Raaven: politically NO, egypt and israel are allies since 70's . with camp david accords it was the first and most important betrayal to the Palestinian cause and for arab coutries. and it caused the disintegration of a united Arab front for palestine .
and even before . for most arabs , egypt has launched the war against israel prematurely without consulting the other arab armies. there were already querrels between Arab leaders , most arab countries wanted a true total war with israel . but egypt went it alone on its front . launched its attack without waiting other armies ( from morocco , algeria , libya , sudan ) and the support came late and after starting the war egypt also prematurely stopped the war and signed peace agreements, when they could win the war if they had engaged in a long war . with camp david accords they recovered the sinai and got a hudge support from the United States until now days . thats why since 70's . the few arab countries that want to free palestine dont trust egypt .
and with holy US support , more arab countries made peace with israel (officially or unofficially) .
now days egypt export gaz to israel . participates in the asphyxiation of the territory of gaza. by closing their border crossing and destroying the smuggling tunnels between them to weaken the hamas.
From what I read free palestine means kicking the israelites out of the middle east. How would defeat a country which has fought 2 wars and kicked the ass of arab armies every single time. The yum kippor was is just outstanding how a small country would stand the onslaught of 2 major arabian nations who had the support of algeria, sudan, saudi arabia, pakistan, jordan, irak, ussr and even north korea but yet they still loose. Massa make Dem shidon for one place they would never defeat israel. I feel bad for the palestinians but even among them there is no unity between the fatah and hamas. How can you make ur voice heard when your divided .
dragon2: The future of warfare is not drones, the future of warfare cannot be a platform but rather a system. In our age it is AI enhanced electronic/spectrum warfare with space being the high ground. Sending the enemy back to the 1940's while maintaining your advantage will win you the war against a peer adversary. Very early on in a major peer war, kinetic kill missiles will take out all near earth satellites leaving deep space units. Submarines will cut ALL enemy deep sea optical fibre cables. The airwaves will be saturated with hostile electronic broadcast. Drones will be taken out by hacking, disorientation, disruption of communication with base station using active EW; or Passive radar which will pick up its communication and vector SAM batteries, fighter aircraft or ground infantry with a shoulder mounted SAM to the target drone. EMP weapons will be everywhere. Drones will find it hard to survive such hostile EM environments unless closely followed by an aerial support unit with ISTAR,SIGINT. However, such units will be subject to being hit by long range AA missiles. My 2kobo.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IRCDEulxOY Tell me how you can fight against such. Drones have totally disorganized the armenians and the separatist defense forces. If Armenia is begging for a cease fire is partly due to this. Drone help your artillery to be precise, they also do the job which cost less than using aircrafts.
Whyem15: Truth is always the first casualty of war, I've seen journalists claiming this is just cheap propaganda. It may be true or not but if Armenia wants ceasefire, they know who to go to.
It's stated they would collaborate with the OCE, the US, Russia and France to have cease fire.
There are multiple videos of huge losses on both sides.
Azerbaijan would have huge losses obviously due to the fact that they are attacking positions with entrenched troops. U must expect huge losses but I think Armenia and it's ally are having a beating.
kabe1: I think drones have been effective in this conflict. However quite a number of those drones have been shot down.
Azerbaijan has lost considerable number of armour, helicopters and hundreds of soldiers.
I think both sides have lost considerably. But Azerbaijan just shot a su-25 using a mig-29(not a turkish f-16 as said earlier). But from what am seeing Armenia is having a lil beating as compared to last engagements though azerbaijan has also paid those advance dearly. Take a look at this video on Twitter . https://twitter.com/wwwmodgovaz/status/1311250796265299968?s=19 Guess this happens everyday .
GeneralFarouq: Both ate russian systems, is it not possible that Russians can add some software to SU30 to stop the S300 from locking on to it.....
I don't think so. I don't think russia can go as far as to place a kill software in the s-300pmu2 systems. It's a double edge sword. It would décrédibilise russia equipments in the eyes of potential buyers.
giles14: wonder why the Armenian air force is waiting to deploy it Su-30sm?
I don't think they would cross into azerbaijan airspace due to the presence of s-300pmu2 favorit air defense system. They have 2 batteries near their capital Yarevan. These system has a range between 3- 200km and maximum altitude of 27km so it isn't joke. And I guess these systems are protected by medium and short range air defense. I don't think Armenia would wish to loose any of their 6 su-30sm.
Armenia is threatening to use the Iskander ballistic missile if Turkey intervenes with F-16s.
That's right both sides have suffered heavily. But I think this time azerbaijan has the upper hand as compared to last clashes. Thought they have lost alot for this little strategic gains
Texman21: by their recent actions i don't think they want to be allies they want it all.its a golden opportunity to have them by the balls and teach them a lesson,i am sure someone agrees with me
Those guys don't behave like allies. They look for the least opportunity to either insult or mock the NA. They like to behave like the are too perfect. Let the feel the pain. I hope the crises escalates.
UltimateDreamer: They blockaded the roads leading to the Volta region They say they want their Western Togoland back championed by the Homeland Study Group Foundation (HSGF). They've been training soldiers for years now; arrests are usually made but nothing comes of it. The Ghana government apparently doesn't want to handle the group with a tough fist, they are hoping the group will die a natural death; bad idea. Now they've sacked a police station and carted away guns and ammunition, blockaded the roads leading to the Volta region claiming independence, saying they did not agree to be part of Independent Ghana ab initio.
The Volta region where HGSF is domiciled is majority EWE people, they constitute about 13% of the country
distinct from the AKAN people who are the majority in the south and constitute about 57% of the country
GA people control central Accra, where Ghana's capital lies.
Current president Nana Akufo Addo identifies as GA
Current past president John Mahama also contending in upcoming elections identifies as NORTHERN
President before him was John Atta Mills identifies as AKAN
Longest ruling president Jerry John Rawlings identifies as EWE
His Majesty DF Nii Okwei Kinka Dowuona VI is the Osu Mantse or King of the GA people of Osu in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, he is the King that allegedly ordered the demolition of the Nigerian building not too long ago.
we are waiting to see how the Ghana government deals with this issue. Lets see if their gra gra is for real. about 19 persons were arrested out of the hundreds that participated in the demonstration. airlifted to the capital.
I love what's happening in Ghana. Let them feel the pain cameroonians are feeling also with secessionist movements. Ghana has been hosting secessionist from so called ambazonia and has always refused to collaborate with the cameroonian government. Unlike Nigeria who has been helping cameroon and providing intelligence and real time arrest of those people, Ghana has been playing its own funny game. Even going to the extend of hosting some of their meetings with former ghanaian president Rawlings. They have been insulting Nigerian armed forces saying they are weak in face of BH. If the Ghanaians face what the NA having to fight, BH would be in Accra in 1 week.
Hello guys something bad seems to be going on in Mozambique but you don't yeah any news outlet speaking about it. Isis is getting real in Mozambique. Just captured a town of 300,000+ inhabitants 2 days ago. Seems like the Mozambique armed forces are facing difficulties dealing with those guys.

Whyem15: Just because he is Russian makes his statement false? Like how is this not racism and stereotyping? No factual evidence at all just assumptions. Nawa oo
If you don't see the politics being played by top brass in the Nigerian armed forces, which has been displayed and proven countless of times on this forum by other members the suit yourself. We all know there is little coordination amoung members of the mnjtf. If you don't see it, lol it's your choice. If you don't realise that those youths who joined bh or iswap was due to negligence of those northern regions in both Cameroon Nigeria by our respective government so be it. As I said if u want to keep blaming the so called Europeans and the US. Suits you.
kikuyu1: Learn to look at data, ideally from separate points to GET THE WIDER PICTURE. The Saffa who trained 72 Mobile Strike Brigade before the 2015 election said it openly. Eeben Barlow, founder of Executive Outcomes and now CEO of SSTEP,Specialized Tasks,Training,Equipment and Protection International said:
Do you have any idea how much top level classified geopolitical theatre, false flags and proxy warfare he's seen in his career? H's speaking from experience. Where did ISIS buy their 2000 brand new Toyota Tundras? Who paid?
If after reading the experiences of widely varied individuals with no reason to lie and you still insist its 'false info,' its ok;as I said nobody needs validation from anyone else here.
Once you named a Russian operative, lol I just knew all you have said is bullshit. If u dig in well you might realise that guy is on the payroll of the SVD or MVD. I don't need to read any of this you trash you use as reference, just common sense is enough to ask yourself of what us would the so called Europeans be funding BH? They already control fuel production in Nigeria, Cameroon and Chad. Lol. I don't see the correlation my brother. The spread and perpetual growth of this gang of extremist is due to a lack of coordination from regional players, politics played by Nigerian military top brass who don't want this crises to finish because it swells their bank accounts. There is also a lack or a neglect in social and economical infrastructures which caused unemployment in this areas and thus made the youths of those areas receptive the message preached by those extremist. Stop always throwing the blame on OTHERS when the fault is hanging on your nose but you refuse to smell it because it stinks. If the Nigerian military in coordination with regional members wanted to put an end to this crises it would be a matter of weeks. So stop all this you conspiracy theories and face the truth. Cameroon, Nigeria, Chad and Niger are to be blamed for this situation we are facing now.
kikuyu1: Son, the net especially this FORUM is FREE! Meaning we're all free to post our interpretation of relevant events. If you don't agree fine with a particular individual explanation fine:nobody is LOOKING for internet validation. If you still believe in the truth of MSM news in this era of 911, WMD, the obvious foreign hand in proxy terror like BH or ISIS it's also ok! Believe what you WANT-you can believe in the Epstein suicide story if that's what CNN says but DON'T MOUTH OFF AT THOSE WHO DON'T.
Herbs are not good for someone's brain. Lol. Do you know how many tons of ammonium nitrate where stock in that warehouse. Do you remember 2015 Tianjin explosions caused by nitrocellulose, AZF in France - Toulouse 2001 or the Texas City explosion in 1947 all caused by ammonium nitrate. So there can't be industrial catastrophies due to néglegence again my brother. Must you blame everything on Israel or the US. What gain does Israel have in bombing Beirut? Always reading conspirationniste theory junks.
I think it's either hydroplaning which is caused by too much water on the runway and thus prevent annihilates the breaking effects initiated by the pilot. Or the pilot landed short and ran out of runway. Guess it would cost us some money to bring back that aircraft to flying state
A c130-H of the cameroonian air force skidded off the run way during landing at the Maroua Airport. Heavy rain might the main course. No injury from the flight crew but the aircraft sustained some damage.
