OK.

Now tell me any Yoruba capital that is more developed than Kaduna (capital of NW), Enugu (SE), PH (SS).

These are 3 known regional capitals.
Only PH is developed than Ibadan. They rest are still doing catch up.

Who mentioned Osinbanjo here, yoruba moslem?

Unless you are deceiving yourself, no Northern who has lived in Kano or Kaduna will visit Lagos the first time and be impressed.

FACT
When we talk about the most livable cities in Africa, only Lagos and Abuja are mentioned.

OK.

But Nnewi has the largest number of billionaires per capita than any of your sophisticated cities according to Forbes.

No Yoruba city is more developed than Aba. It will take any Yoruba city a thousand years to catch up with Onitsha.

Enugu was named in the top 35 most resilient cities in the world alongside Paris, Barcelona, Athens, Accra.

We ain't mate.
Aba!? Onitsha!? Bhuhahahaha grin

You mentioning phase 3 of Abuja. What about phase 1 and 2?

First one is walkway. Look well.

It doesn't change the fact Abuja is planned.

When I mention abuja, you can’t stand it to joburg , I am using african cities, the red bricks by the side ways, the colors on the tarred road the visible zebra, I live in london, I won’t want to compare abuja to Europe, I have toured Europe, it would be an embarrassment, eve Cape Town is an embarrassment, because that city is more beautiful than some European cities, abuja wey the airport road alone suppose get sky scrappers, along that road, trees at the middle, no beautiful side walks in abuja, I have a house there. I stay there whenever I am in Nigeria. Abuja just have road, no beauty in it.
Skyscrapers along airport road!? Now I know you don't know anything about planning. cheesy

Oga, there were trees lined left and right from airport road to city gate before they gave way to expansion.

If you are talking about road marks in Abuja, I agree it failed woefully in that aspect but Abuja remains a planned city. Gbam.

Saying there are no sidewalk in Abuja is big fat lie.

Have you been to Cape Town, Abidjan, Kigali, Cairo, Morocco, Tunis, Windhoek, Botswana, small mauritius? And see what urban town planning really means?? Ikeja of all places , abuja just do road for main places, no beauty, no side walks, I have a house there. Like when you see a city, you know this is one. Togo major roads have sidewalks abuja never, from the airport, they just build road no sidewalks, no zebra for leg waka, no traffic light for leg waka
I have not but I have been to more developed countries than these.

You are only lying to yourself there's no sidewalk in Abuja. Go outside and look very well.

Ikeja is a planned city and there are walkway and zebra crossing.

Abuja still remains the most beautiful city in sub Saharan Africa save some cities in South Africa. I know because foreigners who have been to all African countries don't hide this simple fact.

Only Nigerians things small Windhoek fine pass. Imagine Togo!? Bhuhahahaha

Very glaring you never toured Lome. Very underdeveloped city with many sand sand roads. grin

About 2-3, why the rest have a good urban town planning system.

If we are the giant of Africa, we ought to have, no even good town planning. Even Togo have a good walkway system beside their roads.
Have you been to Abuja, Ikeja, Ikot Ikpene, Uyo etc. to see good walkway system?

Man built leaders and a thriving economy.

Ours were sharing kerosene as empowerment to potential oil bunkers and terrorist.

He was made before the advent of crazy propaganda. That is why Yoruba say He has crossed the water before the collapse of the bridge..

Gombe is 90% muslims.
We have very few Christians in Gombe just like any other northern states in Nigeria.

Benue is the only full Christian state in your list!
The Christians in Benue dominate every sector!
Adamawa is not 75% Muslim

Gombe is not 90% Muslim

Kaduna is not 75% Muslim

However, it doesn't matter what religion they practice as long as we all respect freedom of religion.

Go see what Paul is doing to Rwanda, go see town planing in Namibia, Botswana, etc go to petit paree ( Abidjan , no how far, Africa, tripoli when ghadafi was there, Morocco, etc , Nigeria leaders go build open gutter in 21st century. No subway In Lagos in many Nigerian cities, uae idea was developed in 10-15 years, before other innovations, let say from 1999 to 2020, 21 years, with Lagos GDP, population, business, the CBD is suppose to be a masterpiece. The city town planning is suppose to be a genius, stop supporting evil, their kids are abroad here with us schooling, enjoying what we are suppose to be enjoying

It's a shame to even be using eko Atlantic to compare windhoek& gaborone when u can't use Lagos& Abuja to compare their fellow national capitals. Eko Atlantic is a business concern meant for restricted & exclusive purposes unlike windhoek & gaborone. So I don't see d comparison & d intention to rival. Besides it's a tiny area of Lagos.
Lagos and Abuja are far better than those places.

What exactly do Nigeria needs to emulate?

Do they have places like Abuja, Lagos, Ikeja, Port Harcourt, Eko Atlantic city etc in those places?

Private estates by the corrupt politicians and military generals have nothing to do with town planning. I did not post any private gated estate in Namibia or Windhoek.

Who can afford to buy all those houses on a civil servant salary, except if you're into bribery and corruption. Most of the houses are lieing empty.
Are you saying there are no planned cities in Nigeria?
