I have called several and they keep telling me that it’s still under review. My start date is July. I’m kinda worried. Anybody in the situation before?

Hello I’m sorry to read about this considering you are starting in July. I applied to same school, and submitted for my GTE on 16th of February, they didn’t respond to me till like 13th of March (asking for more documents) then on the 17th of March, they gave me an unconditional offer.

I suggest you try to follow up with them through your agent even though you have called.

You may need to consider deferring the admission when it finally comes because the timeline to get full offer, accept it, pay fees, wait to receive COE, and start applying for visa between now and July is very narrow.

While politicians should be approved visas so they can learn from other countries how to use our little resources to our advantage.

Please, I need honest advice on something...

I have 2 million naira at the moment and I can increase it to 3 million naira before the end of the year.
Though, in situations I have no option but to raise more than the amount I mentioned earlier. I can make it 5 million naira or more if I liquidate majority of my business but I want to leave the business for one of my loved ones as an assistance while I go for my masters and look for another hustle.

I have BSc in Industrial Chemistry and I want to study any good course excluding business administration, it may not be directly related to my first degree, as long as my BSc is accepted for it.

Can 3 million naira complete my study trip process plus flight to Australia?

Flight alone to Australia is somewhere close 2million naira. Some are even more than that.

From what I am aware of so far,

asides their statement of account,

If your parents are business people, you’d have to provide business registration certificate, Tax clearance certificate for at least 2-3years.

If they are employed, you’d have to provide a substantial part of their annual payslip ( or gratuity papers if they are retired and the money is part of their gratuity). Then their tax papers.
The Land document is also a plus.

to get work visa you must get a job offer in those countries. Unless your skill/occupation is in shortage there chance of getting a job offer are next to zero. Those in nursing , medicine, IT/tech have high chances of getting jobs abroad.

Australia has a permanent residency program too, you must be well educated( bsc msc) , pass ielts and pass assessments to have chance of qualifying. See below its not by money it’s about if you meet their requirements

The way to generate those documents is through your State Revenue Board, or FIRS. ( that’s if you want to get genuine documents oo).

You’d have to pay some tax associated to the Business registration certificate you submitted. And since it’s urgent for you, try and hold some funds to grease some hands in those government offices to make this process faster.

Alternatively if you don’t know where to start from, you can consult an Audit Firm some of them have internal links for this process… in all, they aren’t cheap.

you should go about trying the satisfy the condition(s) listed so as they can re-issue a full admission letter. Thereafter, you can proceed to make payments to generate your COE from the school which will constitute part of the document you required for Visa application

I would say Griffith as it is located in either Brisbane or Gold Coast. Less expensive city and better chances of PR (not guaranteed). Yes there are more jobs in Sydney but you face stiff competition for PR. Your money your choice.

But before I fulfill these conditions, I want to know if getting a PR with This Architecture program is feasible.
What are my chances?
