All MK members were retrained by SANDF because their knowledge of military was only limited to African countries guerilla tactics. However, most of them complained that they were not trained up to standard and as a result Russia had to train them all over again. BTWN....a PMC is a private military company when all they do is training, if they fight on battlefield they will become mercenary, unfortunately, all they did in Nigeria was extra training a handful of Nigerian army trained men.

You cannot build a special ops force from scratch with fresh recruit troops, those men were already Nigerian army soldiers for years before now....trained by Nigeria.
