As a young bachelor, I got an old apartment in a very fine location, within my staff bus route as I was still a trainee and close to many places I liked. I did serious renovation, including changing the kitchen sink, POP in the living room and changed the toilet seat in the masters bedroom with new wall tiles. There is currently no school in Canada that is "generous" with admission into the practical nursing program. The program is one of the most competitive. It becomes even more competitive when you are an international student. The odds are stacked against you. Most times, people settle for PSW, Health care aide or other clinical courses, with hope of switching to practical nursing after completing their first program.
