All I see here is non-civil servants siding with the govt due to envy.
The govt has no right to cut salaries of workers except there is clause for that provision in the appointment letter and there is isn't.
Even football clubs have to take permission from players before cutting their wages.
So he's going to cut salaries of health workers too

He might not need surgery afterall. all he needs to do is wait to see if the it completely grows(provided he can find a way to lessen the pain) otherwise, he has no other option than to go for surgery

Since you said it's now showing signs of gradual growth, why don't you resort to ways to reduce the pain while it fully grows. Surgery should be the last resort o. This is Nigeria afterall
