chatinent:Lol that Food part got me. Some mumu men go day reject the food bought with their money because of anger. |
worried222:It's all true bro. Till today, I used to get scared when ever I'm about to cross a train track. Sometimes before crossing I do ask people if a train will be passing soon just make sure I'm not being absent minded again lol. Yes I'm a practicing Christian to the glory of God. |
July 31st 2001, around 7am at PWD bus stop, Ikeja. I was about to cross the rail track, I got absent minded and forgot myself right there on the rail track. A train was coming from Ikeja along inward Oshodi and was seriously hooting it's horns. I could only hear the horn faintly from background because I was far gone in my absent mindedness and of course wasn't even aware of the fact I was about to be crushed by the fast approaching train. All of a sudden, a very tall and dark complexioned elderly man clad in white native attire with pure white grey hair both on his head and face came from only God knows where, took me by my hand and gently lifted me out of the track and just then the train zoomed past. Then I regained my consciousness. Onlookers gathered around me, some of them were abusing me and one of them asked "why you come jump commot for the railway?" I replied that an elderly man lifted me out and they asked "which elderly man?. I was about to point to him and realised he wasn't anymore. Some of them actually thought I had mental issues. Since then July 31st became my second birthday. |
God1000:Threats by unknown gun men or Terrorists? |
Bodmum:Na d sombori sweet porero you dey call old hag? Make her husband catch you first. |
wany:I'm not justifying cheating by men but there are things men do and get away with it or can somewhat be overlooked and a woman dare not try it. I wouldn't know if you are a woman or a man but do you know how men view the women (be it his mother, sister, daughter or wife) in their lives? A woman is the definition of purity, sanctity, innocence and LOYALTY. As a man I'll feel more devastated and disgusted to hear that my married sister cheated on her husband than to hear that her husband cheated on her. |
baralatie:Lol my no be small thing oh |
ValCon888:Very well said however who's the olosho in this case at hand? The lady or the guy? Does an olosho buys drinks for her clients or it's always the clients who buy the drinks? |
otipoju:My brother, the pain is excruciatingly unbearable to any man honest enough to admit it. Any wife who cheats on her husband irrespective of any silly reason deserves an instant and excruciating death but it shouldn't be by the hands of the husband. Let God kill her Himself, if not now but certainly on the last day. |
DejiPlug:To the GLORY OF GOD I agree too. Amen. |
lexy2014:Hmmm I knew it you were going to land it here. His LOYALTY was partly to the president but more importantly to the SURVIVAL and UNITY of Nigeria as a country. At a point in this present administration when it was obvious that the president was a sectional and nepotic president, If the VP had gone against the president or resigned from his position that would have led to serious national crisis because at that very sad point in this present government the VP was the face of unity and the reason the administration didn't collapse. |
Mooh247:Just reread all you typed up here. Member of this and member of that. Does he call the shots at those meetings? Is he the one who presides over the meetings? Was he allowed to function even as the chairman of the national economic council? Didn't you read in the news that the social investment program and trader moni thing of which he was doing very well were removed from under his Control? Didn't you read in the news that economic team of the president for which he was the chairman was dissolved? The 2 weeks he was allowed to ACT AS PRESIDENT when PMB took ill didn't the VP shone like a Star? Was he not the one sacked the former DG of DSS when the national assembly was invaded by the DSS? Was the VP not the confirmed Onnoghen as the chief justice of the federation when it obvious that the powers that be never wanted it? Was it not the same BAT in connivance with former late SGF that started implementing measures to cut the VP to size because they felt he was becoming too popular? Why you are thinking like you are not in Nigeria? |
lexy2014:It's the PRICE OF LOYALTY. It's called obeying the chain of command irrespective of your personal views. |
Mooh247:He's not the C in C. His position is ceremonial. |
EjaikreTheViper:I'm just wondering if this picture is PhotoshopePhotoshoped or real. |
Znation:Oboy you don entre Oh!!! Lol. Let the elders in the house come and profer solution. |
ChoCho54:That's another question. It's our 'oyel' money they are spending. The APC is also using this as an avenue to legally plunder the national treasury for the purpose of winning elections next year. |
vicdom:Ada fu en!!!! Your head dey there. Lol. There's a serious GAME PLAN being unleashed. If you know you know lol. For Lawal to declare interest, he's either working for BAT or the other camp. Yes there are primarily only two divides. I'm not writing off BAT yet but, let's see how he maneuver. I'm enjoying the show though. Interesting days are coming. Lol. |
kenzysmith:What exactly the point are you trying to make? So because we watch p.orn on our phones the pastor should now allow live p.orn on the church altar? This is how this immorality madness started in the western world. Awon LIBERALISTS. |
LesbianBoy:Which kin yeye 48 laws of power? Who postulated the laws? Robert Green - a mere philosopher. Who even says there are only 48 laws of power? Anyway, for every law there are exceptions. VP Osibanjo is an exception. After all, governor Obaseki broke the so called laws of power in Edo state and nothing happened. Where man's laws stop that's where God's laws begin. Never forget that. |
jaxxy:Don't mind the Cheap paid writer. Since when has the Office of the VP become so powerful in Nigeria for the VP to be so callously blamed for the shortcomings of an administration as if he were the C in C? We all know the VP is a ceremonial title in Nigeria. By the way, can we even excuse Tinubu from the failures of this APC government? Was he not one of those who deceived Nigerians into believing PMB was the messiah? What has Tinubu done to criticize this government on the numerous anti people policies? Even during the End SARS protests that Led to the shooting of defenceless citizens, What role did Tinubu play? Anyway thank God Nigerians now know when lies are being told. |
DontBullshitMe:Lol! You are not serious. I just quited gambling. Please don't let me remember some things. |
seborrhic:You just spoke my mind. What an insult and disrespect to the wife. Is it compulsory the wife must work? Being a house wife is serious work and business. I'm even sure the lawyer tenant will gladly pay more if the landlord approaches him sensibly. And the busybody landlord shouldn't go trying to lecture or poison the husband against the wife over her employment status. By the way if the so called landlord is not jobless himself will he have the time to be monitoring the woman? This one no be landlord na landlady him be. I'm so glad the tenant is a lawyer. Let the idle landlord bring on the rubish talk about the wife being jobless and let's see if the lawyer will not cut him to size. That's if the lawyer knows what he's doing. Oh I thank God for my landlord. What a decent and matured man. He does not even have the time for rubish talk like this. He's too busy being productively engaged. |
igben:Some people's brains are actually smaller than that of Crayfish. |
talk2hb1:Aiit then. Many thanks. |
Pele10:There's no standard here sir. This is ignorant extremism. Dressing is not SCRIPTURAL but CULTURAL. In the days of Jesus and the apostles men wore gowns. Should we then say because we want to emulate Jesus christian men should wear gowns in this 21st century? Christianity is not stupidity. By the way I'm a practising Christian. |
There are people who have less than a day to live yet they are living life like nothing is gonna happen because they've got no idea of what's about to happen. But here you are (with a whole 4 years ahead of you to live life to it's fullest) crying because you have been privileged to know your day of appointment with death. How we all are privileged to know so that we can further streamline our priorities. Anyway, have faith in God. Doctor's report is not final. |
talk2hb1:Please tell us more. I don learn something today. What do you do when ideas just keep pouring into your head on a particular subject to the extent you start talking to yourself? But the moment you pick up the biro to write, the flow will just stop or you feel your hand is not writing fast enough? It could be very frustrating and annoying. |
The student is a Medical Doctor in the making. If you know you know ![]() |
dollynnn:Let's wait to hear from the DSS too. Maybe it was a case of mistaken identity or supremacy tussle. You know these solider boys always feel superior to other sister security agencies. Maybe he thought he could easily bully the DSS operatives like they do to the police. Proper investigation should be carried out to ascertain what actually transpired. Anyway RIP to the dead. |
Dear op I was really empathetic towards you until I got to second to the last paragraph where you began to mis-yan and started blaming God for your condition. In the equation of life God is a constant. So you can't blame Him, He's bigger than you. Can the motorbike blame its eventor for Not making it have 4 wheels instead of just 2? By the way, do you know there are people out there who wish they were as intelligent and educated as you and wouldn't mind being stammerers? Instead of you to FOCUS and leverage on your areas of strength to mitigate your weaknesses, your here indulging yourself in self pity and blaming God. MKO Abiola of blessed memory was a CHRONIC stammerer yet he was a billionaire and a great man. Prophet Moses in the bible was a helpless stammerer yet, he was chosen by God to liberate a whole nation from a bondage of 430 years in a foreign land. When Moses complained he was a stammerer, God appointed his Elder brother Aaron to be his spokesman. My humble self was born a CHRONIC stammerer too (it runs in my father's family). I went through hell while growing up. I used to stamp my right leg on the floor repeatedly before I could speak a word. Time may not allow me go into the kind of sufferings I experienced due to my Condition then. But today to the glory of God, unless I tell people I stammer they hardly know. God really helped me through church activities like preaching the word, teaching at the House fellowship and Sunday school. I'm married to a beauty queen and blessed with 3 beautiful children. I observed my first child of 4 years has started stammering too but we are giving him all the support and going the extra to protect him from bullies. We know the God that helped me will also help him to outgrow it. OP please just accept Jesus into your life and he will help you. |
