AfroMighty:i beg to differ. Maybe the core north who are grossly illiterate would. Endsars protesters refused their largesse because they knew how much they've destroyed their lives with such money. I gave one of them 4k to buy bottle water in solidarity with them while trying to cross the Ore Bridge over, in ondo state. Instead, rejected it and said they won't allow me cross for offering them money...i said wooow! I foresee see a different scenario in 2023. |

To all those always throwing jabs at our Presidents, (both past and present) of allowing their aides to carry their bags and personal effects, always citing what other leaders across the globe do differently only on camera, watch Barak Obama's aide carry his baggage, even serving him Coffee. https://twitter.com/i/status/1322668138161463303 What's your take, people? |
Ogbuu101:I agree with you. I wouldn't be surprised if the military and our government are in severe pains by now because boko haram war is purely political. They hide a lot from us. Same US SEALS came when Jonathan was in government to help fight boko haram but the north hid vital information from them. Had america informed their government and military of their mission to kill bin laden who was living large close to their military base, the mission wouldn't have been successful. Pakistan deceived America that bin laden wasn't with them in Pakistan until the USA intelligence report proved otherwise and they hid the information from Pakistan. After the successful mission, same Pakistan who claimed solidarity with USA to fish out bin laden later accused USA of invading their sovereign state. You see? The earlier we break away from these destroyers, the better. How many emirs in the north are against boko haram? How many of their sheiks are openly are against it? They have an agenda and I blame our Southern hungry and shameless politicians like tinubu who always shouted restructuring to suddenly drop the agitation for his political ambition which he will never get. We have taken our destiny in our own hands...WE MOVE! |
Abbeyme:I doubt if they were duly informed. Had America informed Pakistani military or government, bin laden would have been whisked away. Dont forget where bin lived was close to their military base |
hakeemhakeem:US Army did, not Nigerian army. Had our government been responsible, they'd have conducted same rescue operations to free those abducted by boko haram terrorists for nearly a decade and Nigeria would have had a succour. Shame on them, what they couldn't do in nearly 10 years was done in less than days. You should even be ashamed of yourself for posting this nonsense. Boko haram is a war on Nigerians caused by the North. Its a political tool used to siphon our commonwealth. This rubbish would end soon. |
Okorie72:How much. I dey com lag next week for mumsy birthday and I'd need one |
This is becoming interesting. Jazz dey expire for real. I met one man at gtb Allen branch ikeja in 2018. He's a kwara man. He said Tinubu get jazz and thats why he keeps holding away and I told him, jazz dey expire and his too would expire soon and the eyes of the people he's using the jazz on would soon be widely open. Now its happening |
There are over one million and one reasons these people need to be buried politically come 2023. Both the apc and pdp had overstayed their welcome |
ignis:while the former winner keeps doing the titlait stuffs gathering more cars and houses in lekki. This guy get brain. All the celebrities obviously don't think alike. Some of them think sensibly |
Tinubu and his puppet sanwoolu would not escape God's judgement. This i can assure them. It won't tarry |
Wiseandtrue:Before nko? Hasn't he been biased from the onset, from denial to inviting thugs in 3 brt buses to attack the peaceful protesters, to denying the casualties after the Lekki shootings, to denying the deployment of soldiers by himself and paymaster which the military had already affirmed? He's been busy playing bide and seek game, thinking Nigerians are foolish. In a sane clime, sanwoolu should be under suspension by now. But their empire would soon end. Sanwoolu should just enjoy his remaining 4-year term while it lasts |
This is what I can call a rare grace. A friend to a close relation was ambushed by these evil men at Kainji lake the upper week where he went to execute a water project which was awarded to him in Niger state. They ambushed him on his way back to the hotel. They spoke in hausa to all his team on the bus which conveyed them from site to their hotel. Those who could speak hausa and Muslims were asked to go while this man, alongside others were shot at, with AK 47 and killed. It was those set free who came back to abuja to break the news to his young family. What a pity this happens everyday but how many of such could be reported, especially those events happening at thard-to-reach places, coupled with the way the media had been overpowered by the current administration. They don't want people to know the truth anymore. All I can say is, it's well with this country |
The useless government would have come for this man for saying the truth if not the old age. They don't like hearing the truth. |
Why not try new Zealand or Switzerland? The latter is a much better choice provided you have a good cash to take along. It would be worthwhile in the long run |
Dansuqi:It's mission to nowhere. Aketi my candidate won fair and square. |
Arrewa:Continue living in denial. Nobody knows her in the north outside twitter but same arewas were celebrating here when she waged war in protest against GEJ. Nobody knows her in the north but arewa consultative forum hailed her when her protest on BBOG yielded fruits as some abducted school girls were released by boko haram. I can see another reason you guys would remain backward |
Lagos don enter one chance under these morrons, no thanks to their godfather. Sanwoolu should be given a chieftaincy title of Oparo ( liar) of Lagos |
IamD18:I'm on the contrary. Have you ever heard of Gbenga Abiola, that young LG Chairman in lagos a few years back? Please read about him and his achievement. It all depends on the composition of those in government who nominatedthem to contest any electoral position. Do you know who nominated desmond? How did he get there? The last time i checked, Senator Oluremi Tinubu played a great role in his nomination and candidature as lagos law maker representing surulere. She was able to personally fight for her before her husband and that was all. The Elisha Abbo you cited, was he the preferred candidate in his constituency or was he preferred by the powers that be...? In Lagos, you cannot become anything without soiling your hands in dirty stuffs. You must belong to one association or the other, dine and wine in secret with bad influencers in the society. You can imagine of of the law makers saying he wanted to ahare the looted warehouse palliative at his upcoming birthday...wandering if it was a birthday pack, lol The circumstances surrounding his emergence can never be transparent and clean You must be initiated to emerge party candidate in some circles and that'swhy they don't care when they get there. Now tell me, how would such a candidate who emerged without the will of the people behave well, regardless of age group he belongs? If a youth is elected or nominated and screened in a transparent, honest and meritorious manner, there's no how he would misbehave. Our electoral process needs to be reformed such that, the mentality of "whether people vote or not, whoever is preferred would win" would be totally erased. In lagos some years back, a guy called Aeroland won the assembly slot by wide margin. Tinubu went to meet him, promising him billions of naira to step down for his party candidate but he refused. He said the people wanted and voted him. They trusted he would deliver. After series of threats to his life and that of his family he had to drop succumbed and the result was upturned in favour of the guy who belongs to Tinubu's party. Our youths are vibrant with good ideas but the bad ones always have their way because of there they belong. |
ThreeBlackBird:OK now. |
EmptyGarden:I still don't get it. Let's wait and see how it would work in Nigeria...an outgoing Muslim president and an incoming Muslim president, loolz. Before you attack me note this, if you think religion doesn't take precedence in our politics, you're simply living in denial. But then, I understand how greedy and selfish our politicians could be and the extent they could go, just to change the status quo. They need to go learn from amosun who tried gaming the arrangement in ogun after his tenure If apc must still be relevant after 2023, they had better produce either dogara or umahi, if he had truly defected, that could help them garner some reasonable votes. Youths voting revolution is coming, hope they don't see this as a threat to their political career. |
madridguy:...and may God punish those liars and may the spirit of the dead haunt them into a perpetual bondage |
No be lie |
Weldone Churchill |
TecM0:Yes, very active in lying |
Tell us the truth, una don sneak out and sneak back inside abi I wish you guys quick recovery. Guys any unnecessary trip to Europe and US should be boycotted or suspended, for now. Covid-19 is raging like wild fire now in those places. I had to cancel 2 important trips..to Europe and Korea this year. We had to do the meetings via zoom but e no dey sweet like face to face tinz. Moreover, I've never been to Korea before. It would have been a great opportunity. |

One4me:You said trump would win again right? Space booked. Next week we are here again ![]() |
NOETHNICITY:First of all, I condemn arson in its totality. Without the police and the army, there would be anarchy. What I was trying to say isn't about chest-beating. All the policemen killed nationwide by those hoodlums were said to have shot at them first, killing some of the youths and the rest mobbed them killed them before they could discharge more bullets to disperse them. They also set their stations ablaze in anger. Looking at the population of those looting warehouses for food, except you deploy thousands of policemen to tackle them would they be overpowered. Its about time the federal govt employs more people in large number in the police force with good salary package and better working condition because with the kind of united spirit those hoodlums exhibited, not minding or fearing being killed, they can do worse in near future. There's a little or nothing 400k policemen would also do to to secure over 200m Nigerians. More people should be recruited without delays. |
GamalNasser:I think you're right but you also look at Chinese contributions too, which is huge. It would be very difficult for US to veto in this case. However, those guys knew why they moved the date to after US election . If biden wins, its a goooooal for NOIFYI, biden stands a brighter chance in winning this election from all indicators. |
Enough persuasion and reassurance of safety of their Iives too is necessary cos they're scared right now. I saw a police van in lagos on Sunday. I was shocked to see all of them wearing mufti. We want police back to work please. No more attacks on stations. |
