manuelreports: Why are people condeming Britain Amalgamation was done for administrative convenience and the Nigeria ethnic Nationals have the chance to go their separate way upon declaration of Independence
I blame that man called Zik for his inability to reason properly irrespective of his status as an erudite scholar. Even when Sadauna of Sokoto and Obafemi Awolowo were protesting that the ethnic Nationals should go their separate way, Zik said No it is one Nigeria. Just kept reeling out bogus semantics.
Remember In 1956 a motion was moved by Anthony Enahoro for self Government but the Northerners said they were not ready yet. That was ample opportunity for the South to go their separate ways but some fools who want to answer Patons and nationalist never reasoned about the consequence of such an unholy Union.
Sorry then, oil have not been discovered in Nigeria in large Quantity untill 1958.
Although I blame Britain for Not adminstering Nothern and Southern Nigeria as separate entities, the bigger blame goes to our nationalists for not reasoning logically about the consequence of Northern and Southern Nigeria unholy marriage. Yet some people have the mind to force us to sing the labour of our heroes past shall never be in vain? Which heroes? Which labour? I swear I get very irritated when I hear that line because it's the biggest lie we keep telling ourselves. |

omoiyamayor: Nigerian want better lives and Canada got that standard you know but we need to build our continent as well,if we dont, the West wont,We need Vision to help people see the possibility of better future of Africa. The solution is simple, pay the young people and professionals a living wage here and they won't want to run away. A lot of people who want to leave don't do it because they so love the west, some do but most just want to provide for themselves and their families legally. |

FREEMADNESS: God has blessed us with resources but our leaders jst donno hw to mk use of dem.
misplaced priority We don't have leaders what we have are thieves. If there's anything I have learned from watching fear factor it's that people will do anything for money no matter how stupid or difficult. Rather than channel this stupidity into economic stability and independence by paying people decent amounts for projects that actually get finished and provide benefits to the citizens we have things getting abandoned halfway and the money for it is gone. If Buhari had even an ounce of integrity he would have ordered for abandoned projects nationwide to be demolished or sold so they can be turned into something useful with all the money he borrowed. I sincerely believe that the discovery of oil was one of the things holding us back. Rather than be forced to actually make things work for both their benefits and the citizens oil money and deals can be made without citizen's input and the money can be pocketed without stress. |

BULLIONVAN4: Where's the insult cos' I'm yet to see one compared to your kinsmen(who are now in coma because it's not ipob, nnamdi kanu or Igbo thread) should the names read "chi" "chukwu" etc you will see them with phrase like "ipigs at it agan" "cursed red mud region" "igbos and crime are 5and 6" "yamri Igbo pigs at it again" "baby factories" "developers" etc and maybe, by then, you will also go into coma to see that or to call them to order, continue in your hypocrisy.
you think we dont see or take screenshots of them?? AregbeFufu: Na them, Afonja and Haboki pon this one. I'm sure all those people trafficking children all over the south are afonjas. But the way they hide their crimes and try to push it to others, tueh afonja stinks.
He stated, “We are OPC members from Ondo and we came to Delta, which is my state, to fortify ourselves so that we will not fall into the hands of criminals. We always confront criminals, such as kidnappers, so we need to fortify ourselves against gunshots.
OPC self dey align jazz. Why is that the average yoruba thinks he needs to do ritual before they succeed in whatever they do. Anything an afonja man does he must do jazz to. When they get employment, admission, marriage, new house or car, new baby, next thing na juju. Tueh hafonja. You guys have ethnic sensitive blindness. |

When the next baby factory, fake drug or kidnapping story comes out from their side if anyone complains about insults directed at them I will just show them this thread. |

dederocs: Get your facts right, stop lying here, about 90% of infected Covid patients survive, you people should stop using false information as basis of your information...do you know that depression, anxiety, hunger kills more...talk with sense, many things kill a man and most arise from hunger and malnutrition, boost your immune system, or stay indoors if you cant wear mask.
Think about you and your family. I said chances of survival after requiring ventilation is 50/50 read properly before you criticise someone. If more people die from suicide than terrorism does that mean terrorism isn't a problem? |

dederocs: People die everyday, we are hypocrites...so many are killed daily by bandits, malaria, diabetes etc...how many hungry kids have you fed recently...we dont care if others die, stop the pretence, the economy affects us all and lockdown destroys us more. You would be surprised that my work is to deal with malnourished children, but we have to put things into perspective here. If someone has diabetes it can be managed, they can't spread it to others and it takes a long time to die from it without management. With Covid-19 you have about a month or so to live or die if it gets bad, even with the best hospitals the chances of survival after requiring ventilation is 50/50. If it was Boko Haram killing people on the streets no one would dare to step outside, yet because the killer can't be seen it is not given the appropriate respect. I just hope the cure/vaccine comes out soon because I never trust people to listen to directives. |

I'm sure you are wrong, but whatever you haven't been right from the start. Like I said we have choices, lockdown or open up, just don't whine when people die.
