whats the difference between DOT3 and DOT4?

Specification. DOT4 is more modern so you have better lubricity, better (or "worse" vaporization etc.

I really dont know of any adverse effect in mixing fulids. However, it might not be a bad idea to change the fluid completely. So my suggestion will be, drain all the fluid and change to DOT4.

People never chop finish na him you dey talk of biodiesel. A liter of vegetable oil (which on the average will give you half a litre of biodiesel) cost almost 2 times the current price if diesel. So how far

My car runs on diesel and I tot I could have a ball if I get spent cooking oil from the eatries in Lagos. I made some research and found that if I got the oil for free, the cost of production will be almost the same as buying from the Fuel station. But my research also told me that Biodiesel is better for my car so I decided to try and start making it. I went from one earery to the other. No one had spent oil to give. I finally discovered (from one of the staff of a major outlet chain) that all the spent oil (from frying chips and chicken and stuff, is shared amongst the staff!!! And the staff are so happy to use this oil in their houses to prepare their food!!!! I could not beleive it but this was the reason why there was no waste oil. So abegi forget biodiesel and lets talk solar.

I have a 1.4kVA inverter running on 24volts comming from my 800AH battery bank. Oya all you solar gurus, tell me how I can reduce my recharge time. And someone also mentiond that you cannot recharge and run at the same time. Is this true

I am sorry to tell you that I have learnt that very few people will be in the segment that ask the question "how good is it?". The first question that an average and above average person will ask is "How much is it?"

I have had to change my expectation to match the market and not my opin of same.

Remember also that you have a lot of competition in the market. If bringing the stuff by sea will make it more attractive, then do your planning right and get it that way. I can assure you that that's what your competition is paying too.

Remember that Naija is the place where the whole country grinds to a halt cos of 10naira increase the the price of a liter of fuel. And of the 130M nigerians, how many will pay 3k for the treatment??

If bringing it by sea will lower your price to 500naira then there is no other option in my mind that this. The benefit must weight agaiinst the cost. Or else its pointless!!

However, I personally have 1 major rule for business and it is : "DONT DO BUSINESS WITH FRIENDS" or their relatives etc. People then to take you for granted when they know they can always talk to you as per friend.

On the other hand, I have bought several vehicles over the internet through car dealers (in Europe and the USA) and have ended up having them become friends.

I just concluded a car purchase from a dealer on NL and this dealer I now consider a very good and trusted friend.

I know that with your past experience with the guy, you must have felt secure, but things always change and personally, I will not deal with people who cant afford the funds I give them. If you can trust a man with 100K, can you trust him with 1M??

I recently was interviewing and saw someone whom I had noticed here on NL. I can tell you that that person was exactly who she was in real life as in online. She had nothing to hide and the only thing that came out of it all was the fact that this person was true. No negatives at all. However, if I had found her to be different from her online persona, am sure I'd have been negatively biased.
