I use to give cash to POS free, as a business man. I learnt a hard lesson when I brought my customer to one POS girl I used to give cash free, she charged the guy 1k for 12k, when I confronted her, she told me she even did it like DAT because of me DAT e suppose be 1k2h,. Well depends on his income and where he works. If not, go to satellite towns. Such as Nyanya, Mararaba, Ado, New Nyanya,..... Rents are relatively lower compared to City centres or Lugbe etc...
In terms of cost of food stuffs, it's relatively cheaper in places like Mararaba market, Nyanya while other people comes from the city to buy foodstuffs. The only disadvantages of these areas, is traffic jam from Abacha Barracks or even AYA and also Mararaba towards Nyanya in the morning.

Ponmo has a nutritive value, what u will say is it has low nutritive value compared to other meat. If not for anything ponmo has a lot of fibre n few protein. Just that it doesn't contains all essential amino acid., and should be used for industrial purpose. Though ponmo in it's self has low nutritive value, it can still be fortified and garnished with vegetables plus other stuffs in order to give u real dose of nutrition.
