and emancipated ones amongst them challenged them and walked out on them after prayers as reported. This shows people are wiser now. All the candidates are qualified but you and I know whom the cap fits when considering leadership qualities and agility. It's not about tribe after all, but about rescuing Nigeria from the shackles of the soamese twins who had been ruining Nigeria since 1999 instead of ruling her. We shouldn't allow the scenario of the 80s in which shahlgari, who was ready to be their slave was chosen above merit. The choice is yours Nigerians. God bless Nigeria! Amin! Signing out. See you after elections tomorrow. |
Malory:TBS is the celebration venue. Say it loud! |
Hahaha. All eyes are clear now. Obi is the winner of this election |
TruthsFM:What does it cost any propagandist to print a label of obi and paste at the back of garri pack? Show us video evidence. Liar |
Liar. Expect EFCC after your tenure. You must taste that abuja correctional centre |
iwaeda:Don't mind the bigot. I also remember mrs Olubunmi Etteh from Ogun state who was unceremoniously removed as female speaker over sentiments and baseless allegations. She was later absorbed and exoneratd after the deed had been done. Dimeji bankole replaced her, remember? Awa yoruba lan she ra wa, not anyone. This election is a clear proof which tribe is more sentimental. We need to change seriously. I've typed a long message earlier on this thread for those who are ready to change. |
blabulu2000:I don't agree with you. When the same people voted obasanjo in 1999, we voted out of sentiments because the same Tinubu who was supposed to enlighten us more, that we should rally round obasanjo revolted against him, asking us to vote falae instead. I was one of those who voted falae but I'm wiser now. Obj didn't even bother, he appointed Late chief Bola Ige as his AGF despite not belonging to his party. FFK was one of his media aides. You shouldn't expect much from whom you gave very little naw. Politics isn't about emotions. Obj paid back those who helped him win, same way buhari did in nearly 8 years. Someone like me would have supported the apc once again, had Tinubu permitted Osinbajo to run instead. Let me tell you the simple truth. We dwell so much on sentiments. See the way some people were calling Osinbajo names...Dwarf, Ingrate, RCCG man who would divert public funds into the church etc despite knowing he stood a better chance than Tinubu himself nationwide. Tinubu is only popular in the south west. Those people calling PYO names weren't igbos or hausas, but same yorubas as you and I, maybe because he's not a Muslim. I checked the profile of those who took swipes at him on twitter . Guess what? They're mainly Muslims. This is one of the problems we'd have to come to terms with, even after we break away, cos secession is inevitable, either in this generation or next. We always allow religous and tribal sentiment to hurt us at the national level. We should think of our common interests first and as a nation first before religous beliefs. I, a Christian had voted both Christians and Muslims, yoruba and non-yorubas since 1999 from Falae, to Obj, to yaradua, to Jonathan, to Buhari. Most people want to always be sentimental when it comes to the choice of leaders. We need to change. Same RCCG supported buhari, a Muslim in 2015 and 2019. So, what has changed? Igbos most people are attacking today voted obj, a yorubaman twice. Inevitably, Tinubu will lose this election cos of the sentiments propelled by majority of those supporting him. Go to twitter and see their names. Nairaland doesn't show people's names. Until we become united and shun religous sentiments which won't take us anywhere, we'd not be OK. When those backing Tinubu said their reason for going for same faith ticket was because they wanted to win and because Muslims in the north won't vote a Christian aspirant from south, I was like for real? But Obj and Jonathan from the south won...how manage? Obi's matter should reset many people's brains ahead of future elections. See the same north willingly campaigning for him, even erecting billboards with their own money. We shall be alright las las |
onez:Really? What do you expect wouid happen to our economy, should they win? They'd loot it dry ni. Their antecedents have shown. |
Hopium:I heard you. Your likes also claimed that LGBTQ were funding our protest in 2020 at the lekki toll gate, despite seeing us gather money for members to buy food and drinks. Continue |
TUC is still an arm of NLC so, it's super cool. LP is their party. NLC/TUC members are the civil servants at federal, state and LG levels across Nigeria, the corporate workers, self-employed and MSMEs, those whose children were locked up for nearly a year during the ASUU strike, during which our wicked politicians were seen posting the pictures of their graduating children trained in foreign universities for all to see, with our money meant to upgrade our universities. During same period, the speaker of the House of reps, Femi Gbajabiamila was even seen attending lectures at Havard. He posted the picture himself on twitter which received thousands of reactions. Which companies does Gbajabiamila has other than politics? They're the enemies of the masses. If you still believe in these wicked souls, tie ti ba ę ![]() |
donaldking10:... and without future |
Hopium:Nobody paid anyone. Endsars predated Obi's ambition and we've been vocal from day one. He was still in the pdp as of 2020. |
Hopium:Laughable. How much can Obi pay me to twist my conscience? I'm very vocal both here and on twitter, supporting obi who's not even my tribesmen. Those who had fallen victim of police brutality mostly are our people after all. RIP Bolanle Raheem, who was the recent victim and co. When we gathered in protest, Tinubu, who doesn't care about the masses thought it was because of him...to threaten his utopian political ambition. He now asked sanwoolu to deploy army to disperse and kill protesters who carried no firearms but only a national flag in their hands. Obi represents the suffering masses not tribe. The experience of the 2020 lekki toll gate remains an open wound. We shall do justice with our pvcs tomorrow. God bless Nigeria |
SmartPolician:Tell the screaming Keyamo. I was listening to a call-in radio yesterday in my car as I was driving home, only 10 percent of my people who spoke on whom they'd vote supported tinubu. The rest went for Obi. |
Great development. Stay near all polling booths here in lagos and other vulnerable areas across Nigeria please. Last night, kwakwanso people clashed in kano with the apc's, people were killed. One of the Labour Party supporters attacked during Obi's visit in lagos has been amputated. Violence is their middle name. They shall be put where they belong tomorrow |
Nice one. Obi, the workaholic. LP is the party of Nigerians for Nigerians. We would do the needful come Saturday. Anyone who believes Tinubu would win in South west should just tune to any radio in Lagos and listen to any call-in program about Saturday's election. Many urchins would turn off their radio out of annoyance after hearing what callers are saying and whom they'd vote. Ipade di Saturday. God bless Nigeria |
Curious345:Don't mind the carrier of cheap propaganda. How could 2 chairmen speak for 36 people from across the county? Come to think of it, they're from the North. They must have been heavily settled with money to spew that trach. Such a useless talk could appeal only to gullible minds. Not those whose minds are already made up. As they think obi can't won, why not decamp to another party naw |
Lies. You mentioned 2 chairmen from the North whose conscience had been bought with money and generalised it on chairmen in 36 states. What a poor reporting ![]() |
Op, please replace your topic with.. Why are you voting on Saturday Here are my reasons... Because of a better Nigeria Improved security Improved economy Cos of a production-based economy Cos of united Nigeria as we're already divided. To avenge our members killed at lekki toll gate in 2020 by same man contesting today, by asking sanwoolu to call the army, thinking we were threatening his utopian political ambition when we were truly standing against police brutality on promising Nigerians. Bola raheem and co, RIP. We will revenge at the polls come Saturday. God bless Nigeria. |
Guys, stay away from.women,if you want to make it in life and end well. Go and marry if you no fit hold bodi. Struggles can't destroy you, hustle can't destroy you. Hunger can't even kill you. The fastest killer and destiny destroyer is lust for women. Know this and beware. |
oluseyiforjesus:Simple |
nisai:I'm telling you. Lots of towns in ondo state along the coastal lines can grow as big as Lagos. But we don't have futuristic leaders yet. I've been to Koko Town in Delta state and i was awed by what I saw. Lagos deep see port is just a replica of what I saw in Koko . Nigeria is so much blessed but with bad people in government . Those who are only bent on milking the masses instead of spreading development across Nigeria by harnessing the resources at each region's disposal and that's where restructuring comes to play. I liken lokoja to a town called Gackenbach in Germany where there's an elevator conveying thousands of tourists to the mountain top which is as plain as the Lord Lugard mountain top in Lokoja with massive estates, hotels and bars on the top. I've been to the Oguta Lake too, massive and lovely, just like the Geneve lake in Switzerland which I once visited too How Yahaya bello saw these huge tourist potentials and money spinning investment and looked the other way by looting the state dry and investing their money in Burj Khalifa and other properties in Nigeria and overseas as reported by the efcc remain a mystery. He's a very bad representation of youth governor and that can only happen in a country like Nigeria where leaders are chosen out of sentiments and bigotry, instead of choosing them on merit. |
See as I dey smile, reading this newspiece . I was listening to a popular radio station in.lagos as i was driving home this evening. The majority of those who called from lagos and neighbouring States supported Obi. They're not even non-yorubas. Call this fake news. I've got nothing to gain by lying. |

dedonfranco:How much you don collect? Shishi, you no go get |
Only sane people would vote Obi |
My request has been granted, thank you baba. We need this in lagos. APac and urchins no get joy oo. I've said it several times here on NL |
Yea! The salary may not be worth it but trust me, you could build a house in less than 2 years from your commission. You can also sell above company's price legit. |
tsephanyah:See pain. Why not ask for the meaning instead of ranting bunkum . You're everywhere spewing trash. Take a chill pill, obi is your next president |
So, atiku had a share of SDP endorsement too? Nice one. Obi own na I'm big pass. He got the endorsement of all SDP members in the entire south and up to middle belt. |
ekolobaba:You said let's vote wisely, cos only wise people would vote Obi. |
