You are wrong. Every countries in the world has a street trading with little or no regulation from the government. What the CBN should do is make Dollars accessible to genuine buyers and discourage people from patronizing the black market. Fixing a limit on how much i dollars i can spend daily is an encouragement for people to patronize black market.

You just call it black market. Black market is an illegal market no matter where it is practiced. Illegality has been so ingrained in Nigerian lifestyle that people easily forget the difference between legality and illegality. In ideal environments, people identify with, and vote, parties. Because parties usually have manifestos and ideologies. For instance in the US, whose system we largely aped, democrats always vote democrats, as republicans vote GOP (even though now Left and Right or lib-dems and conservatives are the preferred terms)

In the case of Faleke, the APC wants him only to deputize, not as as the flag bearer. Like i said earlier, the APC doesnt want PDP to pull a "taraba" on them.

No it is same all over the world, the no of party faithfuls that vote for the party no matter the Candidate is small compared to voters who vote because of the candidate. I still maintain that allocating that vote to Bello is disenfranchising most of Kogi voters

Faleke is the one denying himself.

APC is being cautious in giving the mandate to faleke due to the the Taraba judgment. However he was offered the DG slot under bello but his greed is blinding him.

No it is not greed someone is claiming what is rightly his. From all the people jostling for that mandate Faleke is only person that his claim is close to what is constitutional. The only other way is annul the election and conduct fresh primary and general election. I will feel disenfranchised if I voted for Audu and sb is allocating my vote to Bello. With Audu not on the ticket my second choice may even be Wada not Bello, but I voting for Audu means I am equally voting for Faleke.

I said it that neither INEC nor APC erred.

1. Election was not won or lost based on the Electoral Act as there were more registered voters than the margin with which APC/Audu was leading. And since the Act recognized only registered voters and not PVC collected, the election became inconclusive.

2. Faleke did not participate in APC's primaries whereas the Electoral Act clearly stated that for any candidate to be elegible for election into office, he/she must have participated fully in his/her party's primaries. So, how will APC have used Faleke who didn't meet this criteria? Doing so would have handed the governorship to Wada through the courts later.

The case of Boni Haruna and that of Amaechi or any other similar ones are clearly different from this Kogi's case. In Kogi, no winner has emerged and it's the reason Faleke is unfortunate here.

Governorship Candidate is a joint ticket between Governor/Deputy. As long as Audu participated, it equally means that Faleke participated. That Augument that Faleke didn't participate is non and void. Bello didn't participate in the main election, he is just participating in the supplementary election which means how can INEC announce that that Bello having polled so so no of votes is declared elected when obviously about 240,000 is not his vote.

Don't know why there should always be religious and ethnic sentiments in everything in this country. Developed countries hand out free money to unemployed because there is just few of them so the percentage of national budget devoted to that is just negligible. In Nigeria here a great no of unemployed will never think of any way or even agree to work even when work is available if they are assured of free money on a monthly basis. The PDP government YOUWIN program is more reasonable program because the money has a potential for a multiplier effect. Get your Technocrats together, think of how to channel this money to something productive so that people who benefitted from the money today will be Assests to the country tomorrow and not raising up Generations of liabilities to the country.
