Politics › Re: Abubakar Shekau And Nnamdi Kanu: Two Sides Of The Same Coin by Forumobserver12(m): 12:12am On Jun 23, 2020 |
So based on your own submission, will I be correct to say that BH was a political tool used by Yoruba - Hausa/Fulani alliance to gain power? some of you will just wake up and start writing NONSENSE, for your information, IPOB predated PMB presidency, you can go and do a proper research and stop distorting facts. |
Politics › Re: Abubakar Shekau And Nnamdi Kanu: Two Sides Of The Same Coin by Forumobserver12(m): 12:10am On Jun 23, 2020 |
Bulleye: While Abubakar Shekau, the heartless leader of the terrorist group, Boko Haram, claims killings and shedding of human blood are justified based on his rogue interpretation of Islamic faith, Nnamdi Kanu is busy creating a doctrine full of hate and Biafran supremacy. This doctrine will eventually spawn Ipob killers that will take it upon themselves to carry out the teachings of Nnamdi Kanu.
Actually, Nnamdi Kanu's propaganda appears harmless since his followers are not killing. However as time goes by they Will get violent and start terrorising innocent citizens. They will use threats, intimidations, blackmail and force to coerce people. The title of Nnamdi Kanu's post is supreme leader. Which democratic liberation organization let its leader answer the name "supreme leader"?
Presently Nnamdi Kanu's attack on Yoruba is ferocious, which is normal. The reason Ipob was created centred on making the country ungovernable because of the Yoruba - Hausa/Fulani alliance. Initially the Igbo political elite, having lost out in the political power play, were expecting a breakdown of the alliance between the Yoruba political class and the Hausa/Fulani. However it appears their political calculations had failed. Consequently they have to step up their game and catalyse the crisis in the country so that they can go back to the business as usual: the alliance between the Igbo and Hausa/Fulani.
As we approach 2023, Ipob will become more desperate and brutal in the execution of the Igbo political agenda. Nobody should be deceived into thinking there is a difference between Boko Haram and Ipob. Boko Haram started just like Ipob and today it is a ruthless killing machine manned by blood - thirsty people.
The difference between Boko Haram and Ipob is the difference between a dozen and twelve: just the name.

Are you kidding me or you are plainly Naive? Politics › Re: Court To Decide Validity Of Ize-Iyamu’s APC Membership Next Week by Forumobserver12(m): 5:47pm On Jun 19, 2020 |
jlinkd78: APC might end up having no candidates in Edo state and I will try to justify. 1. As at now there are two state chairmen of APC in Edo one loyal to Obaseki and other loyal to Oshiomole 2. The faction loyal to Obaseki suspended Oshiomole from d Ward and with d Appeal Court ruling upholding d suspension, it has granted legit to d pro-Obaseki faction as d authentic faction. 3. Obviously d faction dat is loyal to Obaseki never issued Ize Iyamu an APC membership card at d Ward level but likely issued to him by d pro-Oshiomole faction 4. With d Appeal court ruling which implicitly gave d pro-Obaseki legitimacy in Edo, and with d pro-Obaseki faction refusing to move out of APC with d governor, what am seeing which I expect u to be seeing now is dat d legitimacy of Ize Iyamu candidacy might fall like a pack of card. 5. The ruling on this coming after all primaries must have been conducted means a scenario of APC no candidature might repeat itself in Edo 6. Bookmark this my post. We must continue Honestly I see the same scenario playing out, you cannot build something out of nothing. |

northvietnam: I love the way northerners play politics....
See as Buhari just lock up like say he has not powers to put a stop to this bullshit ...
The game plan is to hijack the party from tinubu’s grip... that’s why mr president doesn’t want to get involved ... so that by 2023, elrufais cartel will be in charge of every arm of the party and they can smoothly hand pick Buhari’s successor
They can trade Edo just to have grip on every arm of the party ...
By 2023, APC will successfully rig in buhari’s blessed candidate . Buhari doesn't have to watch APC destroy itself in order to take the party structure from Tinubu, if indeed he has such intention, all he need to do is use his body language and everybody will fall in line behind him, you know our politicians will always go where there interest will be served, Tinubu may have money but he's not a father Christmas, but PUB can easily use appointments to lure these greedy politicians to his camp, that's if indeed he's interested in taking over the party structure ahead of 2023. |

Her having her family in Cross river doesn't mean much, so because I live and grew up in calabar means im no longer an Akwa ibomite? She must be married to an Igbo man to have that surname. Politics › Re: WTO DG: President Buhari’s Tactical Change And Egypt’s Ambush by Forumobserver12(m): 12:17pm On Jun 07, 2020 |
seunmsg: When I read about Egypt’s rejection of her nomination, I was a little bit worried thinking Nigeria might have shoot herself in the foot. It’s good to see that Egypt is only making empty noise all over the place. International law and trade experts in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs wouldn’t have advised the president to withdraw Agah and replace with Okonjo-Iweala if the window for such replacement had closed.
It will be a thing of pride if the Buhari administration can successfully pull this through. Having a Nigerian as the DG of the WTO for the very first time will be a big deal. A Nigerian is currently the president of the UN general assembly, Adesina is the president of AfDB and Amina Mohammed is the deputy Secretary General of the UN. If we successfully add WTO, it shows that Nigeria is now pulling her weight in the international community. The position of president of the UN general assembly is rotational, besides Nigerian has occupied that position in the past, you can look up the name: Professor.Joy Ogwu.. |
Politics › Re: President Buhari Nominates Okonjo-iweala For World Trade Organization DG Post by Forumobserver12(m): 9:10am On Jun 05, 2020 |
seunmsg: Kudos to the president for this kind gesture. At least, Igbos can now let us rest on this forum. Those among them praying for the downfall of Adesina simply because he’s from the south west can now get preoccupied with praying for their Igbo daughter’s success.
I can also bet nobody will talk about nepotism on this thread. The fact that the president withdrew support from Yonov Agah, a Nigerian from the north central and now supports an Igbo lady should not go unnoticed. If it was the other way round, the fury of hell fire would be a child’s play to what they would bring down tonight. I wish her the best in the election. The President has no choice than to put forward a sellable candidate, this is not local political appointment otherwise he would have nominated a Northerner as usual. |
