If you took time to read that misearble wesley's post, he said i was completely hopeless for expressing myself on how exactly that LovePeddler sister of his (karen) makes me feel. Not very many people can tell others to their face some uncomfortable truth about themselves the way she does and even fewer people can not hold grudges against others the way she does. At the end of the day, beauty fades away and what really counts is character and Karen's got loads of it. Notice how Karen told Danny about the other housemates' complaints regarding his eating their food without asking first? None of them was bold enough to tell him even though it bothered them. Only Karen did. And what did he do in response? he goes over to luclay to tell him about the conversation with Karen and in the process confirmed Karen's observation that he was Luclay's lapdog. Here was a 34 year old man being advised by a 28 year old to be himself and nobody's lapdog and what does he do?, He rushes over to his 27 year old master for succour!

Try and watch the housemates' characters as they relate with each other and not judge them by their looks. Vimbai claims to be a christian and yet, she tells Karen not to speak to her as she is not her friend. Even though she is the one who hurt karen, Karen still went out of her way to patch things up with her and each time Vimbai spurned her. And when she finally agrees to squash their beef (of course at Karen's instance), the next minute she goes over to her lap dog wendall to misrepresent how it went down with Karen. Very "christianly" of her! And in her worst display of self-delusion yet, she tells wendall that Karen went all soft when she found out that there would be nomi nations this week. Karen sacrificed herself just last week and this week, she goes all soft because of nominations? Really!

Notice how vimbai considers herself way above the league of the other housemates except perhaps for wendall. I suspect if that gal was white, she'd be a racist! I'm guessing she only fawns over wendall because he's white. I mean, the guy is as boring and unintelligent looking as they come! By the way, just as Milicent observed last night, if she's as intelligent as she carries on, how come she's in the house gunning for the 200k prize money with the "unintelligent" folks? Face it, Vimbai is a mean, vindictive and hypocritical bigot with self-esteem issues and she'll never be in the league of Karen both in the BBA show and in terms of character. If you guys remember clearly, a few days ago, Karen told Vimbai that wendell told her (Karen) that he doesnt like her (Vimbai). Yesterdays highlights revealed a confrontation between Wendell and karen where Wendell told Karen categorically that She shouldn't meddle in his affairs with Vimbai and that he can be with whoever he wants and that is no business of karen's. Basically he told her off and she had no choice but to walk away from him in shame saying that she is no longer a friend of Wedell's. In a typical nursery school child fashion. Mscheeewww!.

So the questions begging for answers are:
1) Did wendell actually tell Karen any such thing? The answer is NO.
2) Where then did karen conjure such an evil testimony from? Your guess is as good as mine. To the best of my knowledge, crack can not find its way into the house. i would have said it was when she was high on crack that she had that imaginary conversation with Wendell.
3) Why then did she tell Vimbai that? To hurt her. To make her angry. To bring her down.
4) Is this Karen's first or second or third time doing this depicable act? hell no!
5) What kind of person would do this kind of thing to another housemate on a constant basis? An evil, envious person. A sadist.
6) How can we reconcile the karen that has a 'good heart' with the evil karen depicted above? Again, your guess is as good as mine.

Yes, I would gladly admit to being a Karen supporter, but not necessarily a die-hardist as you put it.

If you had cared to scroll back to my very early posts you would have noticed that I initially also didn't have much regard for the girl, both look and character-wise, and still hold the same view in respect of the former (the expression of which resulted in a little exchange between myself and another poster).
That notwithstanding, I also initially felt obliged to support her out of a sense of patriotism but she gradually began to grew on me as some of her inner qualities e.g. free and 'gangsterized' fighting spirit, emerged to the fore in combination with the interplay between herself and other housemates, which IMO contributed towards making her among the most entertaining in the house (thereby achieving the whole purpose of the show).

BTW, I don't for one minute believe she is truly attracted to Zeus and therefore cannot help throwing herself at him in the manner she does. Rather, I strongly suspect she is merely putting up a show for sake of entertainment, as part of her repertoire; rather than from an innate desire - I mean what has Zeus got to really make her that crazy for the guy (anyway, time will soon tell).
It may also interest you to know that there was in fact a Lukaren - Luclay and Karen - though it didn't quite fulfill its early promise  

As for her masculine appearance, I wouldn't necessarily agree that it is due to serious  man-riding, but more likely from her genes and early life experience in village farm - apparently, she had a tough childhood (the consequences of which resulted in the hardening of her hands and still yet to soften up till today, by her own admission).

As for Vimbai, how I wished you had caught this Monday's 7pm. usual summary of the previous day's highlights on Mnet channel, which chronicled all last Sunday's beef encounters between the two from its onset, first thing in the morning when Vimbai snapped at Karen for alleged rubbing of herself against Wendell, right through to late evening after the eviction show - perhaps you may have understood why some ppl are turning against the former - including myself.
BTW, I also used to like Vimbai because of her intelligence and sophistication; but her recent arrogance and stuck up vindictive attitude towards Karen (our little rough diamond) was a complete turn off for me - even against my usual partiality towards tall elegant lepas

Speaking objectively. i think Vimbai doesnt have a forgiving spirit. I expected her to at least accept karen's entreaties. But she hasnt. and my guess is she probably wouldnt till the show ends. We need to understand that she was also hurt by karen's senseless, bitter and vindictive outbursts. her unwillingness to forgive karen only shows the depth of the hurt that Karen caused her.

A desperate chic she really is. In line with her desperation to get hooked to a guy in the house at all cost, she chose to impose herself on Zeus. Zeus being a nice and considerate guy couldnt reject her outrightly and the result is what we see on our screens. To further butress this point, why havent viewers or even the housemates coined up a monica for them both? We know of Lokim, Lohan, Ebhoke, Nikim. Why havent we heard of Kazeus or Zekaren or something that sounds equally ridiculous? The reason is simple. What they both have can not be refeered to as a true relationship. Zeus is at best tolerating the LovePeddler. Zeus was motivated to get in the tub with her cos of the decibels at stake. Why did he not choose to get in naturally the way Nic did with Kim??

My views in the above paragraph were what Vimbai was trying to get across to her by telling her (karen) that she was acting in a lowly manner. I find exceptionally diplomatic of Vimbai. I would have described karens act with Zeus as cheap, trashy and downright disgusting. She even had the guts to tell Weza on saturday that 'everybody in this house knows that i like Zeus and not Nibbles' The same Zeus that told her time and agian that hes got nothing for her in or out of the house.

Sadly enough, this (karen) is africa's annointed housemate to $200,000. SMH and shaking it big time. Fork africa!

The only thing i enjoy about karen winning is just to prove a point to those Mnet goons.
