Jamesbally:It won't happen in India. They're more civilised than us. They can only find a way around it. Countries where twitter and co were banned had bad human rights history. I remember that Russian opposition poisoned and arrested by Putin. The matter is still hot in Russia as we speak. |
b3llo:Yes, it could only happen in Nigeria under a dictator. How i wish Jonathan could ban same twitter for allowing it to publish all posts containing all manners of names and propaganda of the APC ahead of the 2015 polls. Eleriibu illiterate like you. Our brand new nation Oduduwa wouldn't do anything close to this. |
gift2xl:Hahaha. What a discovery ![]() |
Someone should just check this buffoon before he shoots himself in the leg. |
fnep2smooth:I don't believe it. Let 2023 come first, we'd know if Nigerians have learned their lessons or not |

I just watched this guy spew trash on channels tv. He's a bad example of youths in Nigeria. Fulani blood. |
Tinubu has baggage’ — progressive group asks Osinbajo to contest presidency in 2023. The Progressive Consolidation Group (PCG), a political initiative, has asked Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo to contest in the 2023 presidential election. In a statement on Wednesday, Ahmed Mohammed and Eberechukwu Eli Dibia, PCG’s coordinator and secretary, asked Bola Tinubu, national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), to reconsider his ambition if he plans to run for the highest office in the country. “Both President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo must reach an accord for timely preparation of a more vibrant successor administration to be headed by the current Vice President, while APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu should reconsider his ambition,” the group said. “We are aware that some aides of VP Osinbajo describe calls for the learned gentleman’s involvement in the 2023 race as ‘mere distraction’ and we are also aware of the views of thoughtful Nigerians, including the Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu Abubakar III, who commends Osinbajo’s loyalty to President Buhari and the spearheading of important reforms towards enhancing ease of doing business, enhancing ICT innovation, as well as economic policies to reduce the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. “President Buhari can optimally utilise what is currently within the administration now to build a better future by convincing the not-so-political Professor of Law to run in 2023; his candidature would be far more appealing to Nigerian youth, discerning elders and various sectors of the population. “As for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, he is a great war general but with chinks in his armour such that opponents may easily exploit his Achilles heels to make things very difficult for the ruling party if he becomes presidential candidate in 2023; there is no need to expatiate on what baggages constitute such vulnerabilities at the moment.” The PCG said Osinbajo would be able to harness the energy of the youth for the development of the country. “President Buhari has tried his best over the past six years but more needs to be done and an Osinbajo successor administration would be in a vantage position to marshal the energies of youth and the visionary experience to transform this great nation,” it said. Tinubu and Osinbajo have not declared bids to run for the presidency in 2023. However, this is not the first time a group will ask Osinbajo to run for the office of president. In May, Laolu Akande, the vice-president’s spokesman, said Osinbajo had not declared any intention to run for office. https://www.thecable.ng/tinubu-has-baggage-progressive-group-asks-osinbajo-to-contest-presidency-in-2023 |
Buhari oya. Say something via lai muhamed on this.. |
Xpol:Ask them. Twitter understands Nigeria better than Nigerians |
Amazing! When they were posting their campaigns and fake promises on twitter in 2015 ahead of the presidential elections, they didn't suspend twitter. In fact, twitter played a major role in the election of buhari in 2015 with people donating money willingly for his campaigns but then, it seemed good to them. These people have taken us for a ride for too long. The same youths they deceived to gain power by making them campaign for them on social media with their fake promises, should do the needful in 2023 and ensure they never taste power again. Enough said |

NA, Nigeria problems |
I can, only if I pluck money on the trees. Those who are rich but physically challenged too can afford it |
BF69BF:Don't mind them. Enemies of Nigeria... sorry UAR. I doubt if they'd allow the constitutional amendment to sail through cos the"fraud" constitution favours them |
Yusman316:but why had the party loyalists not defected with ayade if what you said was true? Why did he sack those who refused to go with him? Those who are corrupt and still in the pdp are mostly occupying one position or the other... either governor or deputy. Those who had ended their tenure and being probed like akpabio, orji kalu, etc had to run to the apc for their sins to be suspended ( their sins can't be forgiven as many mistakenly posit). Is it now that ayade is in the camp of minority in akwa ibom that would make him have a grip of power or have control of the state in the mainly pdp state? Orton's case isn't the same. He left the apc because he felt abandoned when herders unleashed constant terror on benue. He said he's been abandoned by buhari and there was no need to stay in a place where he wasn't welcome. They saw him as someone who wasn't fulfilling the apc agenda by opposing the controversial open grazing and proposed ranching instead. |
Oduduwa we will form instead , our mumu don do...opinion |
They're irrelevant. |
Antoeni:His mum is yoruba( egun) , while dad Edo... We wear same cap |
Duru9:sabotage |
OP, your service will be needed soon cos we're planing to open a reptile pepper soup joint soonest at the heart of lekki....reptiles only. Stay tuned people |
Ihatemen:then embrace women. Its that simple. You have an option. |
360degreess:I don't think he defected cos of the interest of his people. Every corrupt politician would do the same to escape from probe after their tenure of office. There's no crisis in his state which could have warranted the defection. Our politicians are selfish. It's high time people stopped running after them. |
I doubt if buhari knows his password on twitter. All those deleted tweets were being posted by garuba sehu |
colorsofrainbow:Self help would stop those smelly fangs from unleashing terror in that state. |
It's about to go down in kano That was how they moved to katsina, zamfara and like play, com enter niger and erected their flag there. No amount of cry would make ganduje or army over power them because the plan didn't start today. They had orchestrated their plans at the time our leaders were busy sleeping and promoting religion instead of counterbalancing it with education. It was obj who first noticed them and killed their leader. Successive leaders either pampered them or not strong enough to break their wings. Those were the almanjiris of yesterday denied education. The child you failed to train would destroy the house you've built with sweat its a local adage. |
They took a wise decision by making Ghana their African regional headquarters. All the buhari almanjiris would have set twitter's office ablaze by now. Imagine the old fool lai mohamed comparing endsars peaceful protest with the capitol hill invasion by arsonist in his speech last night? We will surely survive this mess. Abacha regime was worse than this...here we are today waxing strong. |
Jesuschristus:So, he should ruin the entire south east abi? What of the north west infiltrated by bandits? North East nko? |
Police abeg thread with caution oo. I know there must be arrest but please don't pick innocent ones at bus stops as you did here in lekki after bank robbery when fashola was governor. Thank God for the cctv footage which the bank later released, those atrisans and builders coming from ajah that day whom you wrongly picked would have either rotten in jail by now or since shot dead. Pls oo |
Lol. Was Buhari sleeping while the appointment was made? I need to find out what happened cos this is unlike him |
Arnold the badt guy |
Better share gun give your people to defend themselves instead of shouting. That's the only thing that could stop them. If you strike them once and they suffer casualties, they would think twice before rearing heads next time |
