I once attended an interview, after everything. The interviewer said, you know why i like you? you were saying plenty rubbish but i love your confidence. I am moving you to the next stage. Ensure you are better prepared and id be rooting for you. The rest like there say its history.

Manner of talking and approach is very bad, company that is not your own, only when the owner comes she begins eye service.

have you found an alternative? just keep looking out and endure some more, those kind of battles, there aint middle grounds, so you either win or lose. So if you winning lucky you, but if you lose then its only gonna get more hot for you that you may need to jump. However, you can find a good time when shes excited, rub her ego, 'beg'/Plead that she considers your plight with all humility. I hope it works for you accordinging too your faith

please, i can imagine how you feel before coming to this conclusion. Please i beg you in all that is righteous, kindly ensure you have a stream of income, before resigning. just intensify your search and endure even more cus the time left for you, isn't compared to what you have endured with them. please try to get another source of income atleast or another job before quitting

i think its rare to have a work environment in this part of the world where toxicity isn't practise, it only has degrees depending on the organisation structure.

Sadly, it takes patients and wisdom to sail thru. It can be so draining, affect productivity, start finding a way out. Stay patient even more, it helps find clarity. Ear more & talk less will also help you survive.

Just for your sanity, never try to fight it or change it especially when structures ain't build for that, it will hurt everyday and twice on monday. I hope we find what works for us and a work environment that actually doesn't encourage or reward such act.

Everybody has sweet and reasonable excuses but achievers just find a way around those excuses. Regardless. when you are trully willing and ready, you will find a way. coming for an interview doesn't mean relocating. you can beg for virtuals, HR are humans. There are churches, there are cheap motels, UNtil you get rid of your expectancy on people, you will just keep getting disappointed. Take responsibility man, Nobody owes you anything. Trust God and Trust your timing. everything will just fall in place. Thanks for understanding too. my best wishes bro

All the interview invites I got was Lagos Lagos Lagos, no single one from my state or nearby and I couldn’t meet up due to accommodation.Life is just scr*wed.

Then move, life is all about sacrifices. you wanna eat your cake and have it, move out of your comfort zone, you can later asked to be transfered to your base if your lucky to find a coy that spread across town. You are even getting interview invites, you aint attending none and here screaming life is screwed. If you want a different result, you need to do things dofferently. all the best mate
