A man has gone online after he went to an online dating group to reveal he is looking to date but has a spec.

The man named Dick Inyamouf, from Baltimore, wrote on the group that he is a "30 year old high value alpha male".

He added that he is looking for a date but said he doesn't want black women or overweight women to indicate interest.

His request has gone viral and many people are giving opinion about the man's request.

Nigerian medical practitioner, Dr. Olufunmilato has warned
Nigerians against sitting in the toilet for too long. According to
him, this can lead to a person developing Hemorrhoids also
known as pile.

In a Twitter thread, Dr Olufunmilayo explained what could
happen to the anus after prolonged sitting on a toilet seat.

The Hisbah Board in Jigawa State has seized 1,426 bottles of
assorted alcoholic beverages in two Local Government Areas
of the state.


The Hisbah commander in the state, Malam Ibrahim Dahiru,
who disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria in Dutse on
Thursday, April 7, said the command also seized a 25-litre
jerry can of local beer, popularly called “burukutu".

He explained that the alcoholic beverages were confiscated
when the Hisbah personnel raided hotels, drinking joints and
spots in the two affected areas.

The commander added 15 suspects, including a woman, were
apprehended in the raids.

According to him, 177 bottles of assorted beer, 25-litre of
burkutu and 14 suspects were arrested on April 3, in Gumel
Local Government Area.

“The Hisbah raided three beer parlours in Gumel LGA; namely
Awala Hotel, located on Gujungu road; Sabuwar Sahara,
located behind LG Secretariat; and Gidan Mama Mai Burkutu,"
he stated.

"In these raids, we were able to arrest 14 persons, including a
woman who sells burukitu. In the raids also, we were able to
seize 177 bottles of beer and 25ltr of burukitu,” he said.

Dahiru further stated that 1,249 bottles of assorted beer and
143 empty cartons were confiscated when the Hisbah raided a
beer parlour in Takur Aduwa area of Dutse on March 4.

"On March 4, Hisbah personnel raided Bone beer parlour in
Takur Aduwa in Dutse Local Government Area. During this
raid, we confiscated 1,249 bottles of beer, 143 empty cartons,
a car with registration number MG 194 XA,"

He added that one person suspected to be the owner of the
beer was also arrested.

The commander, who enjoined residents to be law abiding,
said all the items and suspects were handed over to the police
for further action.

Mr Dahiru further emphasised that consumption of alcoholic
beverages is prohibited across the state.

He however commended residents for their support and
cooperation with the board, assuring that the command will
continue to fight against immoral acts and social vices in all
parts of the state.

A father, Benedict Anieze, has smashed the skull of his one-
month-old baby at their residence in the Pipeline area of Idimu,
Lagos State.

PUNCH Metro gathered that Benedict was at home with his
family on Sunday, April 3, when he suddenly picked up his
baby girl and forcefully smashed her head on the ground.
The victim’s skull was said to have broken, as she died on
the spot.

However, in a bid to conceal the crime, Benedict reportedly set
the apartment ablaze and took to his heels.

It was learnt that his wife, Promise, ran out of the apartment
to alert their neighbours to the fire and the death of her baby.

Our correspondent gathered that the neighbours put out the
fire and found the baby lying motionless on the floor of the
apartment.

The victim’s mother, who was said to be inconsolable,
lamented the circumstances surrounding her baby’s death.

A source, while condemning Benedict’s action, said his wife
was a minor.

The source said, “The mother of the baby was jittery because
of what happened; she was at home with her husband when
he suddenly carried the baby and smashed her on the ground.

“He even set the house on fire after what he did. He wanted to
conceal the crime but the neighbours, who saw the fire,
quickly intervened and put it out. The mother of the baby is
just 17-year-old.”

Angered by the incident, the neighbours were said to have
urged the distraught mother to report the incident to the
nearest police station.

While some of them accompanied her to the station, others
formed a search party to look for the suspect.

PUNCH Metro obtained a picture of the lifeless remains of the
one-month-old baby.

Bloodstain was seen at the site of the baby’s broken skull.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin,
confirmed the incident.

He stated that the police alongside neighbours tracked down
the suspect to a location in the area, where he was arrested.

The PPRO noted that the case had been transferred to the
State Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba, for further
investigation.

Hundeyin said, “There was no argument between him and his
wife. He said he was possessed by evil spirits when he
smashed the baby on the ground. He also set the house
ablaze and ran away.

“The wife cried out and after putting out the fire, they brought
her to the station. The police alongside neighbours tracked
him down to the place where he was arrested.

“The corpse has been deposited at the Yaba General
Hospital’s morgue.”

Dowuona, also of Ghana.

Ankrah will return to the court on Tuesday for a doubles

Spanish second division club side, SD Huesca has terminated
the contract of Super Eagles midfielder, Kelechi Nwakali.

Huesca made the announcement on Tuesday April 5, stating
they have decided to end their relationship with the 23-year-
old.

The Spanish side did not give a reason for the termination, but
it was reported that the two parties have been at loggerheads

Huesca fined the former Golden Eaglets captain after he

Kano-born atheist, Mubarak Bala, has been sentenced to 24
years imprisonment after pleading guilty to all the 18-count
charges leveled against him.

Bala, who is the president of the Humanist Association of
Nigeria, was arrested at his home in Kaduna on April 28, 2020 and taken to Kano, where complaints of blasphemy and incitement were lodged against him.

He had earlier posted comments critical of Islam, Allah and
Prophet Muhammad on Facebook, causing outrage among
Muslim.

One of his posts reads: "Religion is not a person, long dead
people are dead, Gods do not exist, so why fear analysis & critique on works attributed to them?

There has been campaign for his release or trial, with activists saying he was out of touch with his wife and lawyer.

However, when he appeared before Justice Farouk Lawan of Kano High Court 4, Audu Bako Secretariat on Tuesday, April 5, Bala pleaded guilty to all the charges.

When the judge asked him whether he knows the consequences of his guilty plea, Mr Bala insisted not to
change his initial plea.

Mr Bala’s lawyer, James Ibor, had earlier tried to persuade his client to change his plea, but he insisted that he was guilty to charges.

The lawyer however cited frustration and fear as reasons for his client’s guilty plea, saying his client had been in prison for two years.

But Mr Bala, who appeared unruffled, raised his hand and told the court that he was guilty as charged.

In his plea of leniency, Mr Bala however, said the intent of his social media posts was not to cause violence. He therefore promised not to repeat the blasphemous posts in future.

Passing the sentence, Justice Lawan sentenced him to 24
years imprisonment.

Send a Nigerian Referee to the world cup and he must make news for all the wrong reasons.

If he doesn't do a poor job refereeing, he will take bribes or even abscond at the end of tournament to escape Nigeria.
