Don't forget that Law is a private practice and it's just like business where some succeed and others don't, don't forget also that Lawyers are graduates like every other graduate but their qualification places them above others, they can work anywhere and under any Sector. The ones struggling re the ones into private practice who haven't made a name for themselves but don't conclude about any "wretched" Lawyer you see out there, a single hit can surpass the live earnings of many workers. Rome wasn't built in a day, life na small small.

I remember back then in school, my lecturer once told us that the Legal Profession has three phases:
(1)Those eating fat meat
(2) Those eating biscuit bone
(3). Those struggling with dry bone
This lecturer said that after cashing out over #24 million on a single case he handled. This isn't about Law but Nigeria as a country and destinies differ, if you're destined to make it big in the profession then there's absolutely nothing that can hinder you. Law is a noble profession and the privileges attached to it cannot be compared to that of any other profession. When God smiles on your matter, a single case can fetch you the life time savings of many people.

See also the case of AOKO V. FAGBEMI.

A MAN CAN NOT COMMIT RAPE ON HIS WIFE, IT IS SETTLED LAW THAT THE CONSENT THE WIFE GAVE DURING THE WEDDING SUFFICES AND FLOWS THROUGHOUT THE MARRIAGE HENCE, THE MAN CAN'T REASONABLY BE SAID TO RAPE HIS WIFE.
