Mickael2: you summed it up brilliantly. His two strong points are 1-2 touches and his finishing abilities. I do not really know about his aerial abilities but I remember it was just mildly okay
Please, open your eyes and count how many times Awoniyi dribbled in that match.
He is a better player on the air than all his contemporaries at the U17 stage.
Someone even said he doesn't have the ability in him. Hahahaha! Very funny.
Awoniyi was the best player in a competition that featured Kelechi Iheanacho and the rest.
Football na luck.
The same Awoniyi out performance his contemporaries at the U20 WC.
Without Awoniyi who singlehandedly won matches for us at the U17, we for no carry cup.
Awoniyi singlehandedly won a match that qualified us to the U23 Africa Nations Cup.
Since, people wanted their boys to go to the Olympics, pressure was mounted on the poor lad and to add salt to injury, Siasia damaged his confidence when he dropped him at the last minute.
Psychologically, he was downcasted and unfortunately, he went to Germany with this mind set. Poor boy.
Jayceon: but you are not SK and will never be...look at it this way dude,I don't have a problem with other African countries working their butts off to achieve greatness so your South Korea example is just out.what's arrogant about what I said?? Did I say nigeria will never progress??
Why are you insured when I said Nigeria is catching up, huh?
South Korean don't have the human resources and natural resources as we do but see where they are today.
Mickael2: why is it that you just like saying absurd things? Awoniyi? Dribbling? Skills?! When exactly did that happen?
When he played the U17, one of the physiotherapists here was sold on the guy, I told him that the guy cannot dribble just that he is clinical and that he would lose his touch soon and then he'd become a fluke. Once you take out the clinical part of Awoniyi's game, he becomes a poor player, he cannot dribble, he creates every now and then but dribbling and Awoniyi should not be used in the same sentence...no, in the same essay in fact
He creates, how? By shaking body or by throwing legs?
ZarZar: You compare yourselves to us ALL THE DAMN TIME. Any list where SA leads, someone here will bitch & moan. Think about that next time you start one of your cóck measuring contests with your elders, lad South Africa didn't build itself! South Africans built South Africa, which doesn't excuse you for your lack of progress in that department. You're not some new set of humans on this planet. You were here too. So what's your excuse? Because even before the arrival of whites in this country, South Africa was already established according to history records.
LMFAO @ being more mentally & intellectually developed. Coulda fooled me! So how come you brainiacs are still lagging behind in almost everything? Put your (non-existing) thinking hats & get to work then instead of making baseless claims.
@bolded needs substantial evidence to back it up. Otherwise, na lie.
TayserMahiri: I knew this would follow promptly. I hope you know that what usually results are nigerian cities looking like big slums. Thats why Nigeria is not very attractive to foreign companies. They just google one image of Lagos and what comes up is an ugly city and they conclude its hell there. Dude, don't get pissed by nairobi. Its so sad when you get pissed because the city looks awesome
And yet thousands of foreigners abode in Lagos!?
Bhuuuhahaha!
Having multinationals doesn't define anything.
Lagos and Abuja are far infrastructurally better than Nairobi.
TayserMahiri: Nairobi alone attracts more multinational companies than Lagos and Abuja Combined. And am sure even if we add all other Naija cities, nairobi would still trounce them
Does it makes Nairobi better than Lagos that host the H/Qs of Multinationals in the world?
Nairobi is hosting branches of Multinationals companies. Bhuuuhahaha!

Jay254: It's only a blind person who will choose Lagos over Beautiful Nairobi... Ask the a hundreds of multinationals setting up offices in Nairobi over Joburg,Cairo and Lagos.
List all the multinationals companies in Nairobi and not in Lagos?
Nowenuse: There is no need comparing Nigerian and Kenyan cities. I think they are unique in their own way.
Nigeria and Kenya does not have the same population, so Nigerian cities naturally tend to be richer, larger and more populated.
Kenyan cities on the other hand seem to have better infrastructure (but very small and has lots of slums/underdeveloped areas). The welfare margin Of Kenyan cities are higher. However, the developed parts have excellent tourist infrastructures.
What do you mean by 'Kenya cities have better infrastructures..'?
maidaboi: House does kelechi Iheanacho has dribbling skills? cc icon4s,thesupernerd,thegoodgoe,forgiveness,tbaba1234,joebie,jotey,komekn,terzurum5,safarigirl,bascovenveli,joseph1013
This is how I rate these three players according to their dribbling skills.
1, Isaac Success 2, Taiwo Awoniyi 3, Kelechi Iheanacho
However, in the last match I saw Nacho played he showed flashes of dribbling skills.
BascoVanVeli: Taiwo has never been a striker who scores goals out of nothing. He works for his team and helps in building plays. His pass percentage about 70% which is pretty high for a striker. U might not see it with the goals but he is doing well for his team. I always tell u guys relegation football is much different.
