cutiep: Nothing, "it says your verification is due for completion on 1/7/2019". Not that one. There's another tab on top of it. Or maybe yours is not showing yet. It should say "final review in progress" then it'll say something like "report is ready and will be sent to your recipients" and then move on to "preparing pdf document". It'll then be sent to your mail box and the status will finally change to "completed". All this while, your due date will not be updated. It'll still read 7th until final completion. Don't worry, all these changes can happen in a day or two. |

Tojued: If your work was full time your masters should be part time. NOUN is part time and flexible. Our motto is 'work and learn'
If I were you I'd use 2017 as completion date for the masters. Just because it's noun as in a possibility your project result did not appear in transcript in that 2015 you submitted. Lol... thanks bro. But technically, NOUN is not part time but distance learning (correspondence). You can't earn a degree in 4yrs in a part time mode but you can in NOUN. Like someone said, I'll just go with full time and explain it's via correspondence. |

adebee16: I really don't think it should be a problem.A LOE should suffice just so it doesn't seem like conflicting information. Just do a detailed explanation of the mode of study and how you were able to work full time and study. Thanks |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 6 by etrange: 9:29pm On Jan 09, 2019 |
Talking: In that case, LOE post-ITA will suffice. Thanks |
Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 6 by etrange: 5:51pm On Jan 09, 2019 |
Talking: This can be explained easily using an LOE post ITA. What is the mode of study as written on your admission letter, full-time or part-time? Whatever is written there should guide you.
Others can wade in too. Nothing of such is written on the admission letter. NOUN students consider themselves full time though. I just don't want it to conflict with my full time work experience. |

adebee16: this degree is postgraduate right?
.............. Yes, it is Master's. I cannot access my transcript as the school is bent on not giving it individuals. However, I might have to go with your suggestion. That is, using start date as 2015 and end date as 2017 thus having two years as my duration. As per my final question: I studied at NOUN. I was working full time while studying. This is possible since NOUN is a distance education institution. My employment reference letter states 40hrs a week as my wprking time (that is 8hrs a day). My question is, is I select full time (15hr/wk) under the education section, will it conflict with my work experience for the same period which i have also stated as full time? |

Hello House, I am back with my questions! I swear, it is not on page one! So I was creating my dear EE profile smoothly until I got to the education section and got stuck for the following reasons. 1) I started in January 2015 (this is when I got may admissions letter) but the session is termed 2014/15 academic session cause some of my mates actually started in Nov/Dec 2014. What should enter as my start year?2) I submitted my project in December 2015. I achieved this by taking as much courses as possible in a semester. This means I completed my degree in one year. But I didn't get my certificate till January 2017 and the certificate indicated Jan 2017 as my degree date. What should I indicate as my end year?3) What should I enter as total duration?4) My work is full time (40hrs a week) and has been so from day one. Now, I also want to select full time for my degree (15hrs a week). Will this be considered as data conflict? Please, help me. Help me, my people. |

Amethyst1884: Hi everyone, Permit to modestly introduce myself. I am Joshua, you probably know,
I will like to say here that ever since I posted anything at all on this page I really have had people call me and those whom we have met will reckon that am not just here for the business.
I am a french enthousiaste (100%) and there is nothing I love to do better, at least for now, than teaching the language.
I must confess I am not very conversant with using Nairaland threads so I just come here once a while to post advert (truth be told it was one of my students who actually informed me of this grate community)
So when I said that to get to a B2 level via a private tutor is very very Slim (unless the student already has a B1 level) I didn't say it because I wanted people to flood my french school but I just wanted to be truthful Well, I believe your stance is more opinionated than factual. I appreciate your point as could be seen in the post I made in response. However, people have done it before. Some other French teachers on the forum might also have different opinions. But this is not to undermine your help/opinion, just a contribution from a fellow enthusiast. Your help is highly appreciated and I pray you to stick around. |

When did you get this? Have they resumed for the year? Also, do you know if certs are out for those that wrote in October (results out in December)?
I might need to go there tomorrow. Just an update. They have resumed and I've gotten my attestation. Just left there now. |

Please, where and how can one get past questions for TEF? I know there a lot of preparatory materials out there, but is it possible to lay hands on actual past questions like we have for IELTS?
Merci beaucoup! The accents would likely fetch you a ban. Lol You're in which state? |

jargo192: hello guys.
so am very new to this, thou my dad live in france for over 10 years he didnt teach us jack. now how can i learn B2 in 6 months and how many points does french add to the CIC immigration. As nigerians they enter this route which is a very good one i say make i begin. i see alliance francais resumes 14th january which is good for me. They resume for the year on the 14th or classes start on the 14th, which one? I spoke with the front desk on phone yesterday and she said someone will attend to me today. As regards your question, your answer is the same as the ones given to every other person that has asked the same question up there. In summary, it's possible but literally up to you. Your input (time, resources, dedication) determines your output. You're lucky dad is around to practice with. |

Guys I have a question o!
So I sent both my Bsc and my MSc for evaluation instead of only MSc as I letter learned. Though my report says "Master's" as my Canadian equivalent, the credentials section of the report clearly mentions the two certificates I sent for evaluation.
Now, do I need to upload just my MSc or both certificates when filling my application? |
