FIRS is non-stop. Just get someone to see the Chairman.

Stupid idiot... That was how one came to my office the other day and sat where he wasn't supposed to. I told him "Sir please, can you take the other seat as the one you sat on was specifically for client counselling". Some prefers getting a degree and a job then they are fine. A degree holder is not a lazy man. Someone with a degree is entitled to a good life if this country is a good one. In abroad people with vocational training get job placement and incentives.
