Please my brother was asked to come pick up his passport from Lagos VFS office.. He paid on 17th, 3days ago for them to courier it to him at Owerri... He uploaded the receipt and they sent him an acknowledgement mail but till date he hasn't received the passport..

Please how many days does it take them to courier the passport to one's destination..

Please I am having same issue but in my own case, I didn't receive any acknowledgement from them after uploading the reciept and they sent a mail to me asking to come and pick my passport, does it mean I sent to a wrong address ? (canadang@vfshelpline.com)

1 way courier from VFS have gone up to 31,160 effective July 14. But when I submitted it was 18,710 effective July 10. Today, I received a mail acknowledging the receipt of the package saying it was received today July 17th. Na wa for them sha. Let me wait and know if they will send me a mail to pay

I had similar issue too. I sent mine through DHL to Abuja, and it was delivered on 6 June. I didnt get any notification from vfs. I sent several emails to them and no response, until I chatted with them yesterday on their Web live chat. I was told that the reason I didn't get notification from them was because I didn't write my email address and phone number on my document sent to them.
I was given my tracking I.D. my passport had been ready for collection since 13 June sef.

If he lied about that, he could be lying about other things, that’s your premise for further investigations, but you don’t have hard core or circumstantial proof of an affair yet.

BTW it might be a good time to remind him that the thing he’s looking for outside is inside his house and he has everything to lose by breaking his marriage vow. Hopefully you guys find a way to fix things not working out, seems you guys are having unresolved issues
