Nigeria my country is turning into something else. May God help us. How can someone just command a platoon to kill unarmed peaceful protesters who only raised the National flag when attacking them? I don't get it. It's a bad omen...meaning you're ending the unity which brought us together . The flag is a symbol of our unity. They don't seem to know the implications of what they did until a few years to come.

This has nothing to do with jihad or buhari. I'm a Christian and I beg to differ. If you witnessed how violent ptotest which led to the ouster of mubarak almost tore Egypt apart years back, you'd understand why they formed that law against protest without permit. Nigeria isn't Egypt so, every country's law must be kept by our people living there. We have arrested foreigners in the past who fluted our laws too. What we see as improper here could mean a norm in Egypt. In other Arab countries, you could protest without permit but since Egypt says otherwise, our people ought to have done the needful. Who knows, their request could have been granted. The covid-19 pandemic was also of a great concern to them so, their government has put measures in place to curtail spread, even in their mosques unlike here where worship centres are crowded on Fridays and Sundays

Like I've always said, God truly loves this country. If what WHO predicted actually happened to us on this covid-19 of a thing,, Nigerian population would have been reduced to half by now. We are too stubborn.

He has rendered us to nothing but guess what? His empire has fallen. I remember when he installed oba of lagos. Even obj intervened but he refused to allow the next one in the line to be crowned king. There's a Yoruba adage which says, ile taaba fi ito mo, iri lo maa wo danu which liberally means, the house built with spits, would be pulled down by the dewdrop. You could see the way youths disgraced him and his throne a couple of weeks ago, even making away with his staff of office and his royal shoes. Tinubu and Akiolu should thank their jazz that those youths didn't meet them at home. That's just the beginning. If you're a typical Yoruba guy you'd understand what that means. His throne's collapse is imminent. Mark my words

I am in Lagos but no single traffic light was vandalized on my route. From Fatai Atere to CAPPA junction, Ikeja under bridge and Oba-Akran-Adaniyi Jones, all the lights are working fine. Of course there is heavy gridlock since the protests due to irresponsible driving as a result of absence of law enforcement agents

yes but not in such a situation as this. For instance, I was at Allen junction in the past week. All the street lights there have been damaged. Ordinarily, motorists don't encounter hitches with the traffic lights on around that area. Now, they struggle to cross to alausa, aromire and awolowo way.

I already knew this last year. The person is Tinubu. My uncle, a retired pilot once told me in his lekki home. Our senior uncle , pa jakande was a former governor. He had no single helicopter talk less of owning 3 jets yet, he remains the best governor Lagos ever had, building the largest housing estates for the masses in Africa in his time. Meanwhile, amoda onileere( aka tinubu) came from iragbiji in osun state to hijack our state. We will take it back whether he likes it or not and the moves are underway.

i beg to differ. Maybe the core north who are grossly illiterate would. Endsars protesters refused their largesse because they knew how much they've destroyed their lives with such money. I gave one of them 4k to buy bottle water in solidarity with them while trying to cross the Ore Bridge over, in ondo state. Instead, rejected it and said they won't allow me cross for offering them money...i said wooow! I foresee see a different scenario in 2023.
