Computers › Autorun File For Cd Needed by felifeli(op): 11:47am On May 05, 2010
I have installed an application which runs from WAMP on my computer.
A.I want to move the entire application to a CD and run it from there.
B, I want the application to autorun when the CD is inserted

The usual path to the application is http://localhost/APP . And typically before it can run Wampserver must be started. [path C:\wamp\wampmanager.exe] .
Therefore the autorun must first
1. First start Wamp
2. Point to http://localhost/APP

Can someone quickly help out with such a script ?

Imagine. I went to hospital for checkup. The doctor that I saw was a pretty lady . She asked me to UnCloth and as I lay on the couch she laughed. Very unprofessional of her but I guess that meant I wasn't on danger list. Should doctors make fun of a patient's physique ?

Politics › Re: Police Are Arresting People Wearing A Fashion Brand Inscribed "police" T-shirt by felifeli: 8:45pm On Apr 06, 2010
We should actually learn to be sensitive to our environment. Because something is permitted elsewhere should not mean that it should be permitted everywhere.  I can wear a T shirt that say  "Zap the Queen" in Lagos and nobody will bat an eye but I won't try doing that in UK. I will be locked up and end up in front of a hostile judge.
I am sure if any of you wore a shirt which reads "Thief"  or "Armed Robber" you will be similarly arrested by the police simply because it is an action capable of confusing or alarming people in the street. Why would you want to wear a "police" tshirt anyway if you are not so much an idiot ?

This kind of behaviour is simply unacceptable, brings the website credibility problems! What shall we read next: Aliens invade Alaba Market or Elves take over Aso Rock?
It was copied from front page of 234next.com though, and removed after noon . So what does that make the newspaper then. Everyone knew it was a joke man , let your hair down.

Family › Re: Do I Have To Confess My Adultery To My Spouse? by felifeli: 2:04pm On Mar 23, 2010
Don't let anyone kid you, if you ever do your marriage is finished . Kaput.

We are all human beings - we may forgive but we can never forget. In any case I would think your objective is to rid yourself of the guilt and put the sorrow in the heart of your spouse or even worse trying to make him/her bear the blame of making you to commit adultery. Never ever confess adultery even though the church will preach that to you. Make  peace with your God and leave the poor fool wondering if it happened or not. He/she can't prove a gaddem thing. If he/she asks you anyway you are on your own - better confess it or you are dead meat .Don't sleep with your eyes closed ever after you deny, and don't even eat anything in the house which you have not prepared with your own hands. You have been warned.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Are There Jobs In Uk ? by felifeli: 6:16pm On Feb 15, 2010
AjanleKoko:
^^
Seconded.
Most of the posts were utter nonsense.
When I saw the topic 'Are there jobs in the Uk?' I assumed that the topic was for people seeking jobs in the UK, possibly a treatise on the UK job market. Which could be a topic on, say, an Indian or Filipino forum.

Instead, Nigerians went on to pontificate about all sorts, and insult the heck out of each other. Which makes me wonder? Who said Nigerians are too big to find jobs in the UK, or that Nigerians can't find jobs in the UK? If you're qualified, you should be able to find jobs anywhere. In fact, there is a process for getting authorization to work in the UK or most other countries, if you have the required skills and qualifications.

In fact, for a country with a huge population of able-bodied and intelligent citizens, it's a crime that we are more or less absent in the global jobs market. A market where aircraft technicians from the Phillipines are hired to work in Angola, or drilling technologists from India are hired to work in Aberdeen. Rather, the OP says he's a poultry farmer in Nigeria, and is thus better off than anybody working in the UK. Utter nonsense.
What a pity. With this kind of attitude, the nation can never develop.
Ironically you applauded a post by rman and then went on to make a comment that was completely at tangent to the meaning of OP's . The core of Pafun's post was that you may live anywhere you like as long as you have a job there, and if you don't have a job there anymore kindly go somewhere else or return home instead of becoming a nuisance and spoiling the place for other Nigerians with clearer vision. I would have thought that made perfect sense. smiley
TV/Movies › Most Nauseating Tv Ads by felifeli(op): 9:28pm On Feb 07, 2010
I have just been assaulted tonight again by the Chivita TV ad ( life comes aliiiiiiiiiiiive) and I am fit to go hang myself . Did they pick that guy from oshodi market , and where did they get those other peeps doing zombie dances ? Budget for the ad must have been about N5000.
Nix this freaking ad please . Chivita (or whomever owns it) .

I want to hear about your other freaky ads so that I can steer away from the TV when they are about to be played.
Family › Re: Should The Man Bear The Whole Financial Expenses In The House? by felifeli: 9:06pm On Feb 07, 2010
A man who agrees to this attitude is not doing self , wife and family any favors. What if he dies suddenly leaving the children with a mother who has never worked a day in her life. Obviously what she will do is urgently search for another husband - destroying her children in the process of another marriage. Girl there is dignity in labor, there are great blessings in sharing.

Enigma:
A prime example of the fear and ignorance that makes challenging the false teachings concerning "tithing" a continuing necessity!

sad
Sir apart from a lame attempt at being pedantic this comment makes no sense I am afraid. People should learn to get themselves away from the PARANOIA that someone somewhere is always trying to shove something down their throat. You don't HAVE TO believe ANYTHING . Do what works best for you and be kind enough to leave others to make the same choice.

Christianity Etc › Re: Pay House Rent Or Pay Tithe by felifeli: 8:41pm On Feb 05, 2010
Annunaki:
True christians are not required to tithe, it is only muguns who don't read their bible well that are conned to believe tithing is a christian requirement.
This is absolutely right of course. If you don't pay your tithe it DOES NOT hinder you from getting to heaven. It only hinder you from living under God's prosperity insurance plan while you are on earth. The truth is that you will pay the tithe one way or the other  either to the use of God or you find yourself using the money to pay medical expenses , armed robbers (and police and omo oniles) ,  booze, expensive affairs etc etc . Examine your life and see if this is not true. If you have been paying your tithe before, just neglect to pay it once (even on time) and you will be amazed at how much troubles suddenly come your way.

Yes , tithing or not has nothing with being a good Christian. It only makes your Christian life more enjoyable. cheesy

Why are you posting lots of pix on FB anyway ; are you planning to enter a modelling career or becoming a prostitute ?

You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Good girls don't go advertising themselves on internet and making themselves a public spectacle.

If your tithe will affect your rent then maybe u shouldn't rent that house in the first place. Look for cheaper one or find an alternative.

KEEP IT SIMPLE !!!
Best advice I have read this year. Why rent a house where you are likely to have problems every day just because you neglected to do the right thing and committing your investment into God's hands ? I once had the need of renting a house because I needed another place urgently , but the spirit led me to a bigger one in another more peaceful neighbourhood which cost me almost half of the first. Pay your tithe God will lead you to the house that he has specially prepared for you.
Romance › Re: As A Student How Much Can I Give My Girl Friend Monthly by felifeli: 1:21pm On Feb 03, 2010
The foolish boy doesn't know how to take proper care of girlfriend. Someone else will soon snatch her from him if he's not careful.Tell him the proper thing is to hand over the entire 15k to her and go and ask her for pocket money every morning after she has given him her underwear to wash.
If he looks in the mirror and finds that he's looking more and more like a goat everyday, he should be careful because the mirror has been charmed by bad people. Throw it away at once.

Well somebody has to win and I am glad it was our team . It was undeserved though because the Zambians played with more sense of purpose. Our team could not hold the ball for most of the game and barely played as a team. They were good as individual players though and that is what made the difference in the end - they scored their penalties
