Long before JWs came into existence there are true worshippers and there are still true worshippers today outside JWs.

On this religious section it has been noticed that most commentators do claim Christians apart from few Atheists, Agnostics and Muslims.
Each person has been expressing himself/herself regarding their resolve about Religion.
But Jehovah's Witnesses have formed an organization of like minded worshipers from different parts of the earth, race, skin colour, class, educational background, status and so on. This has help to bring us all under the same Master, Lord and King so that wherever we find anyone who subscribe to our teachings we can be rest assured that the same line of thought governs us as one family. John 17:20-23; 1Corinthians 1:10

So if you'll like to study the Bible with us you are welcome, let's see how God's promise of long ago regarding one big and happy family of peace loving worshipers has become a reality in our own generation! Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4:1-3

Please the thread is open to all, but let us keep our FAITH strong and back it up with God's word in order to SEE how it's benefitting those living by it's standard.

You don't need to mention the name of your church but if you feel like questioning the belief of any religious group then it will be appropriate to PRESENT your church so that everyone can SEE how things supposed to be done better!

I was born a deeper life, in my adolescence I became a so called "born again" christian and damn I took it too far.

Then 2009 came and I met a JW girl who made me got interested in Watchtower teachings, out of curiosity I started studying with them and sometimes attend meetings, but I learned more reading every available literature, both online and offline.

At first it was intriguing and a whole world of new knowledge opened for me, my sense of reasoning became wide and ultimately I now understand basic truth like trinity hoax, what happens when we die, God's promise of a new earth, etc.

As I increased the frequency of meetings and asked more questions, the veil covering the reality in JW organization started wearing off my eyes and I saw the hypocrisy, the cover ups, the inconsistencies, the ever changing truth with new light, so many unscriptural practices, double standards, and finally I see that they became what they preached against at inception!

I was really hurt knowing all these because at first I thought I have found the truth. I couldn't go back to pentecostal worship because they're even the bigger lie and right now although I believe in Jesus but I no longer attend any organized worship.

But if I later see a need to resume going to any worship center JW will be my choice but then I will be seen as an apostate because there's no way am covering up for any sexual abuse for any brother or sister, I will surely report to the authorities, I will not go out for preaching and have my hour recorded for some self appointed "governing body", I will not believe that the governing body is the faithful and descrete slave because they're not, I will not also need additional literatures from watchtower in order to make sense of the scripture, I will not subject myself to "dedicating" myself to Jehovah after I repent and believe in Jesus's ransom because it's unscriptural.

In essence, JW is just another christian sect claiming to be "the only way" to salvation, but they're not, Jesus is the only way and I will do my best to follow him without any third party interference.

Which calling are you talking about? No one receives special call to serve God, there's only one call available for anyone who wants to be saved and it is only through Christ. Don't be deceived, every christian is ordained to serve

Please forgive my errors, I'm not a professor in English language, we just de try.

I completed my nysc program last year, life didn't actually go they way i thought it would, i spent bout 6 months searching for employment, i finally got a job in a bank microfinance organisation..i was able to secure the job through a sister.

Being working there now for almost 8 month now, truth be told the salary is not worth the stress and hazard we face in the field, apart from not having time for anything else because i have to get to work 7:30am and close 6-7pm.

The salary is 65k but after removing from tax,pension and all,my take home is 54k.

Now I'm considering resigning, I've started learning graphic designing on YouTube, so that i won't be idle, I'm planning to save up for some months before resigning.

Apart from the job being too stressful, I've had alot of witch craft and crazy experiences, trust me its not being easy.

Please am i making the best decision resigning because i don't have any other job, my PlanB is the graphic designing i just started learning, spent most of my savings purchasing a brand new laptop.

I don't know with resigning will be ok considering the situation of our country.
