Handbrake serves a purpose to lock the wheels and reduce the strain on transmission components in an idle parking position.

Hello guys, out of my curiosity, I'll like to ask;

For Automatic cars, it's impossible for the car to roll when the gear is on Park(P), still i observe some people engage their handbrake while the car is on P.

As for me, the only time i use my handbrake for Automatic cars is while I'm on traffic and i want to relax my foot, i prefer to use the Neutral(N) gear (because it's more closer to D for a quick start) when I'm on a hilly road to prevent the car from rolling

What do you guys think

All cars will definitely fail the emission test cos our fuel is not up to standard unless They lower their emission standard which in terms renders the whole exercise worthless.!

It might look like Google Earth can do but it's actually not. It's best you do your survey and keep your own records. They can correlate data with Google if need be.

Besides Google Earth relies on Satellite imagery with limited image resolution (try to zoom in Google Earth in satellite mode). This aircraft I believe should perform close capture aerial survey as required.

Go to Law school. You can always come to Dubai for holiday/vacation.

Dubai is always painted as a Middle East paradise (depends on your hustle here) and the lure of tax free salary is very strong (e go shock you!).

Life here isn't as it seems for those with salaries less than AED 5000. By the time you come here and start work, many things will take your money away and you'll start hustling overtime pay (that is if your employer go even gree pay you sef)

REMEMBER - When you come to start work here, your family/siblings will start asking you for money. Trust me they will ask for alot of it!

Doors serve different functions and there are standard code of practice (ISO, NFPA, ANSI, BSI, EN) that should be consulted during design, material selection, production and installation of doors and supporting frames as per project specification requirements.

Honestly, pay varies per companies offering. Also can't tell you for sure what they earn in Nigeria as I'm not local.. my best estimate will be 300k if you get the PM title but project bonuses may/will come along subject to achieving KPIs as agreed by the management.

You might want to start out as an associate, Junior Engineer, and similar junior positions but not as a PM.. it's a steep learning curve and I'm still learning daily even with 3 years on my current position as a Work Package coordinator (note - NOT PACKAGE MANAGER).

Technical knowledge and certification will get you the position as a Junior but you learn the decision, management and leadership skills as you grow in your position.
