I recently picked up an appointment with Oyo state government as a state secondary school teacher but alas! I was posted to a village in saki .From my house to saki is about 5hrs then from saki to the village is over 1hr on bike . The condition is very unpalatable.. No browsing network, poor light and poor leaving condition . I don't think I can cope again. All means to secure transfer back to Ibadan are abortive as the village is in dire need of teachers .The salary is not even enough to travel 3 times in a month ,my only thought is that it's a govt job but it's a very hard environment and it's very depressing. have some attachments.

A store officer at the Federal Science and Technical College (FSTC), Otukpo, Benue State, named Ernest Esly has been suspended for allegedly raping a 16-year-old SS3 female student of the school.

The Federal Ministry of Education has also investigated the matter and said the officer may be dismissed from service if found guilty of the allegation. But social activists are demanding more sanctions.

With a student population of 1,193 students, FSTC Otukpo is one of the 104 unity schools established by the Nigerian government towards fostering national unity and cohesion amongst the numerous ethnic nationalities of the country.

The school’s management had suspended Ernest Esly, who is in his 50s, and evicted him from his residence in the staff quarters over the alleged rape of the SSS 3 student.

Some female students had in March reported that the girl (name withheld) sneaked out of the hostel at night and was seen being dropped the following morning by Mr Esly. They suspected she was into a sexual relationship with the store officer and that she had passed the night with him at his official quarters.

According to one of the teachers, following the report, the school asked its disciplinary committee headed by the vice principal in charge of administration, identified simply as Mrs Agbor, to look into the matter.

“They summoned the store officer but he denied having an affair with the student. But after the girl confessed to having sex with the store officer, in his presence, the disciplinary committee recommended Mr Esly’s eviction from the staff quarters as well as his reposting from the college.

A management staff of the school, who asked not to be named because he is not permitted to speak with journalists as a civil servant, said Mr Esly was given until March 21 next year to vacate his residential quarters in the school and to submit a request for transfer from the school within one week.

Sources at the school, including students and teachers reported that Mr Esly had a habit of using his access to food in the school’s store to lure female students into immoral relationships.

This morning, I was scammed of 15k after a guy cried bitterly that I broke his House Glass Window and showed me his private part.

How It Started....

This morning, I entered Keke Napep (Tricycle) at popular Vanco Junction in Ebonyi State. I was actually going to my home town. My mother demanded for my attention so I needed to go early in the morning and come back in order to continue my work.

When we got to Sharon Junction, a lady wanted to come down, so as I was trying to come down in order to make way for the lady to step down, the guy deliberately allowed the glass to fall down and immediately said I touched the "sack bag" he was putting the window glass that's why it fell down from his hand. The guy was sitting close to the Keke rider in the front.

However, I pleaded with him that I am so sorry that the window glass got broken but of a truth I didn't know how and when I touched him and he accepted.

Reaching to where I will finally drop off, this guy started crying ooo.

He brought out his manh00d in public and started crying that he was going to work with the glass before I broke it. That he wanted to use the money raised from fixing the glass for a client to treat infection that he is battling with. I was really embarrassed immediately he brought out his manh000d.

He said that the person who has the glass won't pay him again because he was going to work with it.

I had to withdraw at a POS that's close by and I gave it to him because he stopped crying and put his manh000d back. It was later that I discovered it is a new trick in town

So, my dear brothers and sisters, each time you enter Keke or bus, be extremely careful with whomever that is sitting close to you to avoid paying for damage that you didn't know when it happened.
