How many bags of cement? You didn't put sand, granite, water, planks for the concrete and Labour in your list.

Paving stones are the most suitable pavement in water logged areas. The space between the stones allows water to seep through it and ensure that water retention is reduced to minimum..
They are small, light weight, easy to install , maintain and repair. They are reusable too.They come in various shapes, sizes and colours.

Stamped concrete is another type of rigid pavement but unlike the paving stones does not allow much water to seep through even though they can be constructed in strips/panels.. It's stronger than the paving stones because it is reinforced but not easy to maintain.

It can be designed to various patterns and colors too.
