Everybody dey hear am. Some lecturers have their kids in foreign universities and they do everything to sustain them there. If you are not going to sponsor your child to do a health care, IT or trades related courses abroad, don't just waste your money.

Paying school fees abroad for your relative while you are earning in naira is becoming difficult. You will convert N1m thinking it was huge only to get less than $1k, which will not even be enough to pay for the person"s monthly accommodation in Canada. Some students still could not see jobs to support themselves. It is a terrible situation.

I don't know about Finland. You can never get it wrong with nursing in any Western country. If she is taking the Finland route, she has to complete the program, learn the language and sit for their Board exams to have any realistic chance of practicing in Finland. Canada is straight forward and the chances of PR is high as a graduate of nursing school with licence to practice. Some provinces conducts targeted PR draws for nurses and other health care professionals.

If you have money, try the two year diploma programs in practical nursing in Canada or UK. You will recoup the investment

I have been on solar and Inverter for the past 8 years and it has been serving me well. I only switch to NEPA when there is no sun or my Inverter is depleted or I have to use AC. Nigerian public power can disappoint. Though, it has been good within the last five years as my area once enjoyed closed to 23hr a day during the raining season. My solar is saving me costs, as NEPA bills have risen astronomically in recent years.

Practical nursing
Occupational therapy and physiotherapy assistant
Massage therapy
Social Service worker
Community services worker
Mental health and addiction
Disability support worker
Pharmacy technician
Personal support worker

All other courses in direct support health services, excluding health care administration or clerical health courses.

I don't know why Nigerians pay millions of naira to study some courses, like the one this lady is studying in the UK. All these schools keeps marketing useless courses by putting "international " this and " international " that before those useless courses to attract "maggas". You keep hearing big courses with borgos names starting with "international " or "global " this and that to make the courses marketable.
