Family / Re: Can Marriage Survive Without Children by Everbright(f): 8:23am On May 25, 2007
It all depends on the couple
If children are the only  reason why they married, then definitely the marriage won't survive without kids
But if they married for LOVE,then when the challenges of childlessness set in,they should be able to reason together
and come to terms with the fact that the children at orphanages need to be taken care of.

Music/Radio / Re: West African Idols: Season 1 (2007) by Everbright(f): 2:00pm On May 23, 2007
@Lawyerchap i don't agree with you concerning manipulation of result by the judges.
People really wanted Temitayo out and that was exactly what happened
I for one opened several e-mail addresses to vote for my idols in order to vote her out
And I know so many other people did one thing or the other to make sure we have the best two at finals
Even if Temitayo has the most powerful parents on planet earth, they can't beat the wish of the masses

This is the highest level of degradation on our tribe-Igbo
@topic just take a good look @ yourself
I'm sure you didn't see the four walls of the university
But most people who didn't also see it are making it today in business
And you are here blabbing about yahoo yahoo
You should be ashamed of yourself
And to even imagine you are Igbo is a big slap on our faces

I agree with Seun, couples should discuss this before marriage.
If any man does not want his wife to work, then let him get married to an illiterate period.
I can't afford to spend time in school only to be a full house wife,God forbid sad

Thank God,at least we now know there is a little justice in this country
She should go and find something else to do with her life, music is not her calling
Kudos to her parents who are always there for her even when she isn't performing well
May they continually be by her untill she locates her calling
And all Landers say a BIG AMEN grin
Let's now face reality

I think Nigerians are using sentiments on this
The reason why I don't really fancy their programmes
Big Brother came thesame way, must we always have programmes twisted in this manner?
That Temitayo's mother runs an orphanage, is it reason enough to let her be there, even when we all know she ain't perfoming well?
Let's be reasonable enough to keep the right people there.
Let the final voting be between Timi and Omawumi,so that we will be able to choose the best from the best two, let's leave sentiments out of this!!! angry angry sad
