for the constipation, take olive oil(original) first thing in the morning and last thing at night(a table spoon) I had it for 3 months after delivery but olive oil stopped it

1. I think it's normal. But the more he sucks on the right, the more right will be stimulated to keep producing. So try balancing it yourself
2.mine came 6weeks postpartum, they said it was lochia because it was more like spotting. 4weeks later , she came again, this time around she showed all herself. I don finish I full pack of pad on day1 alone.

4. You can blend it to be more finer. But the seed hardly blends to fine powder. Increase the intake o. Af reduces milk supplier. Am currently struggling with that. Me that was hyperlactating before.
5. Do vegetables instead. Lots of ugu, green, garden egg and the leaf. These are my go-to for constipation. Fruits and water do nothing for me.

I complain a lot, make una no vex.

1: My right bress is bigger than the left. Is as if they packed all the bressmilk there. What can I do so that the left will produce more milk? My son suckles on it very well but I give him the right to reduce engorgement.
2: AF came 5wks+Ppt(on Sunday), I even change pad twice a day. Somebody should tell me is lochia please.
3: Mama's that popped pills should please explain more about it. Any side effects? Do I need a doc prescription? Can I get it OTC?
4: Mama's that answered my question on fenugreek, thanks I'm very grateful. The taste is bleeeeehhhh, I mix the seed with my food and chew esp with oats.
5: Constipation wants to finish me. Fruits and vegetables ain't helping out even water.

For the fenugreek seeds, soak it over night by then it will be soft because the seed is very hard. Then you chew it like that, it is somehow bitter and not pleasant to the tongue but this method works faster. This is out of experience. Back then before I got married I wanted to use a natural way to increase my cup size b**bs *covers face* *removes hand from face* why shall I shy biko?
So I did research and stumbled on fenugreek that was how I started munching the seeds daily and drinking the oil as well but instead of b**bs to increase I started lactating o. Lactating kwa! when am not pregnant or breastfeeding? I had to stop
