Obviously because he's not speaking cow language, the only language understood by Buhari Media Cows. cheesy
And what exactly is cow language - are you telling me that the criminal saraki is more eloquent or intelligent and Prof osinbajo.

A man who is far more educated than that slim saraki.

We know saraki read medicine - so did my cousin and many of the people I know.

Sitting down and talking to some impressionable guys will not wash with someone like me. But again I don’t expect someone with a worldwide view who actually does his background research to tolerant his hyperboles.

Let’s put this bluntly - where is SGB, how Kwara, why would a grown man collect a pension and still have a full time job — deliberately breaking the law and cheating his own people.

Why would a man been associated with known killers - offa robbery is still fresh in our minds.

How can a man act like a coward and hijack the SP by making a deal against his own party - the party he won an election under - this is the height of treachery.

How can a man multilate a national budget, So he can build boreholes and increase his own money - has he ever had the guts to tell us how much he earns as SP A- his illegal allowances, bribes.

What he will face in Kwara and beyond would be unreal - this time the gloves are off.

May he truly rot in hell.

Fayose was the first - that is the template , by hook or crook saraki will be disgraced. Then maybe he will dust his British passport and run to his queen — slaves always run to their masters.

Every successive government in Nigeria has stolen public funds including the present Buhari aka kwuruption phiter

I'm not pro Party. I don't follow parties senselessly.
I'm pro Nigeria.

So yes PDP stole and APC stealing in 3 year is nothing compared to what PDP stole in 16 years.

If you doubt me wait till another government opens their can of worms. The likes of Tinubu amaechi akpabio and their cronies suddenly become saints because they are in APC?

You haven't heard the last about stealing of public funds wait until this government hands over to another...
Blah blah blah. Simple question deserves a simple answer

We asked Saraki how much he earned as senate president — he went on a journey talking rubbish.

We will bury pdp in 2019. The defeat will leave scares that will never heal

First and foremost, I want to thank you for acknowledging & highlighting my point below

" The Infrastructures we are shouting up and down about, would have been built by those companies in order to make the environment business friendly for themselves since they are not being taxed.
The power stations, railways, airports, seaports, roads to the ports & population centers, etc would have been developed by them. " by Eternaltruths.

As for the issue of roads, companies have fixed roads that are essential to their ease of doing business especially roads leading to population centers & ports.

In the East of Nigeria, the major problem is that, when companies & communities try to repair bad roads, government officials do stop them because they the government officials want to always have a cover up to keep looting money by awarding the repairs/constructions of those roads every budget year.

Eg

Amaechi told Wike not to fix Aba - Port Harcourt express road because of political hatred for each other.

So, we need laws that can stop government officials from stopping people/businesses from repairing roads that they seek to fix without charging a dime from the public.

As for electricity, Nigeria will never solve the issue until three things are done:

1) Tax exempt electricity companies.

2) Arrest people for illegal connections.

3) Find a technological way of making it impossible for defaulters to illegally reconnect their electricity.

Jomonic, have you watched those videos including the Men Who Built America.
The politicians have never put the people first ,they have always taken us for granted. Obj didn’t allow Tinubu bring power to Lagos - the Enron deal, I know the company eventually had problems.

The same thing with the Lagos Ibadan road where Jonathan cancelled the concession with the company own by babalakin - now we have the senate cutting the budget for that same road.

I really believe the government and the private sector should come up with a development plan and then stick to it —they should also include the NASS.

It is now obvious that the role of the senate president is critical to any plan by the government so they have to ensure that the right person is elected — What Saraki did should never be allowed to repeat it self again.

We know Dangote has offered to fix the soap road but that is not common in this country unless it is of benefit to the company directly.

Have you heard about Economic Free Trade Zone aka Tax Heaven.?

Two things attract industries into a country and there are:

1) The percentage of their profit they can keep and the security of their wealth in other words the tax rate.

2) The financial capacity of the people to acquire their products.

Once they are sure that you won't tax them, they will build those infrastructures needed for their businesses to produce and export to other nations whose citizens can buy their products if your citizens are too poor to buy their products.

That is the miracle behind China, Uruguay, Ireland, etc quick rise out of poverty to wealth.

Do you know how much Multinational Companies pay as tax in Nigeria.? 30+%

Do you know how much Multinational Companies pays as tax in Uruguay, Ireland etc that has free trade zones.? 0%

Do you know which of the two nations have more industries.? Uruguay, Ireland and nations that are tax havens for multinationals.

Do you know which of the two nations that experienced technological transfer.? Uruguay, Ireland and nations that are tax havens.

Do you know the purpose of SIWES aka IT.? To acquire technical skills by spending time in industries.

Do you know that if Industries don't come into Nigeria, that our graduates won't be able to acquire those technical skills through SIWES.?

If Buhari had focused on:

1) Technical Education For Interested Graduates
most importantly during their NYSC,

2) Business Grants For 100,000 graduates every year and

3) Created Economic Havens For Multinational Companies In Each Geopolitical Zone or In All States Of Nigeria,

Nigeria would have greatly escaped poverty by now.

The Infrastructures we are shouting up and down about, would have been built by those companies in order to make the environment business friendly for themselves since they are not being taxed.

The power stations, railways, airports, seaports, roads to the ports & population centers, etc would have been developed by them.

Nigeria is filled with foolish and selfish people that is why we can not see clearly what to do in order to escape poverty.
I have never heard of a foreign company building roads in another country ----I have been to Ireland -the roads are good, there is no power disruption, and it is a fairly decent place to live -dublin and cork being their two major cities. They also have some very good colleges led by Trinity college.
It is true their corporation tax is low but they also offered a lot more -i.e business parks and grants so companies like ibm,Microsoft and pay pal can setup shop there.

But the US with their high corporation tax also attracts a considerable amount of investment also.

There is no shortcut too true industrialization --this is what we need to bring the type of jobs we need --where thousands would be enployed.

one of the countries I like to visit is Thailand - it is not Germany,Japan, China or even the US

But citizens of those countries flock there every year. Beautiful airport, nice infrastructure and I never never experienced power failure once

This is a country that should have been comparable to Nigeria - they don’t even have oil.

But guess what - there exports are finished products, and that is why the country is called the Detroit of Asia.

Cars by the bucket load, and their finance minister never went to havard or worked in the world bank.

Without power, great roads, amazing ports and airports nobody would bring the kind of industries that would help us develop

You can drive from bkk to chonburi which is a 90 minute ride and all you would see along the beautiful highway are Japanese factories.

Parked on either side of the highway are trucks ready to take goods to the ports for onward delivery round the world.

Their education system is no even world class but people still go to their hospitals from other countries for treatment - medical tourism is a great income earner for them

Alas how can we get to Thailand’s level huh?

We infrastructure- we need steady power supply we need great technical skills and above all we have to become a safer country.

Am sorry but obj and Jonathan blew it. People are talking about how obj got us out of debt — foolish man - he should have built our roads and fixed our light - not hand money to the IMF or world banks.

Go and find out how much China owes inspire or have a foreign reserve in the trillions. Go and find find out how much Britain owes. We know the Americans owe a lot. But their infrastructure is amazing.

I once drove from philly to Ohio - beauty road and it took me over 10hrs. Can’t try that in Nigeria

BlackMbakara1:
Is she using 35 naira to cook a plate of the meal or volume of that?

How many pupil is she feeding per school? Is she buying her stuffs from Lagos or super market?
Mrs Alice Emmanuel, one of the vendors, who supplies food to U.B.E. Zwahu Kazah in Manchok, said: “Price of food items are on the increase and we are expected to prepare a nutritious meal with just N35. If you put one and two together you will realise that we spend more than N50 per plate.

I do not know the budget nor do I know how the deal was worked out but clearly this is not lagos!!!!!!!

If you read her statement carefully you will note that there was a time this money was ok..but now the price of food stuff has increased so I personally expect the government to look carefully and ensure that the vendors are taken care off..

This is an amazing idea -one that our pdp looters never thought off, what I would suggest is they reduce the NASS budget and use it for this program..a very laudable program.
SportsRe: US Open Final: Serena Williams Accuses Umpire Ramos Of 'Sexism' by Felixv:

You're just typing with emotions.
The same unreasonable emotions she couldn't control that got her into undue mess.
I watched the game yesterday, and Naomi was a far better player.
Calm, calculative and was hitting it right.
Serena was under pressure to win, so many celebrities came to watch her, and she buckled under the pressure.
How can you justify her calling a Chair umpire a thief?
In football, that's a Red card straight.
She got coaching from her team, smatched her racket, and called the umpire a thief. That's so much disrespect to a sport that made her.

Whatever she's looking forward to achieving in her career shouldn't be to the detriment of another person's career.
Her actions has put a lot of pressure to a renowned umpire, Ramos' career, and that is not fair.
I never cared about who won but the better player won and that was Naomi....but a black person should not call Serena a MAN -that was the reason for my response

and yes,I get emotional about that ,so what. Don't we all get emotional about our soccer teams.

You talk about Serena throwing tantrums..wow..who goes down without a fight...that is what made her win 23 grand slams. How many rackets did Jimmy conor smash in his days,or John Mcenroe

hey, lets revisit a real fight

Bro,things will change due to following...
Government is already @our door step,
There will be competition among d regions,
There will be abundant resources,
There will be better welfare Nd adequate security,
It will create more employment,
Each region will find a way to maximise their resources,
No more huge money from the centre, it is now wat ur state/region can offer.

Nigeria was good wen we practiced regional government in comparing to useless government of today that automatically or legalized highest political office holder to loot both our present nd future join .
I no qualms with that, maybe then people would leave my beloved state Lagos ,and go back to where they come from.

Places like AJ city would be less populated.

You see.

people like Atiku and Saraki will play on your intelligence but they would never tell you the truth

How would the delta man feel if he is told to go back to his own region, or the ibo family that has lived all their lives in Ibadan.

Do you think the Hausa man who has sold suga all his life in Ikeji would be happy to go back to sokoto

We have To be careful because this so called structural separation if not handled carefully could lead to disaster.

Expression of rage, a show of defiance is what led to the Arab spring.

Now to federalism, or whatever it is called.
I have a very simple question - who is stealing from the states. Is any one from Lagos stealing from delta

If each region controls their resources do you really think there would be equity.

Can a region really be in isolation.

No senator in the US earns as much as Saraki, no British member of parliament earns as much as Saraki, not even in China or Germany - and these are the two richest countries on earth.
