I live in between Apata and Omi Adio (in ibadan) and I get more dan 12hrs phcn power per dy. My BQ (which runs off a different power line/transformer, gets about 20hrs. This has been on for over a month. Infact, I can't recall when I last bought fuel for my gen. I admit its not same everywhere in Ibadan cos my welder in ojoo was lamenting how phcn only gave power 2 that area at night. I am one of GEJs biggest critic and he can do no right in my eyes bt even I will swallow humble pie and admit that I can't recall ever havin it this good. On the down side, PHCN bill for last month was over N8k and N3k for BQ!

Avoid the Range Rover unless u av a very deep wallet. Runnin cost is high as its problematic and everythin is computerised, which means u need specialist. If u r unfortunate enought 2 live outside lagos/abuja (like me), findin competent hands for repairs becomes a major task. On the plus side, it makes u feel like a King and u know u r driving the King of the SUVs. I regret buyin mine bt can't sell it cos of the way it makes me feel!

PS; am talkin about the 2003-2011 RR model. The QX and the Armada r basically the same vehicles. The -nfinity tag is only worth it when u r buyin cheap Nissan wit low spec. Most Armadas I know r specd 2 QX levels. Can't comment on ownership of either though!

Bro, the way u r droppin the price is sendin out the wrong signals. Potential buyers will either think u r desperate or something is doggy about the truck. Even if u r desperate, hold that close 2 ur chest until u see a serious buyer. Habba, N2M is not 2 much for this truck. Shippin alone accounts for nearly a quarter of that. If u can't sell and u r on ground, just bite the bullet and put it into use. This is Nija, whatever u call ur "last price" will still be priced by someone else. Real serious buyers will either call u or send u a mail and will definitely come for inspection before settlin on a price. So save ur energy for then. My tuppence

1) recharge card/top ups (good location essential).
2) If u don't consider it a risk, buy a pre-owned okada (assumin u can ride/learn).
3) If u av any trAinin/skills, invest in ur eQuipment and work from home. I mean skills like a tailor, gsm repairer, stylist etc
4) If u live in a workin class enviroment, start sellin kerosine by the bottle or buy a pepper blender.

5) Dependin on ur level of education/location, u can start an after_school/waec/jamb lesson. Pupils pay per attendance. U just need 2 invest in boards, benches and space, though this might stretch ur budget

Anyway, I av more ideas bt need 2 know roughly where u live, ur skills/education/knowledge base and wat interests u.
