breakthrough22: So your wife is not supposed to say sorry if u called her for 6 hours without picking her calls?
And your wife changes your name from SWEETHEART to your son NAME on her contact that particular hours u are calling her ?
Do you mean I don't deserve explanation for all these ?
Op it's clear from the chat you pushed your wife to the wall. there is no justification for some things you say in anger,
what is the meaning of you are the biggest mistake I ever made you are the reason my business is not going well
your wife action is as a result of bottled up pain you have passed her through, and you are saying by January ending if she does not come you will not take her back, you are not serious bro....you never repent. when you make people feel worthless they react to situations in various , TRUST ME THIS IS THE CHEAPEST OF IT YOU GOT thank God she did not commit suicide and kill your son too. you need give her time to heal and prove to her that you will love her and respect her. I am not also justifying her action. but you be man no mean say you go take mouth reduce your wife to crayfish
you don't want to go back to JSS3 becos of 300million, but as a graduate you will gladly accept the Job for somone that did not go to school especially in the UK
Raalsalghul: Yes, there are different analysts for different industries that's why you see job titles like: Business Information Analyst, Customer Data Analyst, Commercial Data Analyst, Information Analyst, eCommerce Data Analyst, Operations Analyst.
However, the idea is to get into a generalist role first and see how you can specialize from there.
Getting your first role is the hardest part: after that, it's smooth sailing from there.
Ejiod: Some of you trying to be data science enthusiast..go and learn EXCEL for 3 to 4wks..it will be helpful for you biko.... After 5months of intensive study and practice on those videos I felt I'm ripe to start applying for data science jobs.... but to my surprise it's like expecting ship to land in an airport.

Following those interviews I had to apply for data analyst role..Yes Data analyst.. Then it was easy seeing data analyst jobs.... I applied to different firms who posted their spaces.. out of 5 companies ,3 scheduled me for interview.. An advantage I had was that I use python and SQL for analysis of which most data analyst simply don't use..

Healthcare use of financial data is different from tech use of financial data and also different from finance industry use financial data. You will need to pick an industry of choice somewhere along the line. This is called Subject Matter Knowledge or Expert.

NB personally am into infosec as a penetration tester (CEH v11) and now studying for my OSCP (Certification course from Offensive Security the creators of Kali Linux)next year. Infosec (cyber security) is a good field and there's a lot of entry courses and certifications including free ones that are really good. I'm 2 months into my study for AWS cloud practitioner, i just wanted to add cloud computing knowledge to my skills. (Maybe cloud security in future) If there's enough interest i will try to drop links/info on some free but good courses for cloud computing (AWS), Infosec (Cyber security) and Linux OS.
I am interested in this please lets get links for free courses.

Dubaiguy: After opening my last thread on how Nigerians are getting teaching jobs in UAE. I got several requests from intending nurses and practicing nurses in Nigeria about how to get a nursing job in UAE.
Why not? I embarked on research and conversed with several Nigerian nurses in Dubai after which I made a video about how you can easily be a nurse in Nigeria.
We all know nursing overseas has always been a lucrative job but the pandemic even made nurses more popular and demanded all over the world..and UAE is not an exception. So how do you become a nurse in UAE? Let's get to it.
1) Know the four bodies that handle nursing recruitments in UAE. They include DHA, DHCC, MOH and HAAD.
2) You need to posses a Bsc. Note a diploma can not get you a nursing job in UAE, maybe assistant nurse though I'll update you on that soon, even if you are not into health care field, you can become Assistant Nurse.. You also need an experience certificate (at least 2 years of experience) and practicing license from council governing nursing in Nigeria( NMCN) or any country you are based in.
3) You can apply for/get jobs through 3 months Visa process, agency or directly from hospital. Since the first option is the most popular. Lemme talk about it.
It's better to start the process in Nigeria so you don't waste time doing that when you get to Dubai.
Firstly scan your certificate. One by one. Convert them to PDF files, your passport photo and international passport too.
Go to DHA website (remember there are 4 nurse governing councils in Dubai; I prefer to use DHA) Create a profile. You will have to pay the sum of 210 dirhams to open application. After submitting, in a couple of days you will receive a confirmation mail from DHa acknowledging the receipt of your documents
Next stage - verification This is the stage where DHA will verify your documents. You will pay the sum of 925 dirhams to start this process.
After they verified your documents, they will contact your refereee
Verification takes 4-6 weeks. After a successful verification, you will be asked to come and sit for the nursing exam. Like we have it in Nigeria. This is stage where you apply for 3 months visa. The examination comes with a fee of $170. Don't fret, the exam is not difficult and it's only 70 questions.
To pass, you need 60%. At least get 42 questions right. If you can do NMCN exam well, this should come easy too.
You will receive the result of the exam in 72 hours or 3-5 working days. If you pass, you will receive a congratulatory mail and an eligibility letter valid for 1 year.
What do you do next? Start applying for all the UAE nursing jobs you see (trust me, they are much!) without hassle.
When you receive your first salary, you will know the process is more than worth it. Please check the source for more information and UAE sites for Dubai jobs.

I observed something strange today which I think is one of the reason for the delay in my domain sales. I sent some outbound mail today in bulk using GMAIL and included one of my email to see how it looks like at my end. brethren I saw that all the bulk emails addresses which should have been private was sent to every person including my self. pls how do I fix this.

cyriletifit: Congratulations to all the resent sellers.
We are learning every day from this biz. What I have learnt from the bosses here are:
1. While searching for names on ED, make sure you have many end-users on Google map (use map. Google. Com). The shorter the better.
2. During outbound, doing it manually is the best. ( I have tested manual and mail merge). Search your endusers on Google map, go to their sites one after the other to get leads, send your letter immediately one after the other. Get leads from Bing, LinkedIn etc if possible. But Google map is very very important.
3. Follow up periodically. Don't relent on follow up. Do even up to 5 times for each name. Arrange your names in a file (excel etc) so as to track your outbound well.
4. Get lots of sales letter and follow up letters. Ask for help if you feel your grammars are not many sense. This can turn a prospect off automatically.
5. Ask for help in closing deals if you feel you can't handle a particular prospect.
6. For newbies and others, don't forget to reinvest when you make sales. Grow your portfolio wisely. Learn from your mistakes. Try not to repeat them.
I stopped buying names last year December and focused on selling my portfolio out a little. And also to learn new things from my bosses here. I will resume buying this month.
I sold 11 names this month (portfolio size: less than 260 GEOs), all because I incorporated the above strategies. Try it lets see how it goes with you.
#we die here.
