Frankly speaking, Ibadan is more developed than any city in the east and north. Only Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt are above.

According to federal ministry of health, Oyo state has 571 secondary hospitals while Enugu has 390 secondary hospitals.

In terms of housing estates, Bros, Ibadan leads. The recent sgr railway system has even given that advantage. Many real estate companies are running to invest in Ibadan as I speak.
