NairobiWalker: You're clearly done man.
Even you know this is a wild goose chase. You can never hold a logical argument, you're the sycophantic type who posts bullshit while idiot cheerleaders like Obaaderemi cheer you on but when your idiotic cheerleaders are not around, it's extremely easy to corner you.
You know the only reason you can't post a photo of the building is it doesn't exist. You can't post a photo of something that doesn't exist . Just be humble and accept you're an ignorant liar. All the photos we post here we didn't take them. They exist online. Search the photo of that building online and post or accept you lost. Which wild goose? And yet it is indicated on journals. Once you mix up the names you don't get the accurate pictures. NDIC for example will give you NECOM but it's not so. I will get the building picture for you life and direct. Don't worry yourself.

NairobiWalker: Since you're confusing yourself, let's go one by one. Let's start with Ministry of Communication Tower. Please, show us a photo of the Ministry of communication tower. Let's get done with that before we move to the next. Wait until Monday to see it. Afterall, I have shown you two separate valid journals that proved it exists. Next! |

NairobiWalker: Why is it so had to provide a picture of a building if it exists really? What is the use of a federal government report if you can simply post a picture? Please post us a picture of the Ministry of Communication tower.
Which report? Skyscrapercity is a forum like Nairaland, since when do forums provide reports?
Dude, this building was constructed in 1960. You said yourself here that the first skyscraper in Africa was Cocoa house in Ibadan that was constructed in 1965. If independence house is 100m then why is it not the first skyscraper in Africa? When I get to Highland on Monday or Tuesday, I will snap it myself. So, wait until then. If you knew Skyscrapercity is just a forum, why did you use it to prove AViC apartment is above 100m? Cocoa house was the tallest in the whole of Africa. Anyway, all I know is, independent house is more than 100m.

NairobiWalker: Answer these questions.
1. Show me a picture if the Ministry of communication tower now that you insist it exists.
2. Show proof that Bourdilon tower is 100m
3. Tell me if Emporis is lying about the height of Independence house being 83m. https://hotels.ng/places/building/1194-independence-house Remember to show your proof. I have shown you a news paper report on federal government assets. I think that will do. I have shown you the Skyscrapercity report on 4 Bourdilion. I ain't gonna repeat myself. Emporis showed independent house is 103 meters. Where did you get your emporis information from? |

rvp20183: Make that high-rise buildings. Skycrapper can be 50m or 100m. It just depend on how it's defined. The site that we quote - uses the same standards for both Abuja and Mombasa - and Mombasa whips Abuja senseless.
The Emporis Standards Committee defines a high-rise building as "a multi-story structure between 35–100 meters tall, or a building of unknown height from 12–39 floors" and a skyscraper as "a multi-story building whose architectural height is at least 100 m or 330 ft." Crook! Skyscraper in this modern world places the height at above 100m. Why did the same emporia not include 99m buildings among skyscrapers? |

rvp20183: Classic hair splitting - we would have to go thro that site- and correct all the data. Nairobi Walker has shown your Nairobi's 14 Skyscrapper. You have at best 9 or less. Don't be daft. Show me those two skyscrapers exists. Foreigners here are reading your bold face lies. |

rvp20183: That site that you quote already has 15. Nairobi Walker took you thro 14 of them.Maybe we can argue about the missing 1 but that is just hair-splitting. I have gone ahead to do heads to heads btw Nigeria slumpolis and our cities. IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE.Kenya the smaller country has nearly 3 times the skyscrappers. You should be ashamed - you should at least have 4 times ours - and that is not factoring the OIL.
If you want to know why Nigeria is a mess - we have the average Nigerian here - and nearly 99% of them are so dumb it surreal. I don't know why you are disgracing yourself and your fellow countrymen in the public with bold face lies. You don't have up to 12 completed or topped out skyscrapers. Don't try to hold on to vain conceit. |

rvp20183: Nigeria can never beat kenya in skyscrappers.
1)Nairobi versus Lagos. Lagos - has 6 skyscrappers - against 15 in Nairobi. Lagos has far less tall building than Nairobi You are too ignorant. Smh! The colours indicates the status of the project. (See snapshot 1) 1. Green means complete. 2. Purple means under construction. 3. Blue means planned (neither completed nor under construction). 4. Yellow means abandoned (forgotten project) 5. Orange means demolished How many green do you have? Just 6 skyscrapers completed. Bhuhahahaha! (See snapshot 2). How many blue do you have? 5 planned skyscrapers (I am not daft to know only AVIC towers are under construction) How many purple do you have? Just 2 (excluding AVIC towers). How many yellow do you have? 2 abandoned projects. You smuggled two abandoned projects on the list. Crooks! I am not daft to know this list is not complete. I know some skyscrapers are missing but I will not subject myself to self denial mentality like you and cohorts are used to. This your list is invalid.

rvp20183: 17 & 19 floor at 100m? That seem implausible but granted - Nairobi and equivalent kenya cities have about twice or more skyscrappers. Let not talk those under construction or approved - because Kenya is ONE HUGE CONSTRUCTION SITE NOW.
You gotta nothing in real wealth - maybe in FAKE OVERCOOKED GDP that claims your yams are worth 81B dollars Do you mean 10 > 13? Lagos alone is 13 The whole of Kenya is 10. |

NairobiWalker: I wanted you to list so that I can catch your lying ass. You thought you were playing smart, posting random pictures then claiming you've given us your 11 skyscrapers. Now I've caught you - some of the buildings you listed don't even exist, like the Ministry of Communication building you listed. You're very pathetic. Maybe it doesn't exist in your brain but it doesn't change the fact that they exist. 13 skyscrapers still stands. You only have 10 topped out skyscrapers. Lying machine. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by forgiveness: 11:13am On Dec 08, 2018 |
NairobiWalker: Thank you for at least being logical. Now let's get them one by one.
1. The 3 Azuri towers are not topped out yet. We agreed on only topped out towers. That leaves you with 10.
2. The Ministry of Communication tower does not exist. The ministry of communication headquarters in Lagos are housed in Necom tower which you already posted. Basically you listed the same building twice. Please genieluv, come call out your brother in his lies now that you're the lies caller of this thread. That leaves you with 9.
3. Independence House in Lagos stands at 83m hence does not qualify to be a skyscraper. https://hotels.ng/places/building/1194-independence-house
That leaves you with 8.
4. 4 Bourdilon tower is not 100m. That leaves you with 7.
......at 7 you think you can compete with Nairobi's 14? Even if I remove the 3 Avic towers, we're still left with 11 - way more than your 7. When we tell you our competition is in South Africa, we mean it. Are you trying to fool yourself or what? The first picture is the render of Azuri Towers and you can see the top is a smaller rectangle shape than the rest. Now, see the main construction. What do you see? You will see the two buildings have the same smaller rectangle shape to signify that it is topped out. Bhuhahahaha! This picture was taken in June or July and by now the last tower is topped out. Chaiiiiiii! Really!? See snapshot 2. Did you see NECOM and Communication building seperately? This is a report on federal government assets in Lagos. You don't know better than Nigerians. 4 Bourdilion Towers is 100m+ As you can see, the 13 skyscrapers stands jigigba. Lying machine, remove one Africa and you have 10. 13 > 10 bhuhahahaha!

NairobiWalker: Please, list the 13 skyscrapers......if they actually exist, you would have listed them already. Listing Skyscrappers without showing pictures or confirming the height is useless. The reason I listed them along with the pictures. I can list thousands of proposed and abandoned projects here. Now, look up and see for yourself. The ones you gave are full of projects not topped out or below the 100m mark. Try again later. |

TayserMahiri: NairobiWalker asked you for the list of all of them and their heights so we can countercheck and prove you wrong. Nairobi alone has taller skyscrapers than the entire West Africa and we can even give you North, Central and some bits of Southern Africa as back up. And then in a few more yrs we will give you even SA By that time we shall have left your league (you bloody Africans ! ) When did you start having skyscraper taller than the whole of West Africa? Just last year or two years ago after so many years of Nigeria and South Africa dominance. Nigeria at one point had the tallest building in the whole of Africa, you are here talking about West Africa. Bhuhahahaha! Anyway, the argument wasn't about the tallest buildings, it was about having more skyscrapers, and facts proved that Lagos has more skyscrapers than the whole of Kenya combined. Well, your skyscrapers are built in one single city around slums. Bhuhahahaha! But we're building Skyscrappers in planned CITIES. Now, see for the last time. You only have one that is much taller than we have. Why the ado? 1) NECON (32) - 160 Meters 2) Azuri Orun Towers (32) - 140 Meters 3) Azuri Oban Towers (32) - 140 Meters 4) Azuri Zuma Towers (32) - 140 Meters 5) Eko Champaign pearls Tower (30) - 135 meters 6) Union Bank HQ - (28) - 124 Metres 7) Eko Black Pearls Tower (24) - 113 Meters Eko Towers II - (27) - 110 Meters 9) Ministry of Communication (30) - 109 Meters 10) Intercontinental hotel - (22) - 105 Meters 11) Independence House - Lagos - (23) 103 Metres 12) Central Bank of Nigeria (20) - 100 Metres 13) 4 Bourdilion Towers (25)- 100+ Metres |

If you're proud about better than Kenya then what do we say because we find it normal to have taller skyscrapers than all Africans combined (minus one country we're yet to deal with). Why Kenyans here like repeating class? How many times do you want me to show you list? When did Kenya start building taller skyscrapers? It seems you don't know many cities here are dedicated only for taller skyscrapers. Anyway, as at today, Lagos state has more skyscrapers than the whole of Kenya. That's all. |
