Most traders extends their search for vacant plots to those areas you mentioned. Most of them live along those axis you mentioned. I know because lots of my town's people ply their trades along that corridor and lives there. Most are rich and in search of empty plots to build their houses. You won't tell them to come to Epe, Ikorodu or Ajah to buy land or areas far from their businesses. How will they commute to their places of business? My advice for them is to always get authentic land and confirm same from Alausa, using well-known land lawyers instead of relying on Omoniles.

It seems you have not entered boat. The boat drivers are not different from danfo drivers in behaviour and taking of hard substance. They play a lot in water while conveying passengers, splashing themselves water and doing acrobatics style. I went to taqay Bay and saw how some of them were driving passengers across the water. So unprofessional and unconcerned about safety.

Those that commute to work everyday, especially in Lagos would understand. But for those of us that works mostly at home, it provides an opportunity to catch up with friends again without waiting till weekend.

In as much as I support widows inheriting their husband's properties, it should be noted that Ojukwu have grown up kids, that are almost at the same age with Bianca. They are entitled to the share of their late father's properties. Bianca should not be making claims for all the properties for herself and her own children.
