Hello Ogunvic41, Kindly send your T&C to emmafashagba@yahoo.com. Thank you. |
If the church is growing in an accelerated manner in Nigeria against current economic realities, it could be that they know what some industry, schools and even hospital operators don't know. The noise about tithe and offering should be put to rest already. Every organization has a modus operandi. Why should anyone accuse the church of theirs. For me, a lot of people who claim to be free thinkers are just enemies of anything God. If these same church overseers embark on charity works, they are condemned, I remember Pst. Adeboye being criticized for donating an ambulance to Israel sometimes ago. The argument was that, the ambulance was needed more in Nigeria. But, big time captain of industries understand these things... There are times you make some sacrifices to get what you want. Today, the R.C.C.G is growing in Israel, a nation that previously disallowed other churches apart from Catholic. Now, that is wisdom which business owners should learn. Furthermore, consider the rate at which churches are spreading, these people know that some will die out while others will remain. If the probability of one enduring in 20 is 20%, the chance of two surviving in 100 becomes increased. Not many business operators reason like that. What about sacrifices? How many business owners with the success of any of these big time overseers work as hard as they do? Let's be sincere, it is foolishness to expect to get out of life more than we put to it. If Dangote buys aircraft, we celebrate him, the same goes for the so called celebrities we talk so much about. Truth be told, who needs aircraft more between Pst. E.A Adeboye who needs to be in all continents of the world more than once in a year and sometimes at unscheduled times, and P. Square who goes for shows not necessarily all over the world and at scheduled times more than 90% of the times? The truth is this, many of these people crying fouls are outright enemies of God's kingdom. They may not want to agree with this fact, but there is a spirit with them that counters anything "God". Finally, there are followers many have nicknamed Zombies, well, from personal experience, there is NO sincere follower of Biblical Principles that can be poor. Don't mention Lazarus the beggar... He had little understanding of the scriptures. May I state here with every sincerity, if you live holy and are poor, God refer to you as "my people" also. But HE knows your destruction is your poverty and it's because you lack knowledge. If all you know about God is what you hear from somebody, then you have not started. Cheers. |
arikuobi:Drop your WhatsApp number. Thanks. |
I know a company that offers 40% interest of your invested Bitcoin in 140 days. They only pay you 0.75 - 1.25% of your invested Bitcoin every work day until they pay you up to 140% of your invested amount. So, 100% is your invested value while 40% is your interest. You can also reinvest your payout to compound your investment and increase your daily earnings. You can clear your payout also as long as you have a minimum of €10.00. Withdrawals are within 24hours. I have been with this organization since July 29th, 2017 and they have not failed to pay me one day. I lost money to a few schemes before this, so I gave due diligence before investing in this one. This is the most honest, open and profitable investment I have been involved in. They also give you interest on any investment made by people you introduce to the company... For months i refused to tell anyone since I knew my integrity was at stake. But, to the glory of God, all the people I have brought in have been thankful to me till date. Investments are made in packages, each cost €50 worth of Bitcoin at any point in time. That is about N23,000.00. I will post a few links here to introduce the company better and my referral link should you decide to join. If you don't mind also, we have a WhatsApp and Telegram group where we have some very amazing investors... Again, these groups are about the most diverse group I have joined. There you have: Professors, Medical Doctors and PhDs, Engineers, Barristers, Investment Bankers and the guys next door. Trust me, it's a place to be. Check the links below: Sorry, I just found out that I am not permitted to post adverts (I am not sure if links like the ones I intend to send are inclusive). But you can reach me by WhatsApp on 07082064497 for more on the above. Good morning. |
Good one there Toks2008. I believe when it comes to marriage, the curves, heights etc fade. Those features are very thrilling before marriage. When all is said and done, woman na woman. Whether or not my wife is slim, curvy or not is immaterial... I love her, not because she is "my spec" but because of the office she occupies. Every wife is a queen, trust me, no matter your status, if you treat them the best way, they will not look out. With respect to temptation outside, according to a poster, personally, I don't see the temptation outside! Your wife has everything.. The backside and front side are all accumulated fats and proteins, the "beautiful face" is just your idea and you cannot eat it.. Money that will be given to you by a sugar mummy? Why will you stoop so low to surrendering your today and tomorrow to a woman who cannot even be faithful to her own husband? For me, the issue of temptation doesn't even arise. As for getting married, well, we have seen people who had much do a low key wedding.. Bottom line, just know that whether or not your wedding is elaborate or not, people will remember it for a very brief moment. Your duty is to make it memorable for your woman since that is your gift to her. Making it memorable doesn't mean it has to be too expensive. Cut your cloth according to your material. Meanwhile, as for children, you can only do your best. Most times, you will always be in the middle. The son of Buhari may think he has the best, but let him wait till he sees the sons of the King of Saudi Arabia. If you cannot afford expensive schools, get them in a okay school and spend time with them. Eventually, they will make it to the highly coveted Federal Universities and be better than you. My views though.. |
Can I use this car: Mazda 626 sedan; Model: 2002 A.C freezing; good body and clean interior but, mileage over 200k, on Uber and/or Taxify? |
zamirikpo:Perhaps he has access to information that has made this seemingly okay interest rates a scam. |
OP, it's always a good practice to state your source. Meanwhile, I don't agree with the ranking of Lagos. |
baby124:Thank you so much for this piece! Op, what do you hope to achieve with this? I tell you the truth, we all need to understand that people are people anywhere in the world: some bold, some diplomatic and others indecisive... each person has a right to be whatever he or she wants to be. When all is said and done, none is better than the other. We have only been programmed, as it were, to reason in a certain way and judge. Think about it, Op and other ethnocentric e-warriors here, hasn't anyone outside your tribe been of help to you before? Don't be carried away by the snare set before you by selected few; it is aimed at frustrating you and putting you under perpetual slavery. Whether Nigeria remains as one or divided is immaterial, let's learn to think as human beings; work hard and be free from the burden of slavery placed on us by the cabals that have been the undoing of this great nation. We are not animals! |
Wow! Timely! Thank you so much daddy. God bless you, OP. |
Well, I know this brother like the back of my hand. He was the Counseling Overseer in IVCU (Ibadan Varsity Christian Union) in his set. He studied Guidance and Counseling in U.I and graduated with a CGPA of almost 6.0. iI think he had around 5.96 or so. Since U.I uses a one decimal place G.P, he was supposed to be awarded a First-class but, of course, he was denied. I decided to write the above to let you guys know he is real and so is his story. With respect to studying abroad, if you schooled in U.I, you will know that many scholarship bodies have their headquarters there. If you are a Uite or alumnus of U.I, consult Student Affairs for information in this area. |
akinkk:From the details you have posted, If your one year work experience is a skilled one, I am sure you qualify for the FSW scheme. However, like somebody pointed out, your CRS will increase if you: - gain more work experience (this means you may not apply this year - I don't advise you to wait) - Run a Master's course - even if it's one year programme. (You can start this, but don't let it delay you) - have a knowledge of French, you can write the French test (highly recommended if you have the requisite competence. Even if you don't, it shouldnt take long to do this.) - have a brother, sister or spouse in Canada? - secure a job in Canada (very tough, especially with the need for LMIA certificate) - enrol for the Alberta Strategic Engineering PNP scheme... I think it's going to be your best shot as far as EE is concerned. However, As an elder brother, I will counsel thus: if you have the financial means to embark on the EE project, you can shoulder a year graduate programme in Canada, if you search well. This, in my opinion, will be your best shot. It's always easier to work from within. Meanwhile, a big congratulations to the PPR and all ITA recipients so far. |
harlee:The 8% monthly interest is just about 0.67% of your Principal (8m) monthly. The implication is, you only get 8% of your investment in 12 months, plus other charges which will still be deducted. You can't compare this rate with the TBills rate. I have not mentioned the fact that interests on TBills are paid upfront... The implication is your actual interest is more than the stated. |
junglep:It's definitely not much. Having said the above, I think it's a function of your short and long-term cash needs. Somebody brilliantly analysed the status of Real estates and TB in Nigeria earlier in the thread. You can make a good investment decision after that. Meanwhile, FG bond is around the corner: you may want to plan for that. NTB' current rates is unsustainable... |
Please who has the stop rates for the last auction? Kindly post. |
All will be well. |
Well, since I have a few people within, not management level guys, I have also confirmed that shortlisting has been done and would be published soon. |
dayjahvoo:Good thinking. But you could still have made sense without calling anyone names. It is uncivilized to call people names. |
Well, having worked and still working with industries in Nigeria, Ogun State currently has more industries than Lagos. Lagos comes second. This development is due to the tax system operational in Lagos at the moment. Several industries had to leave.. I won't mention some of these companies please. Ogun State is beginning to go the way of Lagos too and so, several industries are now being sited in Oyo State. Oyo State seem to be another desirable investment destination in Nigeria today. Osun State has industries too, particularly steel industries because of the availability of relatively constant power supply. Rivers should come between Lagos and Oyo given Ogun in number one. I agree with the position of those south Eastern states, Anambra and Abia in particular. Enugu is more of a civil servant state. Kano and Kaduna have a lot of light industries but few heavy industries. Please note that Industrialization is different from Commercialization and Urbanization. If any of the latter two are to be considered, the order above would b far different. |
How much will get me a clean Toyota Camry 2001 in Lagos? |
If the Masters is in the field of your first degree, yes. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's degreein Business Administration may not be considered together by a technical organization in the Public Service. |
I need a clean Toyota Corolla 2001/2002 delivered to Lagos. Kindly give me a range of prices and pictures. Thank you. |
Oaksfivefarms, can you offer N35k weekly for a clean Toyota Corolla 2004? |
OlugbengaE:Truthfully, so many may have planned to either drive on or put a car on Uber. Your comments and those of many will greatly deter those set of people. Romeo3 has been doing exactly the opposite with valid evidence. Now, pointing out the weak and not-so-good aspects is good, as it will help one manage one's expectations; but, you shouldn't shield real knowledge of the other from being made known. |
NickD:Good response. But, let me clarify a bit: EIA is done on a proposed project or action. I want to operate a cement manufacturing company in an area because a large deposit of Limestone has just been discovered there. Fed. Min. of Environment will request for the conduct of an EIA. During the scoping stage you find out that people live there, there are schools, businesses, farmlands, aesthetic sites etc. Your project will also involve excavation activities, excessive noise, drilling activities and so on... So, all these are assessed and a decision is made whether or not to proceed on the project or not considering the cost of mitigation and implementation of the proposed Environmental Management Plan. Now, that is EIA; It is within the jurisdiction of the Federal Ministry of Environment. Most projects in Nigeria proceed though , even if they are unsafe. This accounts for why you see Filling stations in-between living areas. EER is the outcome of an environmental study done to investigate the current impact of an ongoing activity (project already operational, plans already executed). Usually, the outcome of Environmental Evaluation studies or Post Impact Assessment is measured against the EIA findings before the commencement of the project, now that is where EIA report is present. Where EIA wasn't conducted, a control environment, far from the influence of the work site is also evaluated. Based on findings, decisions are made and mitigation measures may yet be proposed. For instance, EMP implementation might have been neglected or certain Environmental Aspects left out. My 2 Kobo. Meanwhile, please guys, don't be too fixated on this job. It isn't Wise to do so. |
Hello Lade007. Please how much will get me a clean Volkswagen Polo 2000 double doors to Lagos? |
KweenCee:If your spouse will go with you, she will need to write the IELTS and evaluate her credentials too. This will ensure your CRS remains intact. If she's not going with you however, she wouldn't need to do any of the above. Regards. |
Hello Billyonaire, I started following your conversations on Nairaland yesterday and, I must say, many things you say are esotheric but then, I am coping. To my questions: 1. Can you prove the existence of the soul in the laboratory? 2. From your search so far, do you consider the various universes as being intertwined? I have seen bodies that are invisible to the unaided eyes and they are just with us....It seem to me that we exist in realms within the same place, for lack of adequate means of explaining. 3. I once went out of my body, saw my body (what you called the soul's suit). I noticed that I could move so fast, I wasn't limited by physical objects and i could see some loved ones who had died. But, while conversing with them, I saw them vanishing again but in the upward direction... Beoming invisible to me even though I was out of my body. I returned into my body afterwards. It seem to me that even our soul is limited... Does the above explain the 3D, 4D and 5D you were referring to? Do you agree that even when you are out of your body, you may not still be able to see into certain realms? |
izzou:That action will cost him N1-2Millon. OP visit the closest SON office to your factory. |
Can you specify the issues it has and reason(s) for selling? |
