faithfull18:everything is sex sex sex for your information hapertitis b is majorly transmitted through blood contact. mode od transmission through sex is relatively low... as in low unless in cases where the person has a very high loads in millions and the person is at a stage of being very infectious. |
I know it's herpetites B. and most jobs here in Nigeria and Arab countries do discriminate about it and won't employ you if you test positive to it and that's very bad. well for now just go to the hospital and do a hapertitis B profile and check if your HBeAg is positive or not. if positive then its active but if negative is inactive which means you have no fear of harm. u just have to be doing liver function test and scan once in a year to check how ur liver is. then secondly you do a viral load test to know the amount in your blood. then you do a liver scan and also liver function tests. note: if the HBeAg is negative n viral load is often low like few thousands to hundreds.. you won't need any medication or take any drugs . 80 to 95% of hapertitis b patients are just like this that's why u hardly see someone complaining of liver damage as you can find in kidney damage. next avoid alcohol, delete it from your menu. stop eating meat as it is to heavy to break down by liver, stop eating fried food or stuff. eat fruit, vegetables and stuff that are cooked. and stop eating junk. test members of your family to check if anyone has it and if no then vaccinate everyone. for Now you should know you have chronic herpetites b.. its definitely not acute.. anyone that just go for test and found out with suprise without eye turning yellow... its chronic. meaning you got it either when u are still a child through blood transfusion either when ur mom was about to birth you and the blood was not screen enough. in the 1990s they hardly screen blood for herpetites and this gave a sharp rise. for adult... hepatitis b pose little as the immune system will destroy it instantly it get to the body @95/99% of the time an adult is infected. but for children they have low immune system that's why every child get vaccinated at birth since 2004. As for the cure... no herbal drugs can kill a virus don't let anyone tell you that. while right now there are some trial drugs they are developing to cure it and within 10 years from now they will find a drug. Although there is a drug that is giving 30/40% success rate and it will soon be on sale within 3 years from now. before jumping at treatment which involves taking tenofovir... please ensure that the hbv is active and it is in millions before u take drugs... don't allow any doctor force u to take drugs.. because all this Nigerian doctors have little knowledge on hbv because if you start taking it, u won't stop it else it will resist it in future someone said drink water... water cannot flush a chronic hbv no matter how u take it.. its only when it's acute you can increase intake of water to help healing process but in chronic it won't affect anything lastly don't drink any herbal drugs as it can complication things... herpetites b won't kill you so don't fear unless it multiply in millions or hundred of millions (HBeAg positive) and start destroying the liver without u knowing and it takes 20 to 30 years to destroy someone liver and also lifestyle like alcohol intake also contribute how fast it destroy. Remember to check the HBeAg weather it is positive or not... you can know that through hbv panel test and it is 10k in most lab. |

DigitB:like I said not everyone needs drugs. and it something you have to plan before taking drugs and the virus must be in hundred of thousands or even million before one start taking drugs. In Nigeria today once you test positive these doctors without specialisation n enough experience will place one on drugs. for what exactly? and this drugs once started you can't stop it, because if you stop the virus will resist it when u try to start again. our doctors need to collaborate with their Western counterpart, draw knowledge from them because those people do carry out practical research on individual with hbv and get real updates. I learnt a lot from this people. coffee is good for the liver. it helps minimise the chances of getting liver cancer and a study shows that it help decrease the virus in the body to some level...but no significantly. The issue of alcohol is something you must flee from..dont allow it cross ur throat because it goes down to the liver which tries to remove the toxic and already the liver is already fighting a war with hbv and u are adding another war to it front. apart from alcohol, stop taking process food... chocolate, swt things like minerals, all this energy drinks, to even malt etc are all packed with sugar and are toxic to the system. an example is Pepsi.. if a normal person with out hbv takes it everyday for 3 months that person will or might develop fatty liver. instead go green... vegetables of all kind, fruits of all kind, nuts of all kind , rice if possible brown or our Nigerian local rice, beans if possible brown beans, yam, etc, fish, all this things you can cook and eat. But u see puff puff, bounce, Akara, juice (of course u should know its not juice they are just packed with sugar, saccharine etc) bugger, or anything you know that has been processed must be limited. and also avoid getting fat if possible stay slim. obesity could lead to lower immune system and this immune system is needed to keep hbv in check. |
AllenSpencer:Mr billionair I still don't know what you are talking about..... what am saying is that tech is the the last hope of the common man.... the youth most especially now that unemployment is a problem in Nigeria. I will advise those still standing on the fence to take a queue, get a course and learn something and start earning rather than working for 50k naira per month. or working as a contract staff in bank. tech is not saturated there is still space to fit in.. am a living testimony |
AllenSpencer:I don't understand what you are saying.... tech is big and enough room for you to make cool money rather than work for peanuts in the bank or any startup in nigeria except oil companies and big time multinational. bro tech is the last hope of the common man. am a living witness . that's what i do and I earn 1.5 to 2m monthly |
Dimaya:only in nigeria you will hear tech is saturated. but Indians are still jumping on 'making cool money. ai can't replace human for now so u better jump into an aspect of tech... Web developer, python data analyst, game dev etc |
Calitoscassius:maybe he means alcohol herpetites. and yes there is alcohol n non alcohol herpetites. Google it. The same damage herpetites can cause... alcohol can do same to the liver |

DigitB:HBV don't affect kidney rather liver. you could get it from childhood. most people with hbv are those who get its from child hood as the virus refuses to clear as a result of weak immune system in children. adults will clear the virus 95% to 99% of the time they get it and go further to developing naturally immune system. hbv is of two stages - active and inactive and to know which one u got.. 'go for hbv profile test.. if you are able to clear the HBeAg or it shows negative then you are innactive. it mean that the virus is not multiplying or affecting u. and as such you won't or might not be needing any drugs. but must stay away from alcohol, meat and oily food. the good news is that 80 to 90 % of hbv patients are always like this and they won't be sick. that's why the government has made it compulsory for all children to be vaccinated I think Nigeria started vaccination for children in 2004 while USA started 1990 in addition you should go for yearly checkup like liver scan n LFT test to know how ur liver is. Note : 90% of Nigerian doctors don't fully understand what hbv is all about. even the said gastroenterologist only a few actually understands it. as they might scare the shit out of u. Apart from this you will leave a normal life unless other things kill u. hbv kills when you fail to detect it on time, that's why everyone should go for testing. detect it and if you need medication to suppress it. you start taking it. it takes herpetites b 20 to 30 years to destroy the liver and if you have it you don't know and you still go ahead to take alcohol then that follow can die within 10 to 15 years. note that herpetites does not kill rather it affects the liver and causes fibrosis and cirrhosis. while fibrosis if detected could be reverse the said can't be said of cirrhosis and it takes 20 years of active high level load of hbv to get cirrhosis. There are trial drugs on going and in 2 years time it will be in mrkt there is a drug that is known to cure the virus but they are recording 35 to 40% success rate and those who are likely to benefit are those with lower load. but other trail drugs are on the way... in next 10 years are so maybe a cure to get everyone free will be found just as the case of herpetites c which now has a cure note: no herbal drugs can cure it.... don't drink any herb as it could complicate things or affects the kidney. |

you can't unify anything unless you have supply to pump into the market ... or its not in your power to do as we are not running a command economy or totalitarian regime. If you want to unify then you must talk about availability or supply first without that then forget it jumper524:hope you are ready for price increment in the coming months? |

Maxine3445:hello, please how long did it take your school to comfirm the payment? |

grandstar:You are sounding as if you confident in this regime and also an enabler I belong to some groups of about 3000 where we monitor payment and with proof of deduction. my complaint is that some people that just applied for the funds are getting it at old cbn rate fastly just because they have powerful people in government or in the bank. mind you as at 23rd of last month which was Friday people got debited 595 uba and I have no problem here because they have been approved by cbn and already at disbursement stage. my complaint are people who are applying right now... like today why give them old rate and those who got into disbursement just before the regime u are debiting them new rate. Why can't we that applied since February/ March access it till now ? Why will some one applied today and in 7 days get it supplied? why
|
grandstar:a friend of mine... I mean some one I know applied last 2 month being May ending and val last month 7th being June 2023 he was debited. he made me understand that it was not even approved or pass through the process but money was deducted and sent to the school.... thanks to his father's friend in Government seat of power. But me in same bank and have been approved.. took them 3 months plus to approve me . Still no show |
