It's weird how a country of 200 million people and yet there's no diversity in sports.
Sport leagues and events generate billions of dollars to the US and European economies. Nigerians preference of European league contributes to growth of European economy.

This is how they are trained to harass, oppress and humiliate each and every "bloody civilian" they come across. Some of them and their friends on nairaland will deny it but we all know the truth.

They will be forming superman and superwoman for unarmed civilians. When it comes to fighting bandits, terrorists and militants they keep quiet.

those supplements u buy from 10k to 50k are Ayurvedic medication.... Ayurvedic here means they are sourced from fruits, vegetables,herbs spices etc.

Wellman does not claim to be Ayurvedic, Tianshi is a scam company and Nutrilife is an actual legitimate product.

Ayurvedic is an Indian system of supposed healing that combines Hindu mysticism, primitive diagnostic and treatment techniques and consumption of herbs which may or may not be helpful. Something being derived from a plant does not make it Ayruvedic, a lot of pharmaceuticals come from plants the difference is that they actually test them,are aware of the side effects and won't make ridiculous claims about the efficacy of their drugs.

I don't buy supplements because I know most of them are pseudoscience and scams. Proper supplements with proper information on them is what we recommend not whatever someone conjured up in their back yard.
