I've been hitting d gym for bout 2 months now, my chest has been developing and expanding and my arms too.
In fact everything has been cool. It's just dt I don't have hard nipples like most guys sha, so when I wear tight shirt, it tends to poke out, and it doesn't look sexy at all.
Abeg any particular exercise I can undertake to make it look okay..

English FA is trying to start what they can not finish...................... From writing an inscription of "black lives matter" (a political inscription of a far left U.S Democrat) at the back of players jersey to forcing all players to take a knee (a political symbol), ..... According to FIFA law, political symbol and messages no matter how good it is should never be mixed with football, neither should any political message nor symbol be written on players jersey, that football belongs to all irrespective of your side of opinion.

It would have been better for English FA to used "say no to racism" than for them to use "black lives matter" (a political message) in premier league,....... Infact it would have been so perfect if the NHS was written in place of "black lives matter" in order to pay tribute to doctors who are currently at the Frontline saving lives of others and losing their own lives .............. Also it would have been much better for them to say that taking a knee should be optional rather than being compulsory for all players............. mixing football with politics is a very dangerous acts.............. infact FA should immidiately apologize for banning the use of poppy (a figure that seeks to honour world war 2 fallen hero soldiers) on players jerseys, because it is also for a noble cause ............................................. I wouldn't be surprised if players from now henceforth start to displays political figures and messages about various oppressive regime and evil act committed by their various government in their singlet and displaying them during matches (they will be justified in doing so, because it is also about a noble cause of freedom)......... I hope this will not bring about double standard, since political freedom messages can be express, I believe that no one should be denied freedom of expressing his own freedom political message.

And forcing everyone to kneel irrespective of their opinion is bad for a global fundamental human rights of freedom of taught and expression................... Football is a game for all (whether white, black, brown, purple etc) and the message displayed should be inclusive to all races,... Not pitting one race against another.............. AS FOR ME, "all lives matter"

Hmmmm I can actually relate to most of these.. I played all PlayStation consoles right from PS1 up till 4. I remember how I and my friends used to leave schl for Game house to play PlayStation during break time or if we were chased for school fees in secondary school days... I did that in the early PS1/PS2 days. Thereafter I later got myself a PS2 which I played for years and eventually gave out to a friend after I got the PS3. Then later I got the PS4 around 2015 and then gave a friend my PS3 in 2016 with some CDs then I collected a token of 10k from him lol..

Now I have not even been playing the PS4 much now and was actually planning on getting some CDs soon. Even the soccer I have now is FIFA19 and I was planning on getting 20 soon. Then Boom! Sony is now about to launch the PS5 this year and its even getting unveiled today and man never gather money to even buy that one..

If you can switch to beans, you automatically solve this problem. So no matter how you lift, if you continue eating white rice and white spaghetti, you are basically reloading more sugar (fat) into your body, and not getting the full nutrition to aid fat loss and muscle growth.

I am not sure about the truism of what your coach said, though. I see no way you can grow muscle by lifting light. Muscles are built when external forces that are heavier than the capability of your muscles are exerted, to a point that it breaks the muscle tissue. Then you repair and heal it by proper nutrition such as glucose (carbs), proteins, and micronutrients found in nuts and vegetables.

So it is not correct for your coach to tell you that you should lift lighter. Lifting lighter doesn't challenge your muscle to grow. All your life, you have been lifting lighter, from lifting cups, carrying your backpack, clothes, etc. Your muscles are not challenges with such tiny weight, so your coach is wrong. If he disagrees, point him to this thread and he should explain how lighter weight helps muscle growth.

A week is too small to expect any result bro, at least after four weeks, you will begin to notice any difference. Also, your muscle will not grow if you do not increase your protein intake, as proteins are the nutrient that aids muscle growth after breaking it down with training. How much are you lifting now? and what is the range of your body fat percentage? Also, How is your diet like?

I dunno my body fat percentage oo.. I'm 6' 2 and I weigh 88..
I eat mostly light food oo, like Spag, rice, don't eat Garri or fufu.. Eat beans probably once a week. And I've been avoiding soft drinks or beer for sometime now

For guys that want to get fit without going to gym, it is 100% possible. You need to get a skipping rope (works your cardiovascular) or sprint/jog, then do push-ups. With just skipping rope, push up, and eating clean, you will look fit and strong.

We need more guys to join the journey. At least if you achieve a healthy look during this corona, then it's a good start. I lost my sister recently and fell into depression, and added 15kg of fat after binge eating to cope, but I am over it now and lost almost everything, just 3 more kg more to lose. I lost it in just two months (March to May).

I've been doing some bench press for a week now. I want to get a bigger broader chest. But so far, no much difference, just Dt my arms are getting bigger and I have better endurance, buh my chest never too show.
Also, d gym instructor said I should stick to living a lightweight than one heavy one like Dt.
According to him, d light one aids more in body building.
With dt light one I do, close hands 20reps for ten times
And then I widen my hands and do 15reps also 10times
Pls how do I do it.. So Dt my chest will increase..

The scientists at NASA are engineers, physicists, mathematicians, economist's, chemists, aerospace scientists, etc. Even Elon Musk himself is a renowned physicist.

NIGERIAN youths will earn degrees in religious and cultural studies, social studies, theatre arts, pre-primary education, etc. and still come to Nairaland to blame the government.

My argument is not one-sided in case anyone wants to bash me. I admit that we have a silly government, but the citizens, especially youths are equally silly.

Some folks here claim that the US is a sane clime and wish to fly there at the slightest opportunity. Days ago, the same folks bashed the sane clime for the extrajudicial killing of Floyd.

The United States and other advanced nations welcome people who have something to offer. For now, a great percentage of Naija youths really have nothing to offer.
