I once wrote their test and what I saw was so discouraging.
That we were asked to wait after the test to get our results was very suspicious and to even imagine that the people who succeeded knew they were successful and didn't blink an eyelid when they were told was more suspicious.
I just felt I'd come to waste my precious time.
I feel they are into this in-house thing.
