HealthRe: Any Solution To Migraine Headache? by ESULAALU: 8:41am On Aug 30, 2013
I do suffer from terrible migraine too but I have never used medication. However what works for me may not work for you but i'd share still.

I took time to study my body and identified what triggers it, then i started avoiding the triggers it reduced drastically. Then I also noticed that once it's about to begin, i mean the onset of me experiencing the migraine, once I went into a dark room, avoiding any ray of light, putting out the lights for that period of time, setting the curtains or just closing my eyes tightly and ensuring I avoided contact with light, it went away naturally. Trust me when I say bad migraines is what I used to experience which would affect my eye on whichever side of my head the pain was manifesting. Reason why I don't use medication is cos I enjoy natural therapies, i am not against medication though so I would advice you to see what works for you rather than self medicate. Seek professional advice again,i also know herbs help as well(and the yoruba word for migraine is ori tulu). I wish you goodluck

omonikiba: @Omomire, much love.

@all who are silent, pls come in to say hi, we need to know you are fine, let's always pray for one another.

@Chokl8t how far?

@ESuLAALU, kai, I often see you peep, atimes I will begin to bind, especially on days we are fasting, when I see your monikker I will begin to bind and cast, lol, haaaaa, Esu is visiting oooo, not lying ooo, I tell you, am sure you feel the binding atimes. Ehen, Esulaalu, heehehehehheeh. I beg change your monikker I beg you. The last time I saw you, I went into your profile to check self, was like who is this devil? Ok now, thanks for clearing the air. Pls change dat that monikker ooo.
My question, are you a man?
My dear sister, you are so funny.i am a man ooo, i don't know how I came about this moniker sef but I once visited a thread where a guy was practically bullying a lady and I registered immediately and began to retaliate.lol if you go through my posts you would have noticed I don't like people insulting others and I try to give people a taste of their poison so they know how it feels like. A faceless forum is not an excuse to be rude of inhuman.

I have tried to change it but I have just one email address so tough luck, haven't been able to but please know that I mean no harm. I know close family members who are waiting on the lord as well,i tell them about this forum and encourage them to pray along when you have your prayers. I am trusting God to be able to share the good news on their behalf as well,i know what a challenging journey it is but it will surely be rewarded at the end.

Don't worry, I promise not to comment again, lol so I won't scare anyone but please don't bind again oooooooo, i mean no harm please. God bless you and everyone of us.

Hello ladies, am a silent follower of this forum, I have learnt so much that I even share with other people(family members) and I pray the Lord will fulfill all the desires of your heart. I decided to comment just to express my heart felt sympathy with kemmydebby's husband. What a tragic loss. If only but I guess we cannot question God. He knows all and sees all and will calm every storm in you life. Please take heart. My prayers are with you this time. God bless.

P.s please totally ignore my moniker, am rascal by nature. Please I apologise in advance.

saintandsinnerz: Hey Tiger, I aint trying to instigate anything and I'm not evil, but rather trying to point out what some people do here! So please stop the use of strong and abusive words because it doesn't portray you in good light
Sinner, go back and read what you wrote,it doesn't take more than that to start a tribal war, you gerrit now?

mastersr95: Age doesnt have anything to do with this... The truth is if you are ''RICH'' you wont have time to be on here posting topics unless you are a blogger or something like that. Take it or leave thats just the truth.
How are you so sure these people do.t post stuff here? I see where justwise is going, he is definitely trying to make you see a point. This is a faceless forum remember? You don't know who is who here, people comment with different handles, do t be surprised some of these rich dudes come here even more often than you do to catch fun. They have more free time than you would actually imagine, forget them forming busy, it's all part of the game
TravelRe: Nigerian In UK Sham Marriage To Be Jailed For 12 Months by ESULAALU: 4:34pm On Jul 12, 2013
saintandsinnerz: Lol my greatest surprise stems from not the crime the three dudes committed, but not seeing anyone abusing and stereotyping their tribe! If it were to be Igbo men here will be filled with tribal slurs and hate language! #Ifyouliveinglasshouseneverthrowstone.
So because nobody has insulted their tribes you must instigate it right?
It is not hard to see you are evil.
TravelRe: Nigerian In UK Sham Marriage To Be Jailed For 12 Months by ESULAALU: 4:25pm On Jul 12, 2013
mastersr95: Lool look at what you saying? oga pickin slap employee... i cant help but to laugh. if you read my post very well you will see where i said ''we all know Nigeria is not good'' But what i'm saying is that You guys should not come on here and be lying to us that you living large in abroad. and for your information i live in london so i definitely know what am talking about
Seems like my example is lost on you, you just humoured me. That was a one off example of job insecurity in Nigeria. If you indeed live in London you would know better than to diss someone by saying they toss Burgers as a job because you would have realised that someone who tosses burger would go home rest assured they are coming back to their job tomorrow, compared to someone working in a bank who is not even sure what would happen to his or her job the next minute!

I often visit London and I once remember going to westfield stratford and with my very eyes,I saw an old man cleaning after people who were eating. There is dignity in labour and I have no right to mock or ridicule him because only he knows where the shoe hurts which explains why he is doing that job.I appreciated him and I said a prayer to the Lord on his behalf to give him all round rest which he deserves in his old age. Do you not see old women serve at tills in sainsburys,Asda( I know Tesco has more asians than the whole of all companies in London put together, lol). Do you not see people with disabilities in jobs? If you had to make a comparison with Nigeria is it the same situation that obtains?

My dear, you live in London right? Thank God for yourself and pray for other people who might not be comfortable enough to live the kind of life you might be living. I live in Nigeria but I love to visit on holidays, I might be lucky enough but other people might not be lucky as me just as there would be other people with more luck than me. All fingers are not equal so please be moderate in your criticisms because like I said earlier, only the shoe wearer knows where it pinches.
TravelRe: Nigerian In UK Sham Marriage To Be Jailed For 12 Months by ESULAALU: 3:58pm On Jul 12, 2013
mastersr95: Its a pity to see people like you open their mouth and talk trash. There is unemployment everywhere in the world. In this same Nigeria that you talking about the Unemployment rate, few people still get jobs. Y'all talk about abroad like its paradise. Please be honest and tell us the kind of work you do for a living in USA. (probably flipping burgers at burger king or cleaning job) but you will refuse to do this same job in your Home country.

If that your friend that finish his Masters in UK and return to Nigeria is still looking for job after 2years.. why dont you advice him to start something on his own with all the exposure he had in UK... only because his too dumb to think for himself after 2yrs.

Coz your friend did masters in UK, so that means he should automatically be offered a job when he get to Nigeria? I have a friend that got a degree in Computer science in UK but don't know how to install Operating System on her laptop.. Are you telling me that kind of person should automatically get a Job when he gets to Nigeria? What does that kind of person has to offer the company thats going to employ her?

You said Nigeria is hell but people still build houses everyday. Where are those people making the money from? I guess its coz they have brain in their head.
You are so quick to condemn the guy who stated the facts as it is in Nigeria, the truth is surely bitter.

Did you see the highlighted fields? Compare your argument to that of the other guy whom you are challenging, its more than obvious that quality is important. Its one of the million reasons why people like Jaiye would think twice before coming back to Nigeria. You keep clamouring for Nigeria being a better place, always so quick to batter people based abroad but what effort have we made to even develop the Nigeria sef? Its an obviously overflogged fact that Nigeria is what it has become, if you had the opportunity to relocate to this same UK I bet you would be singing a different song entirely.

Moral Lesson, ''only the shoe wearer knows where it pinches'' and by the way, if he flips burgers in McD or Burger King you can be rest assured he has got job security unlike in Nigeria where oga pickin fit slap employee because she resemble the girlfriend of the ex wey jilt am amongst several other exmaples.

Greyfog: I am not in the 'by any means possible' camp. When my current visa expires and my company chooses not to sponsor for the next one, then it's home time for me.
Easier said than done.

Poor him,he just wasnt smart enough or perhaps luck just eluded him. I wonder why he didnt just relocate with his 'wife' to her country get married there and return to Britain after 6 months to exercise EU treaty rights. Ogh sorry I forgot, it was a sham wedding!!!! Desperado things sha!!

DonPizzaro: i was i my final year then,i lived at annex awo hall.

December 1999 christmas celebration, a friend of mine from Uniben hinted me that i should evacuate awo hall that they might be planning a hit on the hall.I took the warning with a pinch of salt.

3 days before the D day, i noticed a lot of strange guys/veichles on campus.infact i could still remember one white regular limo benz filled with guys.

a day to D DAY i remember seeing a guy dressed in full black with big eagle head drawn at the back of his leather jacket at the sport complex.this guy gestured at me asking what i was doing there by myself at the lawn tennis court.i was just lookig at him.

july 9 eve.i noticed an usually high activity at angola/mozambique car park.i saw a lot of cars with alpha....... plates numbers.a friend explained to me that club guys were having their gigs that night.

Also the awo hall cafe was alive with music of the kegites ,they were having a gyration.at 10pm i went to bed.

at exactly 4am the next morning came this heavy gunshots with a lot of vibration. The gunshots were accompanied with the shout " awo boys come out" our usual slogan when we want to beat up an offender or cultist.surely this came from pump actions and shotguns we quickly put out the light in our room.i dont think that operation lasted more than 15 minutes.

Then all went silent all of a sudden.i went to afrika'S room i saw him dead with his brain littering the bed.they used axe on him.He could have escaped but had taken too much palmwine from the kegite gyration.i went to the nearby health sent and i saw a lot of dead guys. men blood dey smell!

my class mate pintos escaped by the whiskers ,he ran into a bathroom but eviano was shot on the thigh while coming out of the same bathroom. i was really sad.
Hmmmm.....Na wa ooooo!!!! What a detailed story. May the lord have mercy on your soul,it is well with you.
