Namecheap is best for now.. U can survive with free theme directly from developer that way u sure no virus.

There was a Google algorithm update on the 5th to 9th... Some analysts called it the news update.... So I think I benefited from that.

And I believe massive shake up is coming since August we have not seen any... The site is ready for any kind... If a massive shakeup happens a lot of site with same post will go down pushing the site upward. I saw a lot of weakness on some bloggers they tend to fall for internal duplicate

You are on WordPress abi? Download the xml file from your blog that contains all ur post, comments, media, etc and go over to your new host, install a fresh WordPress blog and import the xml file there.

Note : get the import and export tool under settings on your WordPress dashboard.

Please before you change your name servers make sure you have downloaded the xml files.

There is another way to go about the above which is to use a plugin to migrate your WordPress installation from the old host to the new one, I find this one too heavy. I did it 2017 from domainking to namecheap... Not too easy but the first option is very easy because you won't have to create a new database etc.
