As both of us has agreed, he has to give them to Notice to leave and if they don’t, he must go through the Court to evict them.

The problem here is, the father only 50% ownership or landlord ship rights to the House, the mother have the other 50%, she can go to the court and counter that eviction notice.

Rent is not only paid in cash, it can be paid in goodwill and other things, plus the daughters are part of the Estate of the parents and have some inherent rights to the property.

He can only succeed in evicting anyone if the mother is 100% in support of it and I don’t see it happening here and it can easily be proven in court that, he is doing it out of malice and not because of some rent not being paid.

Not true, even if she is above 18 years old, he can not just throw her out, and in many states in the USA support does not end at 18, some it is 21 and there is also continue support if they are in college.

Since she is a legal occupant of that house, the Dad can throw anyone away, more so he only have one third of a say in that matter, the mom and the daughter been thrown out have to agreed.

What he can do is to go to a court and petition to evict the daughter out of the house and give reasons, God help him if they bring up his cheating before the court and that he is doing it out of malice, plus that case is dead if the mom appear in court and counter the eviction.

It is far far easy for the mom and kids to throw the father out than he is to throw away out….and if he dare touch any of there properties and want to forcifully throw them out, a simple 911 call and he will be arrested on domestic violence, spent the night in jail and see a judge the next morning if it is a weekday or the next Monday if it is a weekend and the mom or kids can apply for temporary restraining order against him and that ends his stay there.

What you are seeing seating there is no longer an Africa man, it is an Africa man who have been reduced to nothing, all his egos, powers and influences taken away….in fact what he is doing is the absolute best I terms of power structure he can do, escalating it above here, he will lose.

I don’t see that marriage last much any long, if this is a white home, there is little chances that therapy can do something…but reducing an African to absolute nothing like this, is the worst and he has to walk to start getting some dignity back.

your counter argument (B' => A) should have been "there are lot of men who were remorseful even after being posted online"

I think they are. I innocently once dated a HIV positive girl and narrowly escaped being infected. Then I was in depression and she came to my rescue. She was so nice, loving and caring. There was evwn a time I delibrately went to donate blood so that my blood will be thoroughly screened, the result also came out negative.

I explained my ordeal the doctor there and he was talking about people who are naturally immune to HIV.

Read an article where a man did DNA test and came out he wasn't the father. The woman denied having an affair and a friend of hers suggested she also do the test. The test came out negative she wasn't the mother. Had to go to the hospital, only to find out their child was swapped.

So if you trust her ask her to tell you if she ever cheated on you before you got married I guess you can tell if she's lying. Ask her when she's in her happy mode or when she never expected. Hopefully she might not have time to cook up a lie.

If you feel she's telling you the truth you might tell her you got message from someone that the first child is not yours. Look at her facial expressions. And tell her you want to do DNA test and...
