Those that don't have children at all will tell you the importance of every child be boy or girl. The fact is that it is a gift from God and whatever He predestines for any man is for a purpose. So I'd say to everybody to pray to God about his perfect will in their lives. Come to think of it if you have all male children without a female child, at your old age you will pray and wish you had a female child.Female children are very caring and loving to their parents. Guys don't get it wrong here.....but honestly they devote time to take care of their ageing or sick parents while the male children doles out the cash required in any magnitude and provides the support and security needed in any family. But certain times it requires the love,care, affection and attention of their children. In conclusion both male and female children are wonderful 12 Likes |

I don't even trust the Nigerian Police, there is every possibility they took her to make up their stories. I have been thinking recently countless times how Nigerians at large are going to cope with the revised Customs clearing charges for Fully Built Units FBU's of New and used cars effective January 1st 2014. The FG has reviewed the charges upwards to 70% from an initial 20% claiming it will encourage local manufacturers and attract new foreign investors. But from my viewpoint I don't think it makes a whole lot of sense rather it will increase the incidence of of tax(import duties,levies and VAT) on the common man. It is obvious that we will continue to patronize companies like Toyota,Mercedes, Honda,Nissan,BMW etc whose products we have known and trusted. It is bad enough we don't have their Assembly and manufacturing plants here due to our unstable government policies, epileptic power supply and to mention but a few. The Average Nigerian works hard enough to earn his money and will only exchange it for an equivalent value. My questions are; 1. Do you think this new policy will achieve the aim of the Government or will it end up fleecing Nigerians of more money? 2. Do you think you can buy a brand new Innoson jeep 2013 model for 3,500,000 Naira or preferably buy a foreign used Toyota Highlander 2009 or Mercedes Benz ML350 2009 for the same amount? 3. Do you think Government and its ministries and parastatals will continue to Buy Innoson jeep and pick ups, geely CK, TEC (Thermocool Enginnering Company) vehicles, for their operations and use at various Government houses,offices and etc. |

Who is talking about paying ASUU salaries for work not done. It should be their sacrifice in the best interest of improved standard and quality of education which they claim they are soliciting for. Abeg I want to ask how much ASUU will pay to Nigerian Students who has been at home all these while, and whom are the ones to still pay or have paid school fees for yearly session with 50% of time partly spent at home? 1 Like |

It is actually between 6-8 weeks because it depends on a whole lot of factors like 1. The location of the vehicle in the USA Places like Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New Jersey,New York,Massachusetts, Maryland,Virginia, are very close to New Jersey exit port especially for vehicles that cannot go RO-RO 2. The availability of the vehicle and title as some owners tend to turn in their vehicle title late after about 10-15 days of purchase. 3. The availability of cars going to same destination for container shipments as a 40 feet container bears 4 vehicles or 5 as the case maybe. 4. The schedules of the shipping lines. For instance Grimaldi Lines or Hoegh Auto liners has fixed schedule for North America to West Africa and they strictly comply to it. But once the vessel leaves US it will arrive Tincan in 17 days maximum dashintrends: Trust me, minimum 2 months. |
