better late than never. it is a serious fking problem. i suddenly noticed that the okadas in lagos no longer have number plates.

and lagos had an opportunity with Gokada where we would have a system in place with registered commercial riders, but they completely fked it up because of some short sighted ediats in high places looking at over monetization

i hope they get this right once and for all.
