knowledgeable:

What is more detestable to human race than yorubas partaking in genocide killing of millions of Igbos with it root cause base on hatred and envy. Igbos no matter our so called chest beating + stupidity can never ever partake in killing millions of Yorubas. Listen you idiot... Yoruba have ugly nature and that's is a fact. My evidence stems from the fact that after almost six decades of your evil coalition with the genocidal jihadist North to destroy the Igbos in continuation with the genocide, you subhumans have ended up making the country the extreme poverty capital of the world overtaking India 7 times your population and Lagos the 3rd worst place to live on planet Earth. You also possess the 3rd & 4th world most dangerous terrorists killing Nigerians in their thousands while you Yorubas cheering the terrorists to continue their killings of other Nigerians and even in the forefront to re-elect PMB, knowing fully well that nothing will change with regards to the killings when he resumes his second term in the office. Yoruba have ugly nature. When it comes to Yoruba men rushing into marriages with Igbo women, that's just human nature on the surface, but beyond that, questions must be asked & analysed as to true driver of that strange trend. Is this the theory of natural selection expressing itself hear or what because the last time I checked, Yorubas are still willing to partake in genocide against the Igbos if the opportunity presents itself. So to me, I think (might be wrong though) miscegenation more than natural selection is what's taking place here because it's one sided. A situation where your ugly nature/attributes are over generations replace with a more better attractive attributes through inter-ethnic marriages. Genetic swapping. Yorubas are stealing Igbo finer attributes to improve their population...idiot!.

You said it all.

This payment of modulated salary was the only alternative for the Osun state's government to retain workforce otherwise , full salaries would have been paid and at least 20 thousand workers would have lost their job

Osun state used to have 4.2 Billion allocation, Jonathan reduced it to 1.2Billion , how the fcvvk is the Governor supposed to pay all workers ?

But Aregbese said Osun IGR is bigger than that of the entire SE.?

Why couldn't he pay generate that same $4.2b or more.?

Or that she resigned when the likes of Stella Oduah held on to their seats in government and eventually rewarded with a Senate ticket for her embezzlement and false academic qualifications, isn't enough proof to you why Jonathan could not convince the electorate that he deserved a 2nd term?

How is it a betrayal voting out the same President that had been previously supported, tested and had failed, hence a well merited sack?

So when 3 out of 4 Igbo states and Rivers state voted the Northern Tofa over their fellow Southerner Abiola in 1993, they did not know they were betraying a Southerner who they did not even give the benefit of a first term support like Jonathan got from the SouthWest and MiddleBelt?

Why are you now lamenting when the same has been done to your forging & incompetent sister.?

Politics / Gen 47: 23 - 26: Ancient Method Of Eradicating Poverty SE/SS Govts Should Adopt by EternalTruths: 7:15am On Sep 17, 2018
It is no longer a news that many states in Nigeria are so poor that it has become a norm for them not to be able to pay salaries for months.

While it is factual to blame the thieving politicians, it is not completely true that, if they refuse to loot the common treasury, that they will be able to meet up with their financial responsibilities to the people.

Most Nigerians are yet to accept the reality that Nigeria is not a poor country but a very very wretched country.

A country of over 180m people that generates less than a dollar per citizen can not make lots of progress.

For Nigeria or any state to enjoy a reasonable level of comfort, Nigeria or Any of her States must be able to generate at least $10 per citizen or indigene on a daily basis.

Therefore, it will be wise that government at respective levels, first and foremost build a solid IGR from:

1) direct and indirect involvement in Business/Investment ventures within and outside Nigeria.

2) tax gotten from government seeded & watered Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) just as Joseph did in Genesis 47: 23 - 26.

Genesis 47: 23 - 26

23) Joseph said to the people, “Now that I have bought you and your land today for Pharaoh, here is seed for you so you can plant the ground.

24) But when the crop comes in, give a fifth of it to Pharaoh. The other four-fifths you may keep as seed for the fields and as food for yourselves and your households and your children.”

25) “You have saved our lives,” they said. “May we find favor in the eyes of our lord; we will be in bondage to Pharaoh.”

26 So Joseph established it as a law concerning land in Egypt—still in force today—that a fifth of the produce belongs to Pharaoh. It was only the land of the priests that did not become Pharaoh’s.

Summary:

Currently there are over 50m SE/SS people residing in SE/SS only which excludes those living outside their ancestral homeland.

The various governments must work towards generating $500m daily in order to get everyone out of poverty as quickly as possible.

This can be quickly achieved by

1) Technical Education in electronics, mechatronics, chemical, material science, material engineering, material technology etc fields of study.

2) Business grants that can help nurture SMEs that can be taxed after 10years of business operations.

3) Economic tax havens to attract foreign firms with the hope that the good salary jobs & technological transfers that will get to our people, will translate to indigenous wealth creation.

4) Direct & Indirect involvement in business/investment ventures within and outside the shores of Nigeria.
